The Biden regime came up with another new rule to destroy the country and make it more appealing for military-aged illegal aliens to cross into the United States. They also want to remove the GPS monitoring devices.

🙶 The Biden administration is currently seeking bids for a DHS contract that will ensure border crossers and illegal aliens ages 18 to 19 years old — who officials say “pose a low flight risk” — are hardly monitored by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency after their release into the U.S. interior.

Whereas existing DHS programs have stricter compliance guidelines, the new program would allow border crossers and illegal aliens to be monitored by “community-based services” and would not require participants to be monitored by GPS tracking.
“This program will not include GPS or other monitoring technology,” an ICE release on the program states.

🙶 Instead, the program will only require that most border crossers and illegal aliens check in monthly with ICE agents via telephone. The program would also “develop and maintain a network of age-appropriate and culturally sensitive community resources” for border crossers and illegal aliens.

It was not accidental that those companies showed up at the White House to discuss the issue, because there’s now a full court press to hide it. There is one very specific regional issue driving the problem. Read on:

The trucking issue with California LA ports, ie the Port of Los Angeles (POLA) and the Port of Long Beach (POLB), is that all semi tractors have to be current with new California emissions standards. As a consequence, that mean trucks cannot be older than 3 years if they are to pick up or deliver containers at those ports. This issue wipes out approximately half of the fleet trucks used to move containers in/out of the port. Operating the port 24/7 will not cure the issue, because all it does is pile up more containers that sit idle as they await a limited number of trucks to pick them up. THIS is the central issue.

On October 16, 2020, the EPA reached a settlement agreement with California Air Resource Board (CARB) to shut down semi tractor rigs that were non-compliant with new California emission standards:

2020 SAN FRANCISCO – “Today, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced settlements with three interstate trucking companies imposing $417,000 in penalties for violating the California Air Resources Board’s federally enforceable Truck and Bus Regulation, Drayage Truck Regulation and Transport Refrigeration Unit Regulation.

“As trucks are one of the largest sources of air pollution in California, EPA will continue to ensure these heavy-duty vehicles have the needed pollution-control equipment and operate in compliance with the rules,”said EPA Pacific Southwest Regional Administrator John Busterud. “These companies have agreed to bring their trucks into compliance and operate more cleanly in all communities they serve.”

As noted, years ago the private sector predicted this would happen, and they started taking actions to protect their supply chains. What these massive corporations did to reduce their exposure to supply chain disruption was to immediately formulate plans to divert their goods to other ports. This was a very expensive shift in supply chain and logistic efforts for these massive corporations, which includes: Amazon, Walmart, UPS, FedEx, Samsung, The Home Depot and Target.

A long time before and during the era of the Trump administration, those massive multinational corporations knew they would need to redirect their import cargo quickly to avoid the bottleneck caused by California’s new emission standards. They began organizing new destination ports for their products and began setting up new hubs and distribution networks to avoid the predictable California port bottlenecks.

Obviously, for politically correct reasons; and in an effort to avoid the woke mob of environmentalist jackboots, the corporations didn’t publicly share any of the issues they could foresee coming – they just worked independently and quietly to avoid the issue.

No amount of extra productivity in working the docks to off-load ships will solve the issue of trucks that cannot pick up the containers and distribute them toward manufacturing or warehouses.

So, California is now allowed to bottleneck the entire nation’s goods, with their demented regulations. There is nothing that this administration does that they do not screw up. This is not bad management; this is the state of California and the Biden Administration inflicting pain on the rest of America. Obama once said he would be fine with running a 'front man or woman' president with an earpiece from his basement. There is little doubt in my mind that Obama is in charge. Biden has never suffered consequences for his actions during his 46 years as a career politician and he won't now. Most intelligent people know Biden needs to be removed from office but I don't see how that will help. When you look at the big picture Harris would step in and that would be just as bad.

Obama has been in charge since he endorsed Biden, and that is why Susan Rice was made a part of his cabinet. She has a much more important and powerful position than her title implies. I don't know why Glenn Beck draws a decent audience because he seems so predictable, an anti-Trump person through the campaign and until over two years through President Trump's term. Biden follows directions from his handlers, does what they tell him and then by bedtime he forgets the consequences of his actions.

While he’s still fairly liked by many Conservatives, his failing media empire has supported a great deal theories and stories that stampeded well beyond the realm of outrageous and fringe. So, naturally, when he donned swim goggles and rubbed his face in a bowl of crushed Cheetos, viewers weren’t so much laughing with him as they were laughing at him. No, The "Russian Dossier" Did Not Begin With The GOP, It Began With Clinton, The DNC And The FBI...

TLR -- There is a tremendous amount of obfuscation coming from democrats after the revelation that Hillary Clinton and the DNC paid Fusion GPS to contract Christopher Steele to create the now infamous “Dossier”. One of the most significant falsehoods is that the dossier origins began with an unknown GOP entity within the primary. This narrative is entirely false.

The “Russian Dossier” did not begin assembly until after it was commissioned by Hillary Clinton and the DNC (June 2016). Prior to that Fusion GPS was simply doing opposition research on behalf of a Trump opponent (stopped April 2016).

We likely know, with great confidence, exactly who that 2016 originating Trump opponent was. Thanks to: the timing, the originating entities, the associations and the player networks behind the 2015 GOP road map splitter strategy.

First it’s important to frame a correct baseline. Fusion GPS was doing commissioned opposition research. AFTER April 2016, the Clinton Campaign and DNC then began financing Fusion GPS to create the “Russian Dossier”. Christopher Steele began in June 2016 – The “Russian dossier” did not start assembly until commissioned by Clinton and the DNC. This distinction is important.

Via. WaPo… [Marc E.] Elias and his law firm, Perkins Coie, retained the firm [GPS Fusion] in April 2016 on behalf of the Clinton campaign and the DNC. Before that agreement, Fusion GPS’s research into Trump was funded by a still unknown Republican client during the GOP primary.

The Clinton campaign and the DNC, through the law firm, continued to fund Fusion GPS’s research through the end of October 2016, days before Election Day.

It should be noted that the New York Times had this story (the DNC/Clinton’s funding the dossier) a year prior and did not report on it because the DNC attorney, Marc E. Elias, outright denied it.

Blog Author's Comments: If the announcement was made today that Robert Mueller has been removed from his ‘witch hunt’ and so-called investigation, and that Sessions and the Trump DOJ were taking over, I would say that prosecutions could and may finally happen. But, nothing has changed. Like everything else the Obama/Clinton crime cartel, and the many things it should have been prosecuted for and wasn't - outrage will be expressed - and it will all end up quietly forgotten.

The term “opposition research” in the case of the 'Russian Dossier' implies that the Clintons were concerned with finding true but incriminating facts about a political opponent. It normalizes the obscene, vile degeneracy of what was really done to our President by the Clintons. The 'Dossier' was not 'research', it was made up and entirely bogus information to be used against Trump. Clinton and the DNC paid intelligence operatives, to create a completely false narrative and propaganda, to not only neutralize President Trump politically but destroy his reputation as a person of honor and integrity. This is something that the Clintons are highly capable of doing with no remorse, along with the Democratic Party.

When is Sessions going to step up and do something? I want to see the Clinton’s assets traced. Sessions should be asked to resign if he will not do his job. He is supposed to be doing important work within other areas he heads up. But, many of us are wondering where he is on this DNC/Clinton mess. It is a worthy question and one that might ultimately cost him his job. Trump has shown that he knows what is going on around him, is he letting Sessions hang himself? No one else has been given a "free pass" to do what they want and I would think the Attorney General would be feeling some heat. Valuable time is being wasted with all the corruption which is finally coming out concerning Clinton and the DNC. Meanwhile, the members of his party should be concentrating on meeting the goals President Trump has set for himself the GOP and the country.

People want to talk about Russia supposedly interfering in our election. There is zero proof after almost a year, that Russia had any impact on the presidential election. But, how about James Comey the former FBI Director interfering in our election? And another ‘dirty cop’, James Clapper, the one time US Director of National Intelligence. He had been instructed by the US Congress to conduct a major review into Russian clandestine funding of European parties over the last decade. I will believe that Hillary Clinton and many others will be prosecuted when I actually see it happen.

Breitbart -- Hillary Clinton is unloading on Democrats in her new memoir, angering some Democratic Party officials in the process.

Excerpts from Clinton’s 2016 campaign memoir, What Happened, which is set to be released next week, show Clinton venting her frustrations about working with some of the Democratic Party’s most powerful figures leading up to her eventual defeat to President Trump.

In one passage, Clinton says former President Obama put her in a “straightjacket” when he told her to refrain from attacking her rival, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), in the Democratic primary over fears it would divide the Democratic Party heading into the general election.

Clinton wrote in another passage that she did not like that former Vice President Joe Biden told her that she did not adequately address how the Democratic Party would help the middle class.

Clinton also mocked Sanders’ policy proposals as “pie-in-the-sky” endeavors and called his supporters sexist.

The former 2016 Democratic presidential nominee also complained that Sanders’ attacks during the primary did “lasting damage” to her shot at winning the general election, even going so far as to accuse Sanders of aiding Trump.

Sanders responded to Clinton’s criticism Wednesday by simply saying Democrats need to “look forward, not backward.” But others in the party have not been so forgiving of her statements.

“The best thing she could do is disappear,” one former Clinton fundraiser and surrogate who played an active role at the convention told the Hill. “She’s doing harm to all of us because of her own selfishness. Honestly, I wish she’d just shut the f— up and go away.”

Clinton has blamed several people and groups for her 2016 election loss, including former FBI Director James Comey, the Russians, the press, Obama, and the Democratic National Committee. But what remains to be seen in this book is whether she takes any responsibility for losing the election.

Paul Ryan In 2014: Executive Amnesty Is 'Blatantly Unconstitutional'

Daily Caller -- House Speaker Paul Ryan said last week that he doesn’t think President Trump should end DACA, although in 2014 he called it “blatantly unconstitutional.”

“I actually don’t think he should do that, and I believe that this is something that Congress has to fix,” Ryan said of Trump’s decision to end the Obama executive order that protects undocumented children.

However, in a 2014 interview with Fox News’ Sean Hannity, Ryan sang a different tune.

Hannity asked Ryan what he would do to stop Obama if he were to “follow through on his threat for executive amnesty.

“First of all, it’s unconstitutional so we’re already going through the court system on other unconstitutional executive orders that [Obama] has worked on and we would add this to the pile,” Ryan said at the time.

“If he were to do that, by the way, he would put millions of people in legal limbo, poison the well for Congress, and do something that’s so blatantly unconstitutional so we’re telling the administration don’t even think about doing this,” he asserted.

“If you want to change a law, then go to Congress,” Ryan said. “You can’t unilaterally write a law as the executive.”

But, many of the incumbents pool their money and outspend their Conservative challengers. Democrat Party oozes from every pore of Ryan's body. Whatever President Trump wants to do, Rep. Unfortunately, Ryan, McCain, Flake and McConnell, along with Murkowski and Collins are out for themselves and do not vote along party lines to help their party and the president. Henry Sanchez, 18, originally from Guatemala and Jose Montano, 17, a native of El Salvador, brutally raped a 14-year-old high school student on Thursday. Sanchez had a pending illegal alien removal case (deportation order) pending, which was not carried out while immigration activists tried to block the deportation.

Sanchez and Montano dragged the 14-year-old victim into a school bathroom where they repeatedly gang raped her during school session. The sickening story is partially explained in the local news coverage:

It was free of scandals in the sense of consequences and accountability for them. And the guy who told us where Bin Laden was is still in a Pakistani prison, but all this time the Democrats want the voters to believe that the Obama administration took him out on their own.

If a tree falls in the forest and there's nobody around to hear it, does it make a sound? BizPac Review -- President Barack Obama is making a major public relations blitz to highlight his legacy, including tying falling reliance on foreign oil to his green energy policies. Obama claimed the U.S. “traded foreign oil for clean energy,” but what he should have said is the U.S. traded foreign oil for hydraulic fracturing. Green energy had little to do with it.

University of Colorado-Boulder professor Roger Pielke, Jr. was quick to call out the president for trying to claim “clean energy” was responsible for cutting U.S. oil imports. Pielke’s right. Americans used more oil and petroleum products in 2016 compared to 2009.

When Obama took office in January 2009, the U.S. consumed more than 590 million barrels of oil, according to Energy Department data. The country used more than 608 million barrels of crude oil in October 2016.

On a more fundamental level, Obama’s tweet cites the Energy Information Administration’s (EIA) “net” oil imports figure of 4.7 million barrels per day in 2015, compared to 11.1 million in 2008.

EIA gets its net oil imports figure by subtracting oil exports for imports. So the figure is falling because we’re exporting way more oil than before thanks to booming domestic energy production from hydraulic fracturing and horizontal drilling into shale formations.

Obama doesn’t mention fracking in his tweet, but that’s probably because his administration has put out regulations for companies using the drilling technique on federal lands. The Obama administration has also imposed regulations on methane emissions from oil and natural gas production.

The fracking boom occurred almost entirely on state and private lands, not federal lands. Obama’s had little to do with booming oil and gas production.

NBC is reporting that President Obama intends to continue his efforts at creating as much international crisis as possible prior to walking away from office, and leaving President Trump to clean up the aftermath.

After initiating the latest international crisis with Israel, the former winner of the Nobel Peace Prize now turns his antagonism efforts toward Russia….

NBC News -- The Obama administration is preparing retaliatory actions against Russia for its alleged involvement in cyber-attacks on Democratic Party institutions in order to interfere in the presidential election, two senior U.S. officials confirmed to NBC News.

As early as Thursday or Friday, a 2015 Obama executive order will be updated to announce the retaliatory steps, the officials said.

The announced steps will likely include economic sanctions coordinated by the Treasury Department. Unannounced steps could be covert and may involve cyber options — although the U.S. has been very careful to try to avoid engaging Russia in an all-out cyber war, the officials said.[...]

In October the Obama administration publicly accused the Russian government of directing the cyber-attacks on U.S. political organizations.

Obama earlier this month blamed "the highest level" of the Russian government for the hacks, noting that "not much happens in Russia" without Putin giving the green light.

Russia has denied involvement.

I am old enough to have lived through a number of administration changes and have never seen an outgoing president behave so recklessly with complete disregard for serious consequences with his words and actions. This petty, petulant little man-child has attempted to be a human wrecking ball since his first day in office. Good riddance to a huge stain on America's history. But, I did not vote for him because I knew what he was and is - and now he is going out of his way to prove it.

Blog Author's Comments -- Why worry about what Obama says or Hillary thinks? In just over three weeks both of them will hopefully just be bad memories. Obama is a narcissist; he has an inflated sense of his own importance and a deep need for admiration and a lack of any empathy for others. He is also vulnerable to the slightest criticism of him. It should be clear by now that everything is about Obama, even the things that are not. The man has presided over the virtual implosion of his party he allegedly heads - how many seats have flipped from blue to red in his 8 years? Yet his self-awareness remains as lacking as ever.

Obama would throw anyone under the bus as long as it makes him, in his mind, look better. Reality is he's nothing. He is a very sad excuse for a human being and president.

Clinton did run a terrible campaign because she thought 2016 was hers to win. As a result she did not work and campaign the way she should have. She is obviously out of shape and lacked the stamina to go after what she really wanted. She was also dragging her own political baggage and also what Obama is leaving behind. At least half of the country did not want a third term of Obama which is what we would have received if she had won.

Knowing that Obama was and still is a street corner community activist prior to going into politics, it's no surprise that he lacks class and good manners. I hope the White House archivist is doing a complete inventory of the furnishings that belong to the White House to make sure it can all be accounted for after the Obamas leave.

Newt also talked about how Trump found a strategy to win the electoral college while Hillary missed the mark. It’s called The United States of America, and not the United individuals of America. If liberals really wanted to fight for fairness they would be insisting that all states carry the same amount of elector votes, but that won’t happen because they already have an advantage in the current system.

One thing this election has done is really showed the colors of the Democrats and how they want to control everything. Before the election, they were the biggest supporters of the Electoral College and used it to forecast their winning of the Election. Finally, something happened that was not under their control and now they are crying like a bunch of babies. Undoubtedly, Obama will spend his last days working with them trying to conceive some plan to screw the American people again – they thought they could spend New Years playing golf in Hawaii.

It’s just time for these people to go away and I hope and pray that the American people realize and never forget what these idiots did to our nation in just eight years. Obama Jokes About ISIS On Same Day America Gets Bombed Twice

Daily Caller -- President Barack Obama made a joke with unfortunately bad timing Saturday, quipping that the Islamic State was no big deal compared to his birth certificate, only to have America hit by two separate explosions.

While addressing a dinner held by the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Saturday night, Obama joked about Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s recent declaration that Obama was, in fact, born in America.

“I don’t know about you guys, but I am so relieved that the whole birther thing is over,” Obama said. “I mean, ISIL, North Korea, poverty, climate change, none of those things weighed on my mind like the validity of my birth certificate.”

Unfortunately, at almost the same time Obama made his remarks, the Chelsea neighborhood was rocked by an explosion that injured at least 25 people. New York City Mayor Bill De Blasio said the explosion was “an intentional act,” and authorities reportedly found a second, undetonated pressure cooker device on a nearby street.

Astonishingly, the Chelsea blast was the second explosion of the day. A Marine Corps charity race in New Jersey was hit by a pipe bomb that thankfully left no injuries, and a subsequent investigation discovered additional devices.

Meanwhile, in St. Cloud, Minnesota, an attacker reportedly motivated by Islamic radicalism was shot dead after wounding eight shoppers with a knife.

The culprit, or culprits, for both bombing incidents haven’t been found yet, but ISIS has encouraged supporters to make attacks within the United States. Last June’s deadly massacre in Orlando was perpetrated by Omar Mateen, who declared his support for ISIS during the attack.

President Obama on Monday defended San Francisco 49ers backup quarterback Colin Kaepernick’s decision not to stand during the playing of the national anthem.

“[H]e’s following his constitutional right to make a statement,” Obama said at a press conference in Hangzhou, China, responding to a question about the quarterback. “I think there’s a long history of sports figures doing so.”

The president added, “I don’t doubt his sincerity. I think he cares about some real, legitimate issues that have to be talked about. And if nothing else, he’s generated some conversation around some topics that need to be talked about it.”

Kaepernick has refused to stand for the pre-game playing of the national anthem, citing racial injustice and the oppression of minorities in America.

Remember When Bill, The Other Clinton, Was President?

If you're over 35, you lived through it, so read it and recollect. When Bill Clinton was president, he allowed Hillary to assume authority over an attempt to health care reform. Even after threats and intimidation, she couldn't get a vote in a Democrat controlled US Congress. This fiasco cost the American taxpayers about $13 million for studies, promotion, and other efforts.

Then, President Clinton gave Hillary authority over selecting a female attorney general. Her first two selections were Zoe Baird and Kimba Wood - both were forced to withdraw their names from consideration.

Next, she chose Janet Reno - husband Bill described her selection as "my worst mistake."

Some may not remember that Reno made the decision to gas David Koresh and the Branch Davidian religious sect in Waco, Texas resulting in dozens of deaths of women and children.

Husband Bill allowed Hillary to make recommendations for the head of the Civil Rights Commission. Lani Guanier was her selection. When a little probing led to the discovery of Ms. Guanier's radical views, her name had to be withdrawn from consideration.

Apparently a slow learner, husband Bill allowed Hillary to make some more recommendations. She chose former law partners Web Hubbel for the Justice Department, Vince Foster for the White House staff, and William Kennedy for the Treasury Department.

Her selections went well: Hubbel went to prison, Foster (presumably) committed suicide, and Kennedy was forced to resign.

Many younger voters will have no knowledge of "Travelgate." Hillary wanted to award unfettered travel contracts to Clinton friend Harry Thompson - and the White House Travel Office refused to comply. She managed to have them reported to the FBI and fired. This ruined their reputations, cost them their jobs, and caused a thirty-six month investigation. Only one employee, Billy Dale, was charged with a crime, and that of the enormous crime of mixing personal and White House funds. A jury acquitted him of any crime in less than two hours.

Still not convinced of her ineptness, Hillary was allowed to recommend a close Clinton friend, Craig Livingstone, for the position of Director of White House security. When Livingstone was investigated for the improper access of about 900 FBI files of Clinton enemies (Filegate) and the widespread use of drugs by White House staff, suddenly Hillary and the president denied even knowing Livingstone, and of course, denied knowledge of drug use in the White House.

Following this debacle, the FBI closed its White House Liaison Office after more than thirty years of service to seven presidents.

Next, when women started coming forward with allegations of sexual harassment and rape by Bill Clinton, Hillary was put in charge of the "bimbo eruption" and scandal defense. Some of her more notable decisions in the debacle were:

She urged her husband not to settle the Paula Jones lawsuit. After the Starr investigation they settled with Ms. Jones.

She refused to release the Whitewater documents, which led to the appointment of Ken Starr as Special Prosecutor.

After $80 million dollars of taxpayer money was spent, Starr's investigation led to Monica Lewinsky, which led to Bill lying about and later admitting his affairs. Hillary's devious game plan resulted in Bill losing his license to practice law for 'lying under oath' to a grand jury and then his subsequent impeachment by the House of Representatives.

Hillary avoided indictment for perjury and obstruction of justice during the Starr investigation by repeating, "I do not recall," "I have no recollection," and "I don't know" a total of 56 times while under oath.

After leaving the White House, Hillary was forced to return an estimated $200,000 in White House furniture, china, and artwork that she had stolen.

What a swell person - ready for another four or eight years of this low-life fool?

Now we are exposed to the unsecure keeping and attempted destruction of beyond Top Secret emails while Hillary was US Secretary of State and the "pay to play" schemes of the Clinton Foundation. What "shoe will fall" next?

Were these the same voters who put Obama in office twice? What has he done to make our country and their lives better? As Secretary of State, Clinton was a key figure, perhaps the leader, of the huge cover up which tried to sweep the Benghazi terrorist attack under the rug. Determined to blame the attack on a low-budget YouTube movie, her team spent weeks lying to the American people about why four Americans, including one ambassador, died on September 11th, 2012 in Libya.

Clinton managed to get out from under that mess which she could have and should have done something about by giving the Americans in Libya the resources to keep them safe. More security was requested many times but was ignored. Hillary has blood on her hands but it does not seem to bother her.

She also is guilty of having a private server in her home from which she sent classified information via email that is against the law. But, the FBI did not press the AG Lynch and her DOJ to file charges against her because of the fear of being blamed for removing the Democrat nominee for president from the race and the general election. Again, Clinton slithered out of more corruption. The evidence is all there and anyone who follows politics should know the type of person the Democratic Party has named to run for the highest office of our country.

I have only touched the surface along with the article above concerning Hillary Clinton and the person that she is. Again, how can the voters put her in the office of president? Hopefully enough of them will have enough sense when they go to the polls and cast their vote - to do so for Donald J. Trump. We desperately need a much different path than the one Clinton would continue on which would be the same direction that Obama has us on now. Think people, because the election of 2016 may well be the most important election our country has ever encountered. We need to save it from Hillary Clinton and the Democrats.

Truth Revolt -- UPDATES: Dallas Morning News is reporting 7 officers have been wounded. Dallas police department says "two suspicious devices" were found at the scene. Fox News is reporting the fourth suspect has died from a self-inflicted gun shot wound.

Snipers positioned at a Black Lives Matter rally shot and killed five police officers and wounded six others. Three suspects are in custody and another is barricaded in a garage, trading gunfire with Dallas law enforcement.

The suspect is not cooperating and has promised to hurt more police officers, said police chief David Brown.

The gunfire broke out around 8:45 p.m. Thursday while hundreds of people were gathered to protest fatal police shootings this week in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and suburban St. Paul, Minnesota. Brown told reporters the snipers fired "ambush style" upon the officers. Mayor Mike Rawlings said one member of the public was wounded in the gunfire.

The rally was peaceful until shots were fired and the crowd scattered and ducked for cover.

Video footage from the Dallas scene showed protesters were marching along a street in downtown, about half a mile from City Hall, when the shots erupted and the crowd scattered, seeking cover.

Brown said that it appeared the shooters "planned to injure and kill as many officers as they could."

The search for the shooters stretched throughout downtown, an area of hotels, restaurants, businesses and some residential apartments. The scene was chaotic, with helicopters hovering overhead and officers with automatic rifles on the street corners.

Blog Author's Comments -- Black Lives Matter is just a gang of do nothing protesters attempting to promote themselves as a group that cares but they only promote hatred and racism.

The other headline being circulated is what Obama had to say about what happened in Dallas. He, like clock work jumps on guns and gun control as one of the problems and he blames racial disparities for shootings involving cops. But, of course he would, his world revolves around racism and skin colors. He, the Democratic Party, and BLM have been contributing to an event like this by stoking the fire of racial conflict and cop hatred. Obama was elected because he is a black person. The voter’s motivation for promoting Barack Hussein Obama has been his race.

I'm curious how much more we will hear concerning the 'blame the guns' agenda when they are being used by black snipers targeting the police. The gun use among criminals in Chicago, and all the shootings and murders in that city, have been muted. I suspect it will be a matter of redirecting attention away from blaming the black shooters to blaming poverty and low paying jobs. His time in office is winding down but he will make the most of it by continuing to stoke the fires of racism against the law abiding citizens of the country.

This BLM protest last night was peaceful. And then the massacre began. And the protesters began to flee and expected the cops to protect them. And what are they there protesting? They're protesting the people they turn to for protection. The cops know that, by the way. They do not shirk from their responsibilities even in the face of this hypocrisy.

PJ Media -- Can anyone really say he or she is surprised? A day after the Fourth of July, we've come to a new low in the history of the United States of America and of the criminal organization masquerading as a political party that has seized power:

On Tuesday, for the first time in U.S. history, a sitting American president will campaign with a presidential candidate who is the subject of an FBI investigation.

President Obama will stump with Hillary Clinton in Charlotte, North Carolina. The pair were scheduled to appear in Wisconsin last month after Obama formally endorsed his former secretary of state, but those plans were scrapped after Muslim terrorist Omar Mateen attacked a gay nightclub in Orlando.

Obama’s decision to campaign with Clinton suggests that the he and the White House believe that the Justice Department will not indict Clinton. The FBI opened an investigation into Clinton’s use of a private server last year after “Top Secret” emails were found on the device.

I still think FBI director James Comey will do the right thing, but it's clear now that the fix is in, and always has been. Attorney General Loretta Lynch's "chance" meeting with the husband of the woman she's currently "investigating" -- a man who just so happens to be a former president -- proclaimed to the nation that the criminal gang running Washington no longer feels it has to observe even the proprieties of decency and the rule of law.

Adding to growing suspicion over potential conflicts of interest, The New York Times reported this weekend that Hillary Clinton is considering keeping Lynch on as attorney general if she is elected president.

The White House has repeatedly insisted that Obama has not been apprised of developments in the investigation. Despite those claims, he and Vice President Joe Biden have not refrained from downplaying Clinton’s decision to use a personal email account hosted on the private server.

Just hours after FBI investigators interrogated Clinton on Saturday — a development which was first reported by The Daily Caller — CNN reported that law enforcement sources said that charges are not expected against her in the case.

Final Benghazi Report Details Administration Failures

InfoWars -- In their long-awaited final report, Republicans on the House Benghazi Committee concluded that the Obama administration — including then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton — failed across multiple agencies and levels to protect American diplomats in the 2012 Benghazi terrorist attack.

The 800-page report was released on Tuesday, and marks the culmination of a two-year investigation that has haunted the 2016 Democratic front-runner on the campaign trail, even as Clinton’s campaign has consistently slammed the probe as a political vendetta.

Republicans have denied those accusations and Chairman Trey Gowdy’s committee offered new details about how Clinton’s State Department failed to protect the diplomatic outpost in Libya. The report also said that the CIA missed the looming threat despite warnings and wrote faulty intelligence reports after the attack. And GOP staff said their findings indicate that the Defense Department did not meet its response times to deploy military assets to Benghazi and follow up to ensure Americans were rescued in a timely fashion.

The report includes new details about a U.S. teleconference convened by White House chief of staff Denis McDonough during the attack. According to the report, some participants on the video conference were unsure about what each agency was doing to rescue Americans.

State Department officials on the call also brought up concerns about whether Marines who might have been deployed to Benghazi were wearing uniforms, the report found — something officials previously said could hurt diplomacy in the region. One commander told the committee he and his men over the course of three hours kept having to change from uniforms to civilian clothes.

The military never deployed to Benghazi.

For her part, Clinton said she would "leave it to others to characterize this report but I think it is pretty clear it is time to move on."

"And I said this when I testified for 11 hours that no one has thought more about or lost more sleep over the lives that we lost, the four Americans, which was devastating. And we owe to those brave Americans that we make sure we learn the right lessons from this tragedy," Clinton said in Denver.

Earlier, Brian Fallon, spokesman for the Clinton campaign, was far more direct, dismissing the report as a rehash of "discredited" "conspiracy theories."

Blog Author's Comments -- Hillary Clinton will never face any penalties for what she is responsible for and what happened in Benghazi. Obama's Department of Justice will not indict her for her crimes because Obama is just as guilty as Clinton. The people that voted for Obama will also support 'crooked' Hillary in the general election and if she is elected president that will be the end of the Republican Party and the Constitution.

Clinton's appointments to the Supreme Court will be the same type of people that Obama put on the high court and they will be there for many decades. Too bad Hillary Clinton will not be behind bars for what she has done and may continue to do during her political career. If Donald Trump is hopefully finally nominated and wins the presidency, Obama will pardon Clinton for all she has done before Trump would assume office.
