Last week Obama held a meeting with the Democrats in Congress without Joe Biden. This gives us more information on who is running the show. Newsmax reported:

So right now bets are that Obama is running the country, despite this being totally illegal. But since Obama and Biden never respected the law or the US Constitution, this is the best bet on who’s [failing at] running this country. It is clearly not Joe Biden making all of the decisions for running the country. He obviously meets the 25th Amendment test of incapacity, and could easily be removed under an organized congress. But, he has already been trained during the past nine years of following most of Obama’s orders.

Biden is not the actual president occupying the actual White House; he is a medicated figurehead that was installed behind a carefully organized group of handlers that puts him under control a great deal of the time. Stahl told President Trump that there was no spying on his campaign or his administration. She did not even try to hide her disdain for the sitting President.

Now we know for certain that President Trump was telling the truth. Trump told the truth in 2017. Trump told the truth in 2020. And this weekend we found out that Hillary and the Democrats were spying on the Trump Tower servers and later on the Trump White House servers.

So will leftist Lesley Stahl apologize? Or will “60 Minutes” continue to lie to their audience?

Many Democrats like the rising star Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez have flown to the defense of the “refugees” who are little more than pawns in a scheme to force a confrontation with President Trump when they arrive at the border. The 29-year-old human gaffe machine recently called for 5,000 caseworkers to be sent to the border to aid in the processing of the future Democrat voters migrants but she has nothing on Pramila Jayapal.

Rep. Jayapal who is one of the Seattle socialists who are radically transforming the Emerald City actually went to the drastic length of actually joining the migrant caravan and then in a move that will have her canonized by many, assisted five migrants to gain entry to the United States.

“I was able to successfully assist 5 asylum seekers – 2 unaccompanied minors, a mother and her 9 year old child, and a young man with a serious medical condition – into the United States,” she wrote in a tweet.

The five people she assisted were initially denied entry.

“Initially they were denied, in violation of U.S. and international law, but I was able to intervene and ensure that they could simply present themselves for asylum in the United States,” she said in a follow up tweet.

Before she went to the border, Jayapal blasted Trump for “lying” about the caravan and creating a crisis for his own political benefit.

“The president is lying about this caravan, he’s fear mongering,” Jayapal said. “He’s trying to use people who are seeking asylum and literally running from death just for his own political benefit and that’s a disgrace. He is creating a crisis at the border.”

Get used to hearing about Jayapal, she was just elevated to co-chair of the House Progressive Caucus (which could accurately be referred to as the commie caucus) so this stunt is only the beginning.

Looking detached, Mr. Obama plodded back into the White House with his head down, without acknowledging any responsibility for the struggling economy and appearing to some critics extremely out of touch.

NPR chief executive officer Vivian Schiller resigned Wednesday in the wake of a sting video that showed fundraiser and NPR executive Ron Schiller (no relation) caught on hidden camera disparaging conservatives, the tea party movement, and former NPR political analyst Juan Williams who was fired in October.

Last week, two Republican senators introduced another bill to defund the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, which also funds NPR.

President Barack Obama had set aside $451 million for public media in his proposed budget.

With congressional Republicans renewing efforts to defund NPR and Public Broadcasting, the timing of this video sting could not be worse for the embattled publicly-funded entity which purports to be a “news organization.”

Some advocates of cutting off funding say NPR should make up the money from other sources and become more independent.

newsbusters - The 2011 budget shortfall, which is the responsibility of the previous Congress, is now projected to be $1.65 trillion.

If accurate, this means that since the Democrats took over Congress in 2007, we have posted over $5 trillion in deficits.

For the record, that's more combined non-inflation-adjusted red ink than the United States of America had created in all of the years of its existence prior to that point.

In just four years, the Democrats recorded combined deficits greater than what had been posted in the prior 220.

Of course, it's all George W. Bush's fault.

As a post facto aside, it would be more statistically significant to do such an analysis using constant dollars, but this was done to raise a point.

For instance, from what I can calculate, our nation's greatest inflation-adjusted budget deficit prior to 2009 was 1943's $55 billion. In 2010 dollars, that would be $693 billion.

So there we were in the Great Depression as well as in the middle of WWII, and we actually had a budget deficit almost $1 trillion less than what we're going to produce in 2011.

Quite an eye-opener, don't you think?

So too are the spending comparisons between then and now. In 1945, our total outlays were $93 billion. That's $1.1 trillion in today's dollars.

In 2011, we're projected to spend over $3.8 trillion, or almost four times what we did in the final year of WWII after adjusting for inflation.

And much of the Left thinks we're not spending enough!

Obama sees illegals as future votes for the Democrat Party.

We need to insist on the equal protection, application and enforcement of the law. We can only function if everyone follows the same rules. We should not change the laws to accommodate those breaking them.

Judge Rules Health Care Law Unconstitutional

Florida Judge Rules Against Obamacare,
Individual Mandate Unconstitutional
forbes.com - In a ruling out of the U.S. District Court in Pensacola Justice Roger Vinson has declared that the primary mechanism whereby the health reform achieves universal insurance coverage–the individual mandate–is unconstitutional. “Because the individual mandate is unconstitutional and not severable, the entire Act must be declared void. This has been a difficult decision to reach, and I am aware that it will have indeterminable implications,” he writes.

With this ruling, and a similar one in December by Judge Henry Hudson in Virginia, it’s likely that the U.S. Supreme Court will be the final arbiter of whether Obamacare stands.

Henry Hudson, the Virginia judge who ruled in favor of that state’s legal challenge, focused on whether Congress has the ability, via the Commerce Clause, to force uninsured people to buy insurance. He concluded that it does not.

Vinson, on the other hand, signaled in an earlier ruling that he was interested in whether the federal fine for not buying insurance is a tax or a penalty. If it’s a penalty, the legislation relies on a broad Commerce Clause interpretation. If it’s a tax, it’s much more difficult to make a constitutional claim against it.

In today’s ruling Vinson considered two arguments made by Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum, the lead plaintiff on the lawsuit. The first was the legislation forces states to expand Medicaid in a way that’s unaffordable. Vinson quickly dispatches that legal theory, pointing out that Medicaid is and always has been a voluntary program.

The second argument revolves around the individual mandate. The health reform legislation makes it illegal for insurers to discriminate against patients regardless of their health. With that change there’s a risk that only sick people would buy insurance and healthy people would wait or be priced out of the market. To address that problem, the bill forces everyone who does not have insurance to buy it. The combination of “guaranteed issue” and the “individual mandate” is the beating heart of the health bill.

While the new rules banning medical underwriting are popular, the individual mandate has bred resentment. The bill’s authors never anticipated the mandate would become a ripe target for legal challenges. - Entire column > >

Blog author's comments -While I think the ruling is good news, I am not all that confident it will stand without a long fight. Judge Vinson will experience much arm twisting from the Obama regime.

This will probably go to the Supreme Court where Kagan and the "Wise Latina" with the other liberal justices will attempt to keep Obamacare as it is now. But, if Justice Anthony Kennedy (the swing vote) is still a member of the SCOTUS he may vote with the right. Who knows how long it will take before the high court will hear the case or if it will ever go to them.

The majority of the people have never wanted Obamacare. But because Obama views this as his legacy he will do whatever it takes to see that it is not repealed.

The waivers to over 700 companies and corporations which enable them to opt out of this health care law keep growing. This should tell the Democrats that we don't want it. But they all knew this before they voted for it.

Some members of the Democratic Party and the Main Stream Media are taking the tragedy of the shooting of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, and the killing of 6 innocent people by Jared Loughner a leftist madman, and turning it into a hate feast against Sarah Palin, the Tea Party movement and many other conservatives.

Quite pathetic that the Dems have taken this crisis and used it for their own benefit. It is almost as if they welcome this tragedy. I assume that after such a big loss in the midterm election they will resort to anything to take the spotlight off of their party and do whatever is necessary to try to bring down the GOP.

The State Run Media is showing Sarah Palin's map, but will not say that the Democrat Party has in the past, done the same thing.

Blog author's comments - What this shooting/tragedy is about is Jared Loughner who was described by a classmate as a 'Left-Wing Pothead' who apparently had a dislike for Rep. Gabrielle Giffords. He is a Marx-supporting liberal lunatic whose favorite books were: Communist Manifesto and Mein Kampf.

To attempt to lay blame on Sarah Palin, the GOP, and many other conservatives for the shooter's actions shows just how deranged some people on the left actually are. Leveling these charges against Sarah Palin and the Tea Party is outrageous.

Jared Loughner has apparently been stalking Gabrielle Giffords since 2007. This is before anyone heard of Sarah Palin. A sad event like this is being used as a tool to silence anyone who disagrees with the left.

Sarah Palin's staff posted on her website/facebook page, 'targets' on a map of the United States, of U.S. House districts that Sarah Palin wanted to target as possible GOP wins for the 2010 mid-term elections. This map was posted in March of 2010, almost a year ago. They were the targeted districts for house races, one of them was Gabrielle Giffords of Arizona.

Because of this map the liberals are showing everyone who they really are, and what they are capable of doing for their own gain. As can be seen above, the Democrats used the same strategy for an election with a map showing targets on states they wanted to concentrate on for wins in the 2004 election.

The Battle To Stop Obama Has Just Begun

Barack Obama is no Bill Clinton. He's far more leftist. He's at least equally as ruthless.

His outlook is far more alien to middle America, in that he really does believe much of middle America is benighted -- clinging wrongly to God and guns, unable to think clearly under pressure, too stupid or ignorant or bourgeois to know what's in their own best interests.

And he doesn't share Clinton's neediness for short-term, person-to-person, feel-the-brotherly-love positive reinforcement. His goal isn't personal "connection" with voters; it's long-term adulation or adoration, verging on worshipfulness -- an adulation that recognizes him as a world-transformational figure, a virtual gift to mankind.

Clinton, for all his faults, actually did empathize with individuals. Obama doesn't empathize; he pities. And the object of pity is not an object to respect, so he doesn't really respect the citizens he serves; he merely wants to tell them how to live, for what he imagines is their own good.

Obama is perfectly willing to push executive power -- actually, executive fiat -- to the limit. The blizzard of regulations, or administrative rule-making divorced from congressional intent, that will come in the next two years will be staggering. So will the executive orders. The "privilege" claims against public disclosure will be extravagant. He'll use the IRS, other administrative agencies, and perhaps the Justice Department, to harass political opponents.

This is, after all, a man who looks with a fair amount of disdain, rather than pride, at American history. He believes corporations are inherently evil, unless they are "partnered" with (or dominated by and directly answerable to) government.

To deal with Obama, then, conservatives will need to keep our cool and keep our wits. But in keeping our cool, we act not in hatred for what Obama stands for, but through love for country, Constitution, and civil society. - Continue reading > >

Blog author's comments - Obama, Pelosi and Reid are not going to change. They will try to continue to govern the next two years much like the last two.

The Democrats have learned nothing from the midterm election. They will ram through any bill they can during the 'lame duck' session and after that, use any devious method available to do what they can to build upon their power and mold the country into what they believe it should be.

For the remainder of his term Obama will also attempt to place the blame for everything that is wrong with the country on the GOP. This will include high unemployment, the state of the economy etc.

Obama did not want to work with the Republicans the past two years. During this time he drove the most expansive liberal agenda through Congress than any President in 50 years.

For the Republicans to try to undermine every aspect of Obama's agenda over the next two years is not only expected of them it is what the majority of voters elected them to do. The GOP win in November is a plea from the people who care about our country to put a stop to the out of control train of the Obama regime.

He will of course do whatever it takes to win a second term. If the Republican Party does not stay ahead of him and stop him with whatever means necessary we will lose in 2012. If this should happen it could well be the end of our once great country. We cannot let this happen.

If Democrats Lose - Will It Be Obama's Fault?

Washington Examiner - Assume the polls are correct and Republicans win control of the House, and perhaps even the Senate, in next month's elections. What lessons will the White House learn? Will Barack Obama interpret the vote as a repudiation of much of his agenda, or will he conclude that he made a few tactical errors but was still right on the big issues?

Bet on the latter. All indications coming out of the White House suggest that if Democrats suffer major losses, the president and his top aides will resolutely refuse to reconsider the policies -- national health care, stimulus, runaway spending -- that led to their defeat. Instead, they will point fingers in virtually every direction other than their own. Come November, it's likely the D-for-Democrat that the president refers to so often will actually stand for "denial."

The White House has given us plenty of clues in recent days as to how Obama will react to a possible Democratic drubbing at the polls. Here are five:

1. Obama will blame voters, not himself.

2. Obama will spin the outcome as an illegitimate GOP victory.

3. Obama will blame a broken process.

4. Obama will reaffirm, not reconsider, his achievements.

5. Obama will resist real change inside the White House.

Tie all those threads together, and in the wake of a Republican victory in November you can virtually guarantee the White House will not concede that the president hurt himself by pushing an unpopular national health care program through Congress; by pushing nearly a trillion dollars in stimulus spending that failed to reduce unemployment as predicted; by pushing a costly cap-and-trade agenda; or by advocating any number of other initiatives that flew in the face of voter sentiments. - Read more > > >

Blog author's comments - Barack Hussein Obama will never fault himself for anything. Whatever goes wrong will always be the responsibility of someone else.

Of course his faithful followers are of the same mindset. This is the way the liberal mind functions; they are convinced they are always correct.

There are still many lefties who are quite sure that the debt and unemployment numbers we now have, are because of blunders by George W. Bush. They will not admit that Obama had anything to do with the creation of the current problems we now face.
