Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) told Judge Jeanine on Sunday night that there is something ‘odd’ about Mueller’s upcoming testimony to Congress.
Mueller is set to publicly testify to the House Judiciary Committee and House Intel Committee on July 17.
Nunes, a ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee warned that Mueller will only be testifying for a total of four hours to two separate panels so there won’t be enough time for everyone to question him.
“I don’t know which direction he’s [Mueller] going to go, one is he’s just not going to say anything, which is very possible, but it’s also very possible too that he could throw a monkey wrench in things,” Nunes said.
“What’s odd about this is, supposedly he’s only agreed to testify for four hours — but four hours with the House Intelligence Committee and the House Judiciary Committee is not enough time to get everyone’s questions in,” he said.
Mueller refuses to testify behind closed doors so he’s sending his “pit bull” Weissmann and his crooked team in to testify.

As for the testimony of Mueller and Weissman, any question Mueller does not like will be met with the response, "that question is not covered in the scope of this hearing or in my report". If it's not in the report, he's not going to address it, he already stated as much.
As attorney's Joe diGenova and Victoria Toensing have said, Mueller's lead attorney and composer of the 'Mueller Report' Weissman, will simply lie and make things up he is very good at this and the Democrats and media will run with whatever he says, particularly if it is anti-Trump. They have to be appearing with hope that what they say will finally end any hope for President Trump's re-election in 2020.
Former FBI Director James Comey took his book promotion tour to Toronto Thursday and told the crowd that Robert Mueller isn’t leaking any information so Comey can’t assess the special counsel’s investigation.
“I can’t rely on anything I see in the media because there are no leaks coming out of Robert Mueller’s operation, so I don’t know what he knows,” Comey said.
But as the Canadian Press reports, Comey thinks highly of Mueller's group of lawyers. “I really don’t know what he has. What I do know is that he and his team are an all-star team of pros.”
Comey trotted out his frequently-used description of President Donald Trump being similar to a Mafia don.
“Ethical leadership is about having external reference points. Near as I can tell, this president only has one reference point and it is internal,” Comey told host Heather Reisman. “That’s very similar to a Cosa Nostra boss.”
Comey, who is no stranger to leaking information to the media, lamented what he described as declining ethical standards in U.S. politics.
The former FBI boss also brought up his decision to re-examine the Hillary Clinton email scandal less than two weeks before the 2016 presidential election, saying anything less could have been “devastating” on many levels.
“The act of concealment would be devastating to the institutions of justice for a generation,” Comey said. “And, if she’s elected, devastating to her presidency.”
Comey told the audience that in the course of the Clinton email scandal, his assessment of her activity went from “extremely careless” to “really sloppy.”
Comey expressed surprise that Trump would demand loyalty from him in a private meeting.
“He knew what he was doing,” Comey said. “The first explicit request for loyalty surprised me. By the time he came back and asked for my loyalty again, there’s no doubt he knew it was a violation of norms.”

Congressional Democrats are now lying to their supporters about the Russia investigation in an effort to pump up their fundraising efforts ahead of the midterm elections.
The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) sent out a pair of fundraising emails on Monday that claimed if they got enough signatures, President Donald Trump would be “forced” to interview with special counsel Robert Mueller.
“If we can gather 1,000,000 signatures, it will FORCE Trump to cooperate with the investigation once and for all,” read one email. (That’s false.)

This came after former Deputy Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation was fired on Friday night. This likely prevented McCabe from receiving his full retirement at age 50.

The Special Counsel Robert Mueller is under pressure to resign as his investigation into alleged Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election drifts further and further away from its core purpose.
Many are asking if Mueller should resign after charging former Trump campaign chair Paul Manafort and business partner Rick Gates with alleged crimes that have nothing to do with President Trump’s 2016 campaign.

Perhaps it is time to investigate Mueller and company. I wonder if he would like to talk about the Uranium One deal. At the time the Obama administration allowed Russia to buy, reportedly 20% of the U.S. Uranium, Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State and soon to be Donald Trump’s opponent in the 2016 presidential race. People associated with Uranium One had donated millions of dollars to the Clinton family’s so-called charitable organization, the Clinton Foundation. This raised questions about whether there was any connection between the deal’s approval and the donations to the Clinton Foundation. I would think that any semi-intelligent person would believe that the Clintons did very well for themselves with what transpired.
Mueller's job has always been an investigation in search of a crime. Anything that he can find about President Trump, his family, or anyone connected with him. I believe what is obvious is that Robert Mueller and James Comey were both FBI Directors based on politics, not competence. Most people do not have the venality and ruthlessness necessary to succeed at the job. Mueller is charging taxpayers millions of dollars per day to dive D.C. dumpsters looking everywhere for Russian collusion except where it truly exist, in Chappaqua, the home of the Clintons.

TLR -- Last year against the backdrop of President Obama’s sanctions announcement against Russia, we closely reviewed the “Russian Malicious Cyber Activity – Joint Analysis Report”. This December 2016 intelligence report is the report where the media talking points “17 intelligence agencies agreed” and the Russian “hacking of the election” began.
The report was released to coincide with President Obama kicking out Russian diplomats as punishment for the content therein. Everyone talks about this report, yet almost no-one talking about it has actually read it.
President Obama’s administration released the ‘Joint Analysis Report’ which various politicians and media claimed to outline details of Russia’s involvement hacking into targeted data, computer systems, and political networks during the election.
Except it doesn’t.
Not even a little.
The “Russian Malicious Cyber Activity – Joint Analysis Report” is pure nonsense. It outlines nothing more than vague and disingenuous typical hacking activity that is no more substantive than any other hacking report on any other foreign actor.
This report might as well be blaming Nigerian fraud phone solicitors for targeting U.S. phone numbers. Just because your grandma didn’t actually win that Nigerian national lottery doesn’t mean the Nigerian government, or representative of the Nigerian government were targeting grandma.
This FBI report is, well, quite simply, pure nonsense, that’s why NSA Director Admiral Mike Rogers refused to endorse it.

This person was crucial in approving the Uranium One deal, and also the sale of the cargo terminal at Port Canaveral to an Arab firm partnered with the Russians. I would not be surprise if Obama's "Organizing for America" PAC didn't also receive a significant portion of the money from this deal.
If Sessions won't pursue justice, it doesn't matter how many "revelations" come out. This farce will just continue to erode the social fabric of society. As I have mentioned many times, President Trump cannot do everything himself. It is past the time to dump Jeff Sessions, and find someone who will assume the AG's office with some vigor and energy. TLR -- Well, well, well…. Long-time Clinton insider and the epicenter of all Clinton connected power in Washington DC, Tony Podesta, is stepping down from the super-lobbying group that bears his name.
According to a report in politico, Tony Podesta has discovered he is also in the cross hairs of the Special Prosecutor investigation by Robert Mueller. Additionally, former campaign chairman Paul Manafort worked for the Podesta lobbying group to advance the interests of Ukraine and Russia in Washington DC.
There is some strong DC speculation that Manafort’s earlier indictment may lead to, or have been intended to, leverage cooperation with special counsel Mueller regarding the Podesta firm investigation.
Federal records show two firms doing work on behalf of Paul Manafort’s Ukraine front group beginning in April of 2012: The Podesta Group and Mercury Group.
Despite the lobbying activity neither group was disclosed as legally required under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) until April of 2017.
Via Politico Democratic power lobbyist Tony Podesta, founder of the Podesta Group, is stepping down from the firm that bears his name after coming under investigation by special counsel Robert Mueller.
Podesta announced his decision during a firm-wide meeting Monday morning and is alerting clients of his impending departure.
Podesta’s decision to leave the firm came on the same day that former Donald Trump campaign aides Paul Manafort and Rick Gates were indicted on multiple charges, including money laundering, operating as federal agents of the Ukrainian government, failing to disclose overseas bank accounts and making false statements to federal authorities.
The investigation into Podesta and his firm grew out of investigators’ examination of Manafort’s finances. Manafort organized a PR campaign on behalf of a nonprofit called the European Centre for a Modern Ukraine. Podesta Group was one of several firms that were paid to do work on the PR campaign to promote Ukraine in the U.S.
Podesta Group filed paperwork with the Justice Department in April stating that it had done work for the European Centre for a Modern Ukraine that also benefited the same Ukrainian political party that Manafort once advised. Podesta Group said at the time it believed its client was a European think tank untethered to a political party.

The media is selling the story that Trump is the big fish, but I believe the DC swamp activity shows they know it's not. Hillary Clinton could now be sacrificed by the Independent Counsel to protect Obama and larger deep state operatives from sunlight. But, what if Mueller wants Paul Manafort to flip on Podesta, not anyone else in the Trump administration?
After over five months with at last count 16 lawyers digging for anything they can find and this is all they have come up with? So, is Team Mueller now hunting within the Podesta group, with very close ties to Hillary Clinton? If the special counsel goes into Hillary's trove of crimes, they are sure to find some very serious things to be able to charge her, husband Bill and The Clinton Foundation.
To believe that the swamp creature Mueller and his band of Obama/Clinton donors parading as investigators are white hats out to get the Clinton crime syndicate requires way too much for me to digest. No one knows where Mueller, on the loose, will go next, but I do hope he ends this charade soon so that President Trump’s administration can attempt to do what the president wants to do for the good of the country. I have no doubt that no matter how long Mueller continues what he is doing, he will only spend millions of taxpayer dollars and find zero 'collusion' between Trump and Russia.

First Charges Filed In U.S. Special Counsel's Russia Investigation
Reuters -- (WASHINGTON, Oct 27) – A federal grand jury on Friday approved the first charges in the investigation into alleged Russian meddling in the 2016 U.S. presidential election, a source briefed on the matter told Reuters.
The indictment was sealed under orders from a federal judge so it was not clear what the charges were or who the target was, the source said, adding that it could be unsealed as early as Monday.
The filing of charges by the grand jury in Washington was first reported on Friday by CNN, which said the target could be taken into custody as soon as Monday.
U.S. intelligence agencies concluded in January that Russia interfered in the election to try to help President Donald Trump defeat Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton through a campaign of hacking and releasing embarrassing emails, and disseminating propaganda via social media to discredit her campaign.
Special counsel Robert Mueller, a former director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, is investigating whether Trump campaign officials colluded with those Russian efforts.
“If the Special Counsel finds it necessary and appropriate, the Special Counsel is authorized to prosecute federal crimes arising from the investigation of these matters,” Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein said in a May 17 letter appointing Mueller.
Sources familiar with Mueller’s investigation said he has used that broad authority to investigate links between Trump aides and foreign governments as well as possible money laundering, tax evasion and other financial crimes.
Peter Carr, a spokesman for Mueller, declined to comment on Friday.
Trump, a Republican who was elected president last November, has denied allegations that his campaign colluded with Russians and condemned investigations into the matter as “a witch hunt”.

Wall Street Journal Editorial Board Calls On Robert Mueller To Resign From Russia Probe
Breitbart -- The Wall Street Journal’s editorial board called Thursday for FBI Special Counsel Robert Mueller to step down from his role in investigating alleged Russian interference in the 2016 election, saying that he lacks the “critical distance” to analyze recent revelations about the FBI’s role in the saga.
“It is no slur against Mr. Mueller’s integrity to say that he lacks the critical distance to conduct a credible probe of the bureau he ran for a dozen years,” the Journal’s editorial board wrote. “He could best serve the country by resigning to prevent further political turmoil over that conflict of interest.”
The board was writing in response to recent reports that suggest the FBI uncovered evidence of the Russian bribery and money laundering in the U.S. ahead of a 2010 decision by the Obama administration to greenlight the partial sale of the Canadian firm Uranium One to Russian energy giant Rosatom. The deal transferred control of 20 percent of U.S. uranium stocks to the Russians.
Government Accountability Institute (GAI) President and Breitbart News Senior Editor-at-Large Peter Schweizer broke the Uranium One scandal in his book Clinton Cash: The Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich. He reported that Clinton’s State Department, along with other federal agencies, approved the transfer of 20 percent of all U.S. uranium to Russia and that nine foreign investors in the deal gave $145 million to the Clinton Foundation.
But the controversy re-emerged last week after the Hill reported that the FBI uncovered “substantial evidence that Russian nuclear industry officials were engaged in bribery, kickbacks, extortion and money laundering” to expand Russia’s nuclear footprint in the U.S. as early as 2009, but the Justice Department did not inform Congress and the public, and did not act on the information until 2014, after the sale was completed.
The FBI also reportedly found evidence that Russian officials routed “millions of dollars” to the U.S. to be funneled into the Clinton Foundation — at a time when Hillary Clinton was serving as secretary of state and served on the government body that approved the deal.
Additionally, the Washington Post reported this week that the Democratic National Committee and Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign funded Fusion GPS as it put together the so-called “Trump dossier,” a dossier of mostly uncorroborated accusations against Trump, many of which the Journal notes are based largely on Kremlin-connected sources. This raises the possibility that Democrats funded a Moscow-pushed misinformation campaign against Trump.
