It sent shockwaves across the fake news media. Hack reporters screeched in horror. They were outraged that President Trump would dare make such an accusation. At this same time, corrupt leaders in the DOJ and criminals in the FBI were already spying on Trump at the time.

Back in July 2017, we knew that the FBI was investigating the Trump Tower servers during the election. They were spying on Trump. The liberal media refused to report on these facts back in the summer of 2017.

Lesley Stahl held an interview with President Donald Trump on “60 Minutes” in a last-ditch attempt to swing the election to basement Biden. During the interview, Lesley Stahl stopped the interview to lash out at President Trump, something the far left hacks never do to Democrats. They don’t hide their visceral hatred for Trump and his voters and never have.

Stahl told President Trump that there was no spying on his campaign or his administration. She did not even try to hide her disdain for the sitting President.

Now we know for certain that President Trump was telling the truth. Trump told the truth in 2017. Trump told the truth in 2020. And this weekend we found out that Hillary and the Democrats were spying on the Trump Tower servers and later on the Trump White House servers.

So will leftist Lesley Stahl apologize? Or will “60 Minutes” continue to lie to their audience?

It comes down to corrupt people not keeping their oaths and serving their country with honor as intended.

It was the leadership in Congress that allowed this to happen, and like all dictators they used law enforcement to target their political foes. The FBI with Wray as director, did nothing while President Trump was in office, to wade through the evidence on the Biden's. • The FBI raided the home of a whistleblower who was in possession of documents regarding the Clinton Foundation and Uranium One, according to the whistleblower’s lawyer, Michael Socarras.
• The whistleblower, Dennis Nathan Cain, had turned the documents over to the Department of Justice’s inspector general and both the House and Senate Intelligence committees, according to the lawyer.
• The FBI rummaged through Cain’s home for six hours, even after the whistleblower handed over the documents, according to Socarras.

FBI agents raided the home of a recognized Department of Justice whistleblower who privately delivered documents pertaining to the Clinton Foundation and Uranium One to a government watchdog, according to the whistleblower’s attorney.

The Justice Department’s inspector general was informed that the documents show that federal officials failed to investigate potential criminal activity regarding former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the Clinton Foundation and Rosatom, the Russian company that purchased Uranium One, a document reviewed by The Daily Caller News Foundation alleges.

The delivered documents also show that then-FBI Director Robert Mueller failed to investigate allegations of criminal misconduct pertaining to Rosatom and to other Russian government entities attached to Uranium One, the document reviewed by The DCNF alleges. Mueller is now the special counsel investigating whether the Trump campaign colluded with Russia during the 2016 election.

“The bureau raided my client to seize what he legally gave Congress about the Clinton Foundation and Uranium One,” the whistleblower’s lawyer, Michael Socarras, told The DCNF, noting that he considered the FBI’s raid to be an “outrageous disregard” of whistleblower protections.

The strategy by the political opposition to Brett Kavanaugh will become evident with leaks from corrupt officials inside the FBI to their ideological allies in the media. In part, this strategy was the reason for Debra Katz, attorney for Ms. Blasey-Ford, to hire Michael Bromwich.

As attorney Katz noted Friday, the investigation is only one “step in the process” of destroying Judge Kavanaugh, their use of the media is another critical step.

Corrupt elements within the DOJ and FBI have a vested self and ideological interest in supporting attacks against supreme court nominee Kavanaugh. Less than 18 hours later, those corrupt FBI officials begin leaking information to the Washington Post.

The bureau has reached out to Deborah Ramirez, a Yale University classmate of Kavanaugh’s who alleges that he shoved his genitals in her face at a party where she had been drinking and become disoriented, her attorney said Saturday.

“She has agreed to cooperate with their investigation,” Ramirez attorney John Clune said in a statement. “Out of respect for the integrity of the process, we will have no further comment at this time.”

Peter Strzok Fired, Likely Bruce Ohr Is Next, False FISA Afadavits, Fraudulent 302's, Security Clearances Under Review

One of the outcomes of losing a security clearance is the inability to prepare for any testimony. When Sarah Sanders stated today that currently employed DOJ official Bruce Ohr was a person having a security clearance review; the logical takeaway is he will be fired after he delivers his testimony.

The media narrative surrounding FBI Agent Peter Strzok’s firing has been framed, almost exclusively, around his political text messages. Given the nature of the media participation in the events this is not surprising. However, Strzok’s text messages have no bearing on his firing.

In March 2018 the DOJ Office of Inspector General announced an ongoing review of how the DOJ and FBI used FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) as a weaponized tool against their political opposition.

As part of this examination, the OIG also will review information that was known to the DOJ and the FBI at the time the applications were filed from or about an alleged FBI confidential source. Additionally, the OIG will review the DOJ’s and FBI’s relationship and communications with the alleged source as they relate to the FISC applications.

Two months later on Monday May 21st, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein added a significant DOJ mandate to the Inspector General review. Rosenstein expanded the original FISA review to include looking at whether officials within the intelligence community may have unlawfully used human intelligence assets to “spy” or “surveil” the Trump campaign:

“The Department has asked the Inspector General to expand the ongoing review of the FISA application process to include determining whether there was any impropriety or political motivation in how the FBI conducted its counterintelligence investigation of persons suspected of involvement with the Russian agents who interfered in the 2016 presidential election.”

Part of that ongoing IG review surrounds FBI Affidavits presented to the FISA Court (FISC) and whether those affidavits were fraudulent; thereby misleading the court. FBI Agent Peter Strzok is the primary affiant swearing to the truthfulness and fullness of the information that underlines the FISA application. We know Peter Strzok lied and misrepresented information to the court.

So what if all these people are getting fired, we need to see people go on trial. Until that happens 50% of America doesn’t really care. I have thought since the beginning that arrests and indictments were needed. This may be the only way to perhaps bring a halt to Special counsel Mueller's investigation before the midterms. Failing to do this could be a problem for the GOP and hamper Trump's agenda greatly in the second half of his term. I am guessing the President is going to wait until he gets the national support he needs from the mid-terms. Then he can safely fire Sessions and hire a tough and intelligent Attorney General, one who will do the job he/she was hired to do.

For those who have been grumbling that the anti-Trump lovers Peter Strzok and Lisa Page have been allowed to continue to collect their paychecks at the FBI despite ample evidence of political mischief this story is for you.

One of the first body blows to the Mueller inquisition was the release of text messages between the adulterous pair who were abusing their positions by aligning themselves with the FBI-DOJ group that was plotting to frame President Trump and reverse the election. Once the incriminating messages between the two came out with such damning language including media leaks, an opinion that Trump voters smelled bad and that a meeting in “Andy’s office” was the scene of a discussion about a mysterious “insurance policy” if Trump won the election, the duo’s careers were all but toast.

Strock who was running the counterintelligence operation against the Trump campaign was dumped from Mueller’s team of political hit men and Page was also removed from the investigation.

On Friday, the news broke that Page had “resigned” from the FBI. Also out is Comey loyalist James Baker.

"Two FBI officials — both advisers to former FBI Director James Comey — are resigning from their posts at the agency.

James Baker, who served as the bureau’s top lawyer until late last year when he was reassigned as an adviser to FBI Director Christopher Wray, is resigning, per the New York Times. He is also being looked at for possibly disclosing classified information with journalists about the so-called Trump dossier, though he has not been charged.

Additionally, Lisa Page, who has come under fire after it was revealed she exchanged anti-Trump text messages with another FBI official, is also stepping down.

Despite the controversial text messages, Comey said in an interview on Fox News last month that he did not detect any bias from Page. However, he did acknowledge that he was “deeply disappointed” by the texts and said that if he had been aware of the level of disdain she and the other FBI official, Peter Strzok, appeared to have for Trump, they would be have removed from any relevant investigations.

Texts between the two, who were involved in an extramarital affair, include Page calling Trump an “idiot” and a “douche.” Additionally, Strzok said in one text “F Trump.”

Page was previously a member of the special counsel team, which is looking into interference in the 2016 election and whether the Trump campaign colluded with the Kremlin. Strzok was also a member of the team until he was demoted after the anti-Trump text messages were revealed.

Page was also part of the team that advised Comey in what amounted to his announcement in the summer of 2016 that the FBI would not recommend criminal charges against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in the investigation of her unauthorized email server."

Baker will make the journey over to the Lawfare blog of Comey BFF Benjamin Wittes who laid out the plan on how Trump would be thwarted by “A Coalition Of All Democratic Forces” at the blog. Baker and Wittes should bond very quickly over their mutual hatred of Trump and slavish devotion to Comey.

The departures are almost certainly tied to the upcoming report by Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz which is said to be highly critical of Comey and his stooges.

Blog Author's Comments: Corrupt FBI coup plotter Lisa Page may be walking out the door but she is not totally off the hook. Page probably won't ever reveal much of what she knows about what was going on, and the "investigators" may not explore too deeply, because they already know what she is no-doubt guilty of. I really must add that in the photo above, she does resemble the being next to her quite a lot.

I had heard that she may have been testifying to a lot of questions, already under oath. It is how they got some information on McCabe and Comey. It will be difficult to accept that much of the evidence proving guilt may never be brought to light. Equally troubling would be the reality that not all the guilty will ever be prosecuted.

The FBI was once a reputable organization. I am not saying that they didn't have problems, all large bureaucracies do. But, they have been so tainted by the politicization of the upper echelon that it will take a complete overhaul and decades to recover. And much of the evidence that investigators don't already have from Page is probably gone. She and others had over a year to cover or destroy it.

Obama DOJ Forced FBI To Delete 500,000Fugitives From Background Check Database

Washington - The Justice Department under Barack Obama directed the FBI to drop more than 500,000 names of fugitives with outstanding arrest warrants from the National Instant Criminal Background Check System, acting FBI deputy director David Bowdich testified Wednesday.

Fugitives from justice are barred from buying a firearm under federal law. But what is a fugitive from justice? That definition has been under debate by the FBI and the ATF.

According to The Washington Post, the FBI considered any person with an outstanding arrest warrant to be a fugitive. On the other hand, the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives defined a fugitive as someone who has an outstanding arrest warrant and has crossed state lines.

And Obama, Holder and Lynch remain free from any of the problems they created. Our Attorney General Jeff Sessions continues to sit on his hands.

In March 2017 Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced he would recuse himself from investigations related to the 2016 presidential campaign including the alleged Russian interference in the 2016 election. Sessions made the announcement the day after he was sworn in as Attorney General and after advice from Obama lawyers in the Department of Justice. He betrayed the president. He knew when he was sworn in that he was going to recuse himself and the very next day he put the recusal in motion. He never told the president about that. And by the way he cited the regulation in his recusal, he cited the wrong law. It didn’t apply. And because of Sessions, President Trump and his voters/supporters are awaiting the results of what Special Counsel Robert Muller can did up against him.

I will be extremely surprised if Sessions fires the FBI's McCabe and denies him his pension, which I and many others think he should. There are those who are supposed to be knowledgeable and say to trust Sessions, he is doing a great deal of work behind the scenes. I have done that for over a year and my patience with him is gone.

The "Tip Of The Iceberg" - The Intelligence Memo Is Just The Beginning, Not The End...

There continue to be questions about the substance behind the pending release of the House Intelligence Committee memo. With that release in mind, today it is worthwhile remembering this is the beginning of exposing the corruption within the DOJ not the end.

For several years the U.S. justice department has maintained an attitude of non-accountability within its ranks. The Obama years elevated that attitude and provided multiple examples of a DOJ gone rogue.

A complicit media enables that attitude by engineering a false narrative the U.S. Justice Department was/is an independent fourth branch of government; unaccountable to congress and entirely separate from the executive branch.

The House Intelligence Memo is simply using the example of currently known FISA abuse to open the door and show the U.S. electorate how corrupt this unaccountable institution has become. Behind that door are very uncomfortable realities for all of those who constructed the weaponized agency; and also those who have benefited from it.

Unfortunately the corruption appears systemic within the entire justice system. This is the problem currently being confronted. This is also a system being defended by a political media apparatus who have benefited from seeing their opposition targeted. The American people became the threat to their system. The American people became their enemy. This outlook sounds stark, but this is exactly the way the DOJ has behaved.

We The People are in an abusive relationship with the Department of Justice.

Because through all the “memo” news and headlines, it’s critical to remember why this issue is important and why it should matter to everyday Americans.

What this issue is all about: whether the Department of Justice and FBI, under President Obama, abused their surveillance authority against American citizens and political opponents. Put another way: was the Obama DOJ weaponized to spy on the Trump campaign?

Remember, in general, the DOJ and FBI spying on American citizens should automatically be met with MAJOR skepticism. That’s what the Fourth Amendment is designed to protect against. When those American citizens are ALSO political opponents? It should raise even more red flags.

So, take that principle, and look at what happened in this case. The DOJ spied on Carter Page, an American citizen. Red flag. Carter Page was also part of the Trump campaign. Double red flag. It should automatically raise questions.

Now, pause: we know about the Peter Strzok/Lisa Page texts, the “missing” texts, the McCabe concerns, etc. But this is about more. Focus on the dossier here–the political opposition research project put together by Christopher Steele, Fusion GPS, and the DNC by extension.

Quite simply: This infamous “Russian Dossier” was unverified political opposition research paid for by the Hillary Clinton campaign and the DNC. If the Department of Justice used information like that as a key part of getting a surveillance warrant, it would be a HUGE problem.

Now, from what we’ve already known for months, it sure looks like that’s exactly what happened: that the FBI used that very dossier to get a warrant. @Jim Jordan asked the FBI about it 2 months ago. I asked too. We asked for the FISA application, and the FBI wouldn’t show us.

We’ve asked repeatedly for information from the FBI, both privately and publicly. We’ve openly told FBI and DOJ officials–if we’re wrong, tell us! Tell us what was in the FISA application. Let us see the document. But we’ve been stonewalled for almost a year.

So the bottom line is this: if, in 2016, the DOJ and FBI used an unverified, Clinton/DNC paid-for dossier to spy on American citizens (and political opponents) in the Trump campaign, that is as wrong as it gets. If that happened, Americans deserve to know about it. Period.

Last point: If you remember anything from this news cycle, remember: your right as an American to privacy from your government spying on you is critical. It is foundational to who we are as a Republic. Never take that right for granted, no matter the political party you belong to.

The release of the House Intelligence Memo is only the tip of the iceberg; the crack in the door to see just how corrupt the unaccountable Justice System became.

Blog Author's Comments: From what I have seen for the past few months, I already knew or assumed almost everything that I saw contained within the four page memo. Anyone not paying attention will continue sticking their heads in the sand, and it is highly debatable whether the mainstream media will even mention any of the truth within the release of this document of long known facts regarding the corruption in Obama's regime.

The bizarre reaction by the Democrats to the memo is revealing. They are dirty and tone deaf. The FISA applications were based on the dossier. We knew that. What we didn’t know was that the DOJ/FBI used the media as a source to render credibility to the dossier in the FISA applications. And the DOJ/FBI didn’t bother to notice or report that the same guy that wrote the dossier was the source for the media article they used to assign the credibility. Who is in charge of the FISA judges? Will Supreme Court Chief Justice Roberts do anything with this knowledge? The DOJ/FBI has made the FISA judges look like easily duped fools.

The Devin Nunes memo offered more information to many and was even worse than they thought. The FBI knew that Democrats and Hillary Clinton were behind the Dossier, the FBI did not tell the court in getting the warrants. Comey, McCabe, Rosenstein, Yates, Boente all implicated. And this is why they didn’t want anyone to see it. They should all go to jail, especially Comey. And Democrats can’t argue any of this away. This is why Andrew McCabe was removed.

The bias and spin that the Democrats and their counterparts within the mainstream media will put on this information will make all of this more intertwined and difficult for those who are not that interested, to understand the full extent of what has happened, to the DOJ and FBI. Two organizations that most of the people thought they could trust. Perhaps this memo will make Special Counsel Robert Mueller stop and take notice with what he is and has currently been doing. I have known and now many others know, that Mueller is targeting the wrong person. The special counsel needs to be focused on the Hillary Clinton campaign, not the Trump campaign. All in all, we have the biggest abuse of power and corruption to influence a presidential election in the history of our country.

Five Months Worth Of Agent Peter Strzok Text Messages Are Missing, FBI Cites Mystery "Glitch"

Additional text messages sent and received by disgraced FBI agent Peter Strzok have been handed over to Congress, reports the Associated Press.

In yet another twist to the Peter Strzok saga, a block of text messages were withheld by the FBI to Congress over a mystery glitch.

AP reports:

"But the department also said in a letter to lawmakers that its record of messages sent to and from the agent, Peter Strzok, was incomplete because the FBI, for technical reasons, had been unable to preserve and retrieve about five months’ worth of communications.

New text messages highlighted in a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray by Sen. Ron Johnson, the Republican chairman of the Senate’s Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, are from the spring and summer of 2016 and involve discussion of the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server. They reference Attorney General Loretta Lynch’s decision to accept the FBI’s conclusion in that case and a draft statement that former FBI Director James Comey had prepared in anticipation of closing out the Clinton investigation without criminal charges."

According to The Hill’s John Solomon, newly obtained text messages between Strzok and Bureau lawyer Lisa Page demonstrate more anti-Trump bias at the agency than previously known. The FBI agent, once a fixture of special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia probe, told Page that he enjoyed seeing then Fox News host Megyn Kelly “going after,” Trump during the debates.

Solomon reports:

When the two shared a National Public Radio article on the opening of Trump’s new hotel in Washington, the two could barely contain their disdain.

“That’s one place I hope I never stay in,” Page wrote.

Strzok replied. “Agreed. I hope it fails horribly.”

Occasionally the two also opined about the media in general. Strzok, for instance, called a New York Post article about agents unhappy with the outcome of the Clinton email case “stupid,” and referred to Fox anchor Chris Wallace as a “turd.”

After one of the presidential debates, Strzok also had an observation about then-Fox anchor and current NBC anchor Megyn Kelly. “Vaguely satisfying to see Megyn Kelly (who had Botox and looks HORRIBLE) utterly going after Trump,” he texted.

Last month, Fox News published a portion of the approximately 10,000 texts messages sent between FBI agent Peter Strzok and lawyer Lisa Page. Among the messages is an exchange revealing Strzok and Page discussed an ‘insurance policy,’ against a Trump presidency.

Least we forget Page sent a text to Strzok stating, ‘Trump should go f*ck himself’.

The dots are connecting. Top FBI brass were working with Hillary Clinton to make sure she was exonerated from her criminal investigation while simultaneously building a case against Donald Trump.

Blog Author's Comments: Five months of missing texts and memos, certainly sounds and shows that someone and probably multiple people are trying to destroy evidence of collusion against President Trump. The entire scam by the FBI should result in prison time for some of those involved. Could this by chance be referred to as 'obstruction of justice'? This coming week should be an eye opener for the American people.

This kind of garbage and muck is why the memo must be released or leaked. What has happened and is still ongoing is 'in your face' corruption at the highest level of the FBI, which has continued for approximately two years or longer. I don't want to hear that former FBI Director James Comey, and many others did not know about or were not willing contributors to this entire mess and scam.

The disappearance of the documents tells us that the traitors behind the scenes think they already have the upper hand and it is too late for the righteous Republic to do anything about it. Are the missing documents in the same place as Hillary’s 33,000 missing emails? Do they really think we are that ignorant and inept that we cannot see through this charade? One of the highest offices in the world has “glitches” and at a very convenient time for them.

Judge Orders FBI To Turn Over Comey Memos For Review - Could Release Them To The Public

Judge James Boasberg of the US District Court for the District of Columbia ordered the FBI to turn over Comey’s Trump memos for review. He may decide to release them to the public. The government has until January 18th to hand over the memos to the court.

"A federal judge Thursday said he would look at the memos former FBI Director James Comey wrote about his interactions with President Donald Trump before deciding whether the Justice Department can withhold them from the public. It’s a signal that the judge may be skeptical of Justice’s argument that the Comey memos should stay confidential because their release could compromise the Russia probe."

"The court, in seeking to review the documents, shows it doesn’t trust the FBI or Justice Department’s representations about the infamous Comey memos. We hope now that Americans are one step closer to knowing the facts about these memos, which were written and leaked for pernicious purposes to target a sitting president with a criminal investigation. It’s high time they begin to see the light of day. We’re glad the court followed up on our specific suggestion that it review the documents directly."

On January 3rd, Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) sent a letter to Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein and the DOJ demanding answers on Comey’s memos.

Chuck Grassley questioned whether fired FBI Director James Comey violated DOJ policy after he gave his Trump memos to a friend to leak to the press.

Comey had 7 memos total stemming from 9 conversations he had with President Trump. 4 out of 7 of the memos contained classified information; it is possible Comey’s ‘confidant’ was shown classified information even though he does not have a security clearance.

It has also been argued that every single Comey memo is considered to be classified.

James Comey admitted to the Senate Intelligence Committee last June that he shared contents of his memos to a friend who’s a professor at Columbia University. He then told his ‘confidant’ to leak contents of the memo to The New York Times in order to prompt a Special Counsel.

I and many other citizens of America are sick and tired with what has happened and continues, within the FBI, DOJ and CIA and with the continual 'witch hunt' of another crooked former cop, Robert Mueller and his so-called lawful investigation. Aside from Comey, many other members of the FBI have so far managed to escape from what they have done.

Where things are getting severely mucked up, here and now, are that despite the likes of Hillary, Obama, Comey, Holder, Lynch, the top brass at the FBI and DOJ, along with a gaggle of co-conspirators and accomplices is that absolutely nothing is happening to them. Hillary Clinton lies outright to congress. Comey admits to criminal activity. Obama and Holder send guns to Mexican drug cartels and money to global terrorists. FBI investigators and top lawyers cover up crimes and there is silence.

This is the critical and extremely alarming fact. Many people who were born and live in this country had in the past thought that the employees of the FBI, CIA and DOJ were people we could count on to conduct themselves legally, with regard to our laws and criminal activities. These were once people and agencies we could trust, but those times are gone. Who can we now find assurance and confidence in aside from President Donald Trump?

Breitbart -- Friday on FNC’s “America’s Newsroom,” Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) said a congressional committee had evidence FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe indicated Hillary Clinton was going to get an “HQ special” regarding the investigation of her unauthorized email server and ties to the Clinton Foundation during her tenure as secretary of state.

Gaetz, a member of the House Judiciary Committee, described the circumstances at the FBI regarding the investigation as “extreme pro-Hillary Clinton bias.”

“The Judiciary Committee is engaged in an investigation, particularly as it relates to the handling of the Hillary Clinton email scandal and any potential investigations of the Clinton Foundation and the handling of bribes or other types of improper payments,” Gaetz said. “I can certainly say that my impression after these interviews is that there was extreme pro-Hillary Clinton bias that benefitted her in this investigation and that she received special treatment as a consequence of her candidacy for president. That shouldn’t happen. The law should apply equally to all Americans whether they’re political candidates or not. And so, we need to institute reforms through the Judiciary Committee for more oversight, for more transparency so that this never happens again.”

He went on explain that it was the committee’s intention to find out if there was a departure from standard “procedures.”

“[O]ur view is we need to find out if whether or not the procedures were departed from,” he added. “And we have email evidence from Andrew McCabe indicating that Hillary Clinton was going to get an ‘HQ Special,’ a headquarters special. That meant that the normal processes of the Washington field office weren’t followed and he had a special. And he had a very small group of people that had a pro-Hillary Clinton bias who had a direct role in changing that investigation from one that likely should have been criminal to one where she was able to walk. And so I think that we’ve gotta ensure that that never happens again, that the same processes that would apply to any American would also apply to people who were running for president of the United States.”

Everyone who truly cares about justice knows that Clinton is guilty of many criminal offenses but will never face proper justice for what she has done.

So, according to the House Commission, the FBI modified their procedure for investigation and filing charges. The nation's top law enforcement agency not enforcing the law because they were pro-Hillary Clinton people. Let us see if the Attorney General Jeff Sessions can muster enough courage to attempt to do his job.
