Blog Author's Comments: The special counsel Robert Mueller, and his gang of Clinton supporters are on the government payroll until Mueller feels he has done enough damage and decides to shut them and himself down. Mueller exists in his present capacity because of Attorney General Jeff Sessions who has allowed deputy AG Rod Rosenstein to control the DOJ and appoint Robert Mueller. President Trump's former attorney Michael Cohen and Paul Manafort who worked for the president's campaign for three months, were charged and put on trial because of Mueller's people.

They were both found guilty of charges not even closely related to what the Mueller gang is supposed to be looking for, which if anyone has forgotten, was Russia/Collusion by Donald Trump and his campaign people. Cohen may now face a second trial presided over by the Manhattan District Attorney’s office. If he should be found guilty of the charges, which he no-doubt will, it will take place in New York so that if President Trump even wanted to pardon him he could not. The way I understand it, is the President cannot pardon someone who was found guilty of a crime by a state court, only in a federal court.

The latest path Mueller is taking, is for the the Manhattan District Attorney’s office who is eyeing criminal charges against the Trump Organization and two senior company officials. The Mueller people could want to look at all of the Trump family tax filings and his business for as many years as they would like. Again, this is all being done to bring down the President and destroy him, his business and his family.

It really is too bad that the President appointed someone that showed extreme loyalty during the campaign, and was named the Attorney General. But, just a few days after he was appointed Sessions told the president he had recused himself from the Mueller probe which was supposed to focus on Russia/Collusion. Because of this, the President has given up a great deal of his time and life to have everything he has worked for threatened. Donald Trump wanted to help the American people have a better life, than what they had received from the previous administration. And for that, the Washington establishment wants to ruin his life.

Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) recently published a 48-page report called “Robert Mueller Unmasked” to expose the Special Counsel’s decades of corruption.

Rep. Gohmert lays out the case for Mueller’s firing by exposing his corrupt past of targeting innocent people.

“Robert Mueller has a long and sordid history of illicitly targeting innocent people that is a stain upon the legacy of American jurisprudence. He lacks the judgment and credibility to lead the prosecution of anyone,” Gohmert begins.

Gohmert covers Mueller’s shady past of helping mobster Whitey Bulger by eliminating mob competitors. Mueller put people in prison for crimes they did not commit:

Mueller was the head of the Criminal Division as Assistant U.S. Attorney, then as Acting U.S. Attorney. I could not find any explanation online by Mueller as to why he insisted on keeping the defendants in prison that FBI agents—in the pocket of Whitey Bulger— had framed for a murder they did not commit. Make no mistake: these were not honorable people he had incarcerated. But it was part of a pattern that eventually became quite clear that Mueller was more concerned with convicting and putting people in jail he disliked, even if they were innocent of the charges, than he was with ferreting out the truth.

It's Official - Attorney General Jeff Sessions in California Presser divulges he is a part of the Deep State

The US Attorney General Jeff Sessions held a press conference at the San Diego border. During the presser Sessions replied to a question surreptitiously admitting he is part of the Deep State. This is why Congress wants him held in contempt.

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes revealed that Congress will hold Department of Justice Attorney General Jeff Sessions in contempt for refusing to turn over classified information the committee has requested, he stated in a phone interview with Fox and Friends.

The Department of Justice also shot back on, releasing the letter sent to Nunes, which addressed the classified information Nunes had requested. It appears from the letter Nunes had asked for information on a specific individual, not yet named and considered by DOJ to be a very valuable person for a counterintelligence operation.

A day later, sleepy and corrupt AG Sessions held a press conference at the US border. During a question and answer period Sessions responded to a query about Congressman’s Devin Nunez’s statements on Sunday. Sessions responded –

The Department of Justice has written him a letter and to responded appropriate to him. Ah. The request he’s made is one that the intelligence communities and the Department of Justice feels is not grant-able. We explained that we liked, that we’d be willing to talk to him about it before the details about which I’ve written to him can be discussed.

Blog Author's Comments: There are numerous significant indications that Sessions is part of the coup and cover up. There are no significant indications otherwise. Blind trust is not a sensible option. Congress has full legal right to information. There are really a lot of things extremely wrong and criminal in the Department of Justice and Sessions seems to be okay with that.

The president is wasting some of his important days continually putting out fires rather than using this time governing the country. He has and is doing many very good things but he should not have to keep fighting a corrupt special counsel in Mueller, without the full backing from his own people. This is not the way he should be forced to function.

Apparently it does not bother Sessions that President Trump is supposed to work like this. If anyone has been paying attention they already know what Mueller's ultimate goal is, but we don't know what the attorney general's true objective might be. If Trump has not already done so, he does have the urgency to speak with the Attorney General. If his answers are not forthcoming and favorable he should definitely be gone.

This investigative framework is what Judge T.S. Ellis III (EDVA) challenged on Friday morning. The special counsel originated their Russian conspiracy investigation through exploitation of a Title-1 FISA warrant against Carter Page. The special counsel then seeks to merge the results of that 2017 Russia investigation authority into Title-3 criminal cases that have absolutely nothing to do with Russian investigations; see: Paul Manafort and 2004 and 2007 banking and tax issues(?). None of it makes a lick of sense.

Blog Author's Comments: When Rod Rosenstein says that “human lives are at risk” if the top secret redactions were exposed, I believe he is absolutely right – he’s referring to his life and the lives of all the corrupt men and women at the top ranks of the FBI, DOJ and many other government agencies from the Obama administration and the carryovers from them. Their lives would definitely be at risk when the absolute proof of corruption is revealed in those documents and I’m sure they fear, if not citizens with guns, then criminal convictions that would possibly include heavy sentences for high crimes including sedition and treason.

President Trump, declassify and un-redact all documents related to this witch hunt and expose everything to the American people, and to Congress so we can decide what we already know for themselves, who is guilty and who is not. Now, the judge indicates that everyone in government is to be held accountable and no one should have “unfettered” power. The Mueller team has two weeks to twist laws to undermine the judge’s theories and protect their plan to take out Trump. He is only the duly elected president of the American people. And once again, where the hell is the Attorney General Sessions? He continues to sit on the sidelines while Trump and others who care are taking the heat from the Democrats, mainstream media and turn coat members of his own party.

Dirty Cop Mueller Stormed Paul Manafort's House Two Weeks Before Rosenstein Provided Support For The Raid

An August 2017 memo from Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein to Special Counsel Robert Mueller surfaced late Monday evening in a court filing. Mueller used the memo to defend his scope of the investigation against a recent motion Manafort filed to dismiss his case.

In the heavily redacted memo, Robert Mueller admits Rosenstein’s order appointing him to Special Counsel was intentionally vague.

“This violates the special counsel law that requires a specific statement of facts to be investigated,” said Attorney Gregg Jarrett.

Legal analyst for Fox News, Gregg Jarrett unleashed on Mueller and Rosenstein on Tuesday, calling for both to resign after they ‘colluded to break the law.’

Gregg Jarrett tweeted: Unethical Mueller, in his court filing, admits that Rosenstein’s order appointing him was intentionally vague. This violates the special counsel law that requires a specific statement of facts to be investigated. Rosenstein and Muller colluded to break the law and should resign.

The memo is dated August 2, 2017 and is from Rosenstein to Mueller supposedly directing Mueller to look into Manafort actions with a Russian operative perhaps before 2016. This however is clearly outside the scope of Sessions’ recusal as argued by Manafort and doesn’t even address Manafort’s argument that these actions are not for Mueller to take or Rosenstein to order but are Sessions actions alone as AG.

Overnight it was reported at Law and Crime that Mueller’s raid on Paul Manafort’s home took place before August 2nd, the date that Rosenstein provided Mueller support for the raid. The FBI reportedly manhandled Manafort and his wife in the early morning raid on July 26th.

Corrupt Rosenstein provided dirty cop and former FBI Head Mueller a memo giving him permission to raid Manafort’s house in an abusive early morning raid two weeks after Mueller had carried out the intrusion. This witch hunt is out of control.

The Deputy AG Rosenstein and Former FBI Director Comey along with many members of the current FBI, prove that Obama filled our government with a corrupt and weaponized bunch of thugs and gave them permission, through whatever means possible, to terrorize American citizens.

Muller and Rosenstein knew that Manafort was not going anywhere but instead of contacting Manafort's lawyer requesting he turn himself in, they decided to grandstand and make an early morning raid on his home with his family inside. This was all for show and if Manafort faces more charges or problems, what is to stop President Trump from pardoning him? That is why Mueller is doing everything he can to keep this corrupt witch hunt going and slow down or stop anyone attempting to point the finger at the real criminals. He is using his current illegal power to threaten anyone with obstruction of justice.

It is AG Sessions job to get rid of them and have them face charges, they did break the law. Rosenstein and Mueller are longtime swamp buddies, they are totally corrupt, and are covering their criminal acts in the Uranium-One scandal. Jeff Sessions should take control of the DOJ, do his job, or resign. If Trump has not fired him by now it is apparently not going to happen. All of this is the criminalization of someone who won the presidency, that the Washington Establishment does not think should have won.

Newt Gingrich let the sparks fly during a recent appearance on FOX News. He was speaking about all of the things Hillary did which would have landed any normal person in jail. Just the missing emails are a crime.

I mean let’s go down this list and then on both the protect Hillary side and the get Trump side, it is the most extraordinary example of the deep state totally abusing the rule of law.”

“There are a lot of different players now engaged in this and they seem to be pretty consistently lining up, except of course for Adam Schiff and the Democrats who are in the see no evil, report no evil, just hide with evil for the weekend kind of group,” he added.

“Let me just point out. To show you how sick the elite media is, they report all that as though it’s something bad about Trump. In any reasonable system of law, Secretary Clinton would already be in jail. All of her senior aides would be in jail.”

But, so are many other clear thinking Americans when addressing what Hillary Clinton is obviously guilty of, but she will never face a true reckoning for her crimes. There is no rule of law in DC, the rule of law only applies to the little people.

The Comey Investigation of Clinton gave her every possible break the FBI could give. No Grand Jury. Hillary Clinton was not put under Oath while questioned. No recording devices while Hillary was questioned. Co-witnesses 'in the room' while she was questioned. Subpoenaed evidence destroyed by Team Hillary. Electronic devices destroyed by Team Hillary (before the FBI analyzed them). Immunity deals given to apparently everyone. Peter Strzok (a massive pro-Hillary and Anti-Trumper, FBI Counter Intelligence investigator) responsible for questioning Hillary. Comey drafts letter stating Hillary is innocent, months before they even question her. Comey letter is edited by Strzok, who removes "grossly negligent" - a crime, and replaces it with "extremely careless" not a crime. And her top aid Huma Abedin transfers thousands of State Department emails to Carlos Danger's laptop - yet she walks free and uncharged.

In any reasonable system of law, Hillary Clinton wouldn't be the only one to pay a penalty for her criminal behavior. But, at this point, if we had an Attorney General, the many government employees would be lawyering up for their time in the court system. Why the President continues to hang on to this incompetent AG Jeff Sessions is a mystery. These criminals are apparently conducting business as usual.

Blog Author's Comments: I believe what Chris Farrell is saying is certainly true. We have a major problem and who can solve it? There were high hopes for Attorney General Jeff Sessions by some on the right, but he has not done as well as was expected. It's alarming that nothing is being accomplished by the existing Justice Department, a lot of talk but no real action or results. A never ending chain of investigations that may as well be as fraudulent as Mueller's psychotic Russia Trump investigation - will not be good enough. The traitors of the so-called deep state will be the object and the losers of any actions of unrest, not Trump.

But, it looks as though members of the Obama administration and the Clintons are still in power and making the decisions concerning the government’s actions. Trump has placed the people within his cabinet, expecting the results he wanted and requested for the people of America. But, that is not happening. If this continues, and I don’t really see any reasons why it will not, the Democrats who are now out of power, may not have to wait too long before they begin to creep back in. President Trump was a gift to the country because he stopped Hillary from being elected. But, Trump cannot do everything by himself, he needs help from his fellow members of the GOP. When are they going to start working for him and the people?

TLR -- Almost every intellectually honest political observer recognized the Washington Post report about President Trump being under investigation appeared manufactured on the thinnest of available anonymous precepts.

In the wake of the Post report, when Asst. AG Rod Rosenstein delivered an unanticipated press release stating not to trust media reports from “anonymous officials” all doubt was essentially confirmed. There is no ‘there’ there; and President Trump was not/is not under investigation. Just another failed media attempt by The Washington Post to undermine the administration, with a blend of partisanship designed to generate an ideological self-fulfilling prophecy.

Toward that end, and to put a final nail in that manufactured narrative coffin, ABC news correspondent Pierre Thomas reported today that Special Counsel Robert Mueller is NOT investigating President Trump:

WASHINGTON - Special counsel Robert Mueller hasn’t decided whether to investigate President Trump as part of the Russia probe, according to a report on Sunday.

“Now, my sources are telling me he’s begun some preliminary planning,” Pierre Thomas, the ABC News senior justice correspondent, said of Mueller on ABC’s “This Week.” “Plans to talk to some people in the administration. But he’s not yet made that momentous decision to go for a full-scale investigation.”

Yes, that means the prior Washington Post report was entirely false; which makes that one of the numerous times CNN, The New York Times, or the Washington Post has run a report that was entirely false. They know it, it’s not false by accident – it is false by design. Just like the previous battle in the intelligence community, there is a battle between Black Hats and White Hats within the U.S. Justice Department’s (FBI and DOJ) unelected career bureaucracy; and the media is on the side of the opposition, the usurping black hat team.

Blog Author's Comments: Since President Trump is not under investigation, is Mueller’s hiring of high level attorneys that were Clinton Foundation members and Democrat donors, to make sure that the Clinton's are protected? Apparently Mueller wants or needs the input from Clinton advisors.

Who thought Mueller was a good idea with his close ties to Comey? And can the Republicans stop using hold over’s from the past administration? Trump should not be Mueller's target, but he’s still only one ambitious corrupt Clinton lawyer away from some sort of set-up, and they are dragging down our President and his work, while many in his administration are sitting on their hands waiting to observe what transpires. I am not holding my breath to see if the Mueller army will prove helpful. A special counsel is not used to coming back in three months to say 'sorry, we did not find any problems.' They are used to gather and provide information to prosecute someone or recommend a penalty. As long as Donald Trump is our president, the constant attacks and quotes from 'anonymous sources' coming from the Washington Post, NY Times, CNN etc. will continue.

I am not convinced of Mueller’s high morals. He should have refused this job based on his conversations and close ties with Comey. Yet, I see and hear so many on our side tell us what a fair and honest person he is, that this is no fishing expedition. I want the Washington Post, New York Times, CNN, CBS, NBC, and ABC to have to pay for all these investigations. Once they are over, I want to see a Class Action Lawsuit against every one of them stating malicious intent in their slander and libel against this administration. Let them pay back the money wasted of taxpayer dollars that should be going to useful projects. In the meantime the Democrats and liberals are accomplishing the only item they are able to do, and that is to put up as many roadblocks as they can to attempt to stop Trump from making even more progress with his agenda.

So far, I don't see this impacting Trump's base of voters and those who are loyal and believe in him and what he can do for America. Trump himself has accomplished quite a lot in his short time in office. Too bad the Republican Congress cannot get anything done. I have to wonder who within the administration and Republican Congress can be trusted to put their jobs on the line, to help President Trump achieve some of the items he campaigned on and what the people who voted for him want?

Chairman Nunes is the only member of the Intelligence Oversight Gang-of-Eight who has reviewed the executive level intelligence product which caused him concern. Nunes alleged in the last week he received evidence that Obama administration political figures gained access to unmasked American identities through foreign intercepts involving the Trump transition team between November 2016 and January 2017.

Media and congressional leadership intentionally skip the obvious questions:

♦ Why don’t the other seven members also go look at the same executive intel?

♦ Why, instead of looking at the same data, does the entire UniParty political apparatus and DC media now seem intent on eliminating Devin Nunes?

♦ Why doesn’t Adam Schiff, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer or Mark Warner simply go look at the same executive intelligence product?

♦ Why doesn’t Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell or Richard Burr simply go look at the same executive intelligence product?

♦ Why doesn’t any member of the DC media ask such brutally obvious questions?

These are all simple questions that hang above the political chaff and countermeasures.

These are also simply questions that explain why President Trump made this simple request on January 6, 2017: "I am asking the chairs of the House and Senate committees to investigate top secret intelligence shared with NBC prior to me seeing it."

Notice how in the three months since that request was made by President-Elect Donald Trump, only one member of congress has actually done what was requested. That member is Devin Nunes.

Now look at what’s happening around Devin Nunes.

The brutally obvious reality behind these simple questions highlights something much more than the simple SWAMP. The reactive behavior is not confined to current DC politicians or the media surrounding DC.

What we see now, is a response by multiple elements more aptly called “Deep State“.

Blog Author's Comments: Those whose names were unmasked will not be happy that this has been happening. Until the reports are looked at, the 'Gang of 8', will try to deny even having knowledge of this. Once it crosses the line where Schiff, for example, goes and looks at the report, any normal person looking at that report would be just as disturbed as Nunes. Apparently not only were Americans names unmasked, but it seems that their day-to-day activities were shared as well.

Fox News had a brief interview with Nunes outside his Capitol Hill office yesterday. Nunes: “As far as I know they’ve done very little to even look through the documents that the intelligence agencies have provided,” Nunes said. He added, “At the end of the day here, we’re going to get to the truth and we’re going to find out who’s actually doing a real investigation. And you’ll find out that we are very much doing an investigation and have been for a long time.”

Asked about conflict with the House Intelligence Committee’s ranking member Adam Schiff, Nunes said, “We’re always concerned about this and we always want to keep the committee bipartisan but at the end of the day we’re going to do an investigation with or without them.” Nunes concluded saying to the Fox News reporter, “I would encourage you guys to go and start to follow them around and figure out who they want to bring in and interview.”

President Trump wants to accomplish items on his agenda. The Democrats and NeverTrumpers want to keep him from getting things done.

“Investigating the Russians”, is a perfect excuse for not getting things done. Again, we can see what a multi-purpose excuse the whole “Russians” hoax is. Hopefully the absurdity of it all will finally blow open the doors and let the sunlight in. This constant investigation about Trump and the Russians could go on forever if it is allowed to continue. I believe Nunes feels he has to keep the information from both Republicans and Democrats on the committee for fear of leaks to the villains he wants to surprise, and he wants to keep the whistleblower’s identity secret.

Nunes is one of 8 who have security level clearance to see the Intelligence. He can’t show it to his committee. Only Schiff can see it. He can’t tell anyone anything who is not the President, or the other 7. I believe Nunes has done everything the way he should have. As of today, the news I hear is that Nunes and Schiff will have a closed door meeting about this and we may hear what the next step is.
