Andrew McCarthy discusses the origin of the feces. Specifically, how Robert Mueller was not assigned a criminal investigation, but instead given instructions to continue the FBI counterintelligence investigation originated by FBI Agent Peter Strzok in 2016.
This investigative framework is what Judge T.S. Ellis III (EDVA) challenged on Friday morning. The special counsel originated their Russian conspiracy investigation through exploitation of a Title-1 FISA warrant against Carter Page. The special counsel then seeks to merge the results of that 2017 Russia investigation authority into Title-3 criminal cases that have absolutely nothing to do with Russian investigations; see: Paul Manafort and 2004 and 2007 banking and tax issues(?). None of it makes a lick of sense.
(Via: TLR)Blog Author's Comments: When Rod Rosenstein says that “human lives are at risk” if the top secret redactions were exposed, I believe he is absolutely right – he’s referring to his life and the lives of all the corrupt men and women at the top ranks of the FBI, DOJ and many other government agencies from the Obama administration and the carryovers from them. Their lives would definitely be at risk when the absolute proof of corruption is revealed in those documents and I’m sure they fear, if not citizens with guns, then criminal convictions that would possibly include heavy sentences for high crimes including sedition and treason.
President Trump, declassify and un-redact all documents related to this witch hunt and expose everything to the American people, and to Congress so we can decide what we already know for themselves, who is guilty and who is not. Now, the judge indicates that everyone in government is to be held accountable and no one should have “unfettered” power. The Mueller team has two weeks to twist laws to undermine the judge’s theories and protect their plan to take out Trump. He is only the duly elected president of the American people. And once again, where the hell is the Attorney General Sessions? He continues to sit on the sidelines while Trump and others who care are taking the heat from the Democrats, mainstream media and turn coat members of his own party.
Fox Business News host Lou Dobbs discusses the firing of FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, and all the downstream issues, with Congressman Jim Jordan:
(Via: TLR)Blog Author's Comments: I appreciated Jordan’s smile at that question of Lou Dobbs re: Ryan, because I can think many in the House want him gone. Ryan is too obvious in thwarting the President and protecting RINO's and democrats and not doing, as Jordan said, what we elected/hired them to do. We did not want Ryan as Speaker and we still don’t because he is not speaking for us but for himself and others in and out of Congress.
Now that McCabe is gone, there is probably going to be another flood of information coming in that people had stashed away. All potential crimes are briefed to the DOJ as they are discovered. Sessions does not need to wait for the Office of Inspector General report. McCabe is an example of OIG giving DOJ real time investigation information for them to act on.
It is obvious that this Ryan spending bill needs a true operation to cut out the wasteful bunk and foolishness that we don’t want and cannot afford. We want money for the wall and much more border security. Forget the rest as non-essential and unnecessary, especially Planned Parenthood, Obamacare, sanctuary state/cities, immigration and illegal aliens.
FOX News contributor and former attorney Gregg Jarrett joined Lou Dobbs to discuss the recent developments by Deep State operatives in their continual witch hunt to destroy Donald Trump and his family and former campaign officials.
Jarrett went off on failed Attorney General Jeff Sessions.
Lou Dobbs: "You know this Attorney General does not have the stomach for a fight. It’s just not going to happen."
Gregg Jarrett: "Well, unfortunately and I’m sad to say this. Jeff Sessions as Attorney General is the most feckless and incompetent Attorney General we’ve had in modern American history. He’s incapable of doing the job."
(Via: Lou Dobbs Tonight)Blog Author's Comments: Why cannot president Trump appoint an interim Attorney General, is the Senate able to stop him? And the same thing should happen with Deputy AG Rosenstein. Was Sessions set up from the start? He is a prosecutor who is the victim of the biggest criminal conspiracy in the history of the US federal government. The entire Trump campaign was targeted by illegal spying.
And now we have Special Counsel Robert Mueller venturing and probing into any place he and his band of liberal lawyers care to go and for as long as they want to explore. With their only goal to take down the president. To give a quick answer as to whom I would appoint to take Jeff Sessions place, that would be Congressman Jim Jordan or Congressman Devin Nunes. Sessions has been worthless for over a year as the Attorney General and I don't see how anything will change until he is replaced or graciously steps down.
The Hill -- Fox News’ Lou Dobbs unleashed on the NFL and supported Pence’s decision to walk out. His tweet immediately went viral.
Lou Dobbs Tweeted:
"The Hell with the NFL - MAGA Donald Trump".
The last place one wants to be is on the other end of Fox Business host Lou Dobbs’ razor sharp tongue. Dobbs fired off quite the zinger at NFL “ingrates,” who kneel during the National Anthem.
Lou Dobbs: ESPN Suspended Jemele Hill To Save Its Bottom Line
Lou Dobbs Commentary: A Few Thoughts Now On NFL vs. President Trump On Veterans And National Anthem
"Fox Business host Lou Dobbs said NFL players are “ingrates” for believing “that standing for the national anthem” constitutes oppression.
Dobb’s comments come after San Francisco 49ers safety Eric Reid commented on Vice President Pence’s decision to leave the game between the 49ers and Indianapolis Colts shortly after several 49ers kneeled during the national anthem.
Reid told reporters after the game that Pence’s decision was a “stunt” and showed what “systemic oppression” looks like.
“It’s no wonder that ESPN is struggling and losing subscribers facing higher costs and a decline in ad revenue, and that’s where we are in this NFL player-led protest,” Dobbs said on his primetime program."Blog Author's Comments: The Union has ruined the NFL, face it, we have out grown unions and don't need them. The unions have also ruined much of our education system. The NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell has again proven that he is worthless, in the way he has mishandled the entire situation. The owners should definitely replace him with someone that can handle the job. This entire scenario is about race and Goodell does not want to upset or offend the blacks, who make up 75 percent of the players.
As for the players, their protests are just something more to draw attention to themselves. I don't believe they actually care about helping the young blacks. If they did, they would go to the inner cities and spend some time talking to the young black men. Or contribute some of their money to help them. If they want to help the blacks, which they say are the victims of police brutality, they are free to council many of them to stay out of trouble and obey the laws. In fact, many of the players should also obey the laws and attempt to stay out of trouble.
I haven't the patience or tolerance for the disgraceful protests being perpetrated against America. These true ingrates should get a grip and cut out the phony issue drivel. But meantime, don't buy anything associated with the NFL and just let them run it into the ground where their knees are. To Lou Dobbs: Thank you for standing up for America, welcome to the basket of Deplorables.
GP -- Republican campaign consultant and Trump supporter Ed Rollins told Lou Dobbs that White House Chief of Staff John Kelly did not even vote for Trump. General John Kelly voted for Hillary Clinton.
John Kelly was appointed to replace White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus in July. Kelly reportedly filters the president’s news sources and controls the president’s schedule.
"Ed Rollins: At least what I’ve heard from sources inside who know Kelly, he is an honorable man and a good general. He didn’t vote for him. He voted for Hillary. So I don’t think basically he is a Trump supporter or ideologically a Trump supporter."
Blog Author's Comments: My first question is how does Ed Rollins know who John Kelly voted for? He was not in the voting booth with Kelly. If I were the president I would ask Kelly and this should have been part of his interview process prior to appointing him. Than again, this may simply be hearsay and part of the rumor mill that we are subjected to on a daily basis. But, would Rollins go on a televised news program and say this if he did not believe his source was reliable and could be believed?
Rollins said that Kelly was an honorable man. How many times have we been told that about numerous people, only to find out they were not at all? Comey and Mueller are both good examples. And why would a U.S. General vote for Hillary Clinton? Trump will never pass his campaign agenda and promises to the American people with swamp creatures in his administration’s positions of power. If our president wants to reward loyalty, he can make Sessions the Chief of Staff and replace him at the DOJ with someone who is much tougher than Jeff Sessions. I have believed this from the time Sessions was appointed.
GP -- Conservative Lou Dobbs was on vacation this week but he took time out from his vacation to call in on the recent controversy facing President Donald Trump.
Lou Dobbs unloaded on the liberal media establishment in an 8 minute rant following the Charlottesville riots and deadly car attack.
Lou Dobbs: "David when we look at the truth there is only one truth-teller today in Washington and that is President Donald Trump. He said that this was a calamity, a collision between two violent forces and he was exactly right. And they try to make that something that they can bludgeon him for two days…
This president now is being attacked by CEOs who are withdrawing from two councils that he created so that they could have more input with the White House. This is a remarkable moment in history because every one of those CEOs, mark my words, is a coward…
Don’t make any mistake, this is a coordinated and orchestrated attack on the president… These are some of the most duplicitous, hypocritical, sanctimonious, self righteous left-wingers working in corporate America. And they should be held accountable…
This president is now engaged against the enemy he campaigned against. That is the establishment, corporate America and CEOs running US multi-nationals without a commitment to one home economy and really divided loyalties of all kind…
I wish Steve Bannon would give it a rest, OK? We don’t need to hear from Steve Bannon today… Steve Bannon right now needs to be adviser to the president. And his analysis and his comportment and his counsel to the president needs to remain between him and the president. I am sick and tired of this White House and some of its staff making known every little whispered thought they share with the President of the United States.
And to that end, look at this press conference and the way the president was treated by the national left-wing media?…
And when you have this pack of hyenas, which is exactly what the national left-wing press was doing at that briefing — interrupting the president of the United States? Tell them to go to hell! There’s going to be at least basic decorum. There will be respect for the President of the United States and this office and it starts now…
It’s awful what we’re watching happen here. And the president equips himself brilliantly as you expect because he loves a good fight. But that is a fight he shouldn’t have to fight.
This White House will regain control of itself. They are going to have to take control of this media because it is an adversarial opposition force… That was one of the ugliest, no that was the ugliest displays that I have ever seen of a White House press corps and the way they treated any president. And I’ve seen some pretty rough moments in press corps presidential history. That was the worst ever and its gotta stop. And the President, I might add, needs to bring in the heads of all the media companies and say, “You ignorant sons of bitches. You either start treating me with respect or you won’t be present in the room when I do speak." Blog Author's Comments: Mr. Lou Dobbs, the only true journalist who had the guts to say what he felt, and tell the truth concerning President Trump, which was far different than the left-wing news people who have been literally going ballistic or pretending to, concerning the president's comments on what took place in Charlottesville. It is a shame when so-called adults are acting like children. And this is coming from all news networks. But, did they utter a word of defiance when Obama was in office? I don't think so. Do you suppose this was because of the color of his skin, not what he did, and his agenda and ideology for the country? The only news that I sometimes watch is Fox News. And Hannity and Carlson are the only ones worth watching and of course Lou Dobbs.
I receive most of my news, what I think I need to know, from the internet/blogosphere. The way the media treated the president concerning what happened in Charlottesville and what he said about it, which was the truth, was disgraceful. They refuse to treat him as the president and will never agree with him, no matter the subject, because the people in this country, who care about it, chose Donald Trump instead of the lying and corrupt Hillary Clinton. It seems that the media and that includes virtually all networks need something for ratings since the Trump/Russia collusion story has been discontinued for now, because of the lack of any proof that it ever occurred, which it did not.
"What About The Alt-Left?" President Trump Destroys CNN Reporter On Charlottesville
Quote Of The Day: "The Bill of Rights is an uncomfortable compromise. It says that we have to put up with people we don’t like. The Democrats, under the influence of the left, are rejecting that idea. But that goes both ways too.
You can have a liberal society or an illiberal one. But you can’t have a society that is selectively liberal when it comes to your bigotry, but illiberal of the bigotry of others, that believes you have the right to say anything you please without consequences, but that no one else does, that you can punch, but not be punched. That’s a totalitarian state. And the only way to realize it is through violence.
Democrats need to take an honest look at the street violence in Seattle, in Portland, in Berkeley and Charlottesville, and decide if this is what they really want. If they don’t, it’s time for them to stop normalizing left-wing extremism. If they do, then they are to blame for the next Dallas or Charlottesville." -- Sultan Knish
During an interesting Lou Dobbs interview Judge Andrew Napolitano discusses the “Deep State” and how President Trump is the first president to confront them without backing down.
Judge Napolitano Says Trump Is The First President To Confront "Deep State" Head On
Blog Author's Comments: For those who are not familiar with the term 'Deep State.' It is a body of people, typically influential members of government agencies or the military, believed to be involved in the secret manipulation or control of government policy. President Trump is going up against the very people who build and maintain the “Black Files” on all of our elected representatives in DC.
These are the people that record their dirt, and use it to control them so that they consistently betray the people who voted for them. It takes a uniquely strong-willed person to withstand this kind of sinister onslaught which Trump has received from so many sides. This is much worse than I had imagined it would be. And I will not even go into what Barack Obama and his people are trying to do to bring Trump down and cripple his presidency.
But, there is no backing down by President Trump and this is why he has earned the respect and support from those who voted for him. One of the reasons he garnered the support he did was because he was the outsider and a fighter, and it’s very rare that we have a leader that actually puts America first and obviously cares about the country.
The simple fact that almost everyone within the corrupt power structure was trying to destroy him proved that he was the right choice. The 'Deep State' is beginning to be exposed, but there are still plenty of shadows remaining. There is a long fight ahead and President Trump needs the members of his party to step up and do their jobs, work with him and for the people, not for themselves like many have done in the past. Trump also has to defend on a daily basis against the corrupt leftist media and Democrat Party.
GP -- Donald Trump flew to Washington DC on Thursday to meet with President Obama, Speaker Paul Ryan and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.
Paul Ryan was a very vocal critic of Donald Trump for the past year. Ryan even pulled his endorsement of Donald Trump a month before the election. If Ryan was not on Hillary’s payroll he should have been.
Tonight Lou Dobbs remarked on Trump’s meeting with anti-Trump Speaker Paul Ryan.
Lou Dobbs: I’ve got to tell you I’m such a base and petty man that if Paul Ryan had done to me what he did to Donald Trump my hands would, without any power to resist it all, would be clutching at his throat. And, I have to say, Donald Trump was very presidential. He actually may be seeking to attain the level of saint here in what he has tolerated.
Blog Author's Comments -- Lou Dobbs has been one of the most pleasant, reassuring, patriotic and right on target people in the media through all of this. Paul Ryan is a traitor and should definitely step down. He deserves no place within the Trump government. But, many of his buddies in the House, which includes many Democrats, will vote him in again as the Speaker. Being appointed Speaker has gone to Ryan's head; he believes he is someone he is not.
Ryan did all that he could to wreck the Trump train to the White House. Those of us who follow the political culture in Washington know what Ryan is and that he cannot be trusted. As long as he is still Speaker of the House, the establishment still has some control over the legislative and political process. I do hope there is a plan in motion behind the scenes to unseat him as the speaker soon. I don't think Donald Trump has forgotten those who attempted to take him down and out of his race to the presidency.
