Chris Farrell: It’s really a giant Socialist organ operating that protests itself. Offense after offense and you find laws are for the little people. The Clinton gang walks away. People say, “Hey where’s the Department of Justice investigation? Where’s the FBI?” Half the time they’re complicit...The people with direct firsthand knowledge, they’re the ones who kept their mouths shut for years… This is evidence that we are becoming a failed state. And I’m not exaggerating when I say that. When the entire Justice Department is paralyzed. When the entire Justice Department is compromised when there is no investigations. There’s these make-believe congressional hearings that are nothing more than sound bites.

Blog Author's Comments: I believe what Chris Farrell is saying is certainly true. We have a major problem and who can solve it? There were high hopes for Attorney General Jeff Sessions by some on the right, but he has not done as well as was expected. It's alarming that nothing is being accomplished by the existing Justice Department, a lot of talk but no real action or results. A never ending chain of investigations that may as well be as fraudulent as Mueller's psychotic Russia Trump investigation - will not be good enough. The traitors of the so-called deep state will be the object and the losers of any actions of unrest, not Trump.

But, it looks as though members of the Obama administration and the Clintons are still in power and making the decisions concerning the government’s actions. Trump has placed the people within his cabinet, expecting the results he wanted and requested for the people of America. But, that is not happening. If this continues, and I don’t really see any reasons why it will not, the Democrats who are now out of power, may not have to wait too long before they begin to creep back in. President Trump was a gift to the country because he stopped Hillary from being elected. But, Trump cannot do everything by himself, he needs help from his fellow members of the GOP. When are they going to start working for him and the people?

Justice Department To Probe Ferguson Police Force

Washington Post -- Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. this week will launch a broad civil rights investigation into the Ferguson, Mo., Police Department, according to two federal law enforcement officials.

The investigation, which could be announced as early as Thursday afternoon, will be conducted by the Justice Department’s civil rights division and follow a process similar to that used to investigate complaints of profiling and the use of excessive force in other police departments across the country, the officials said.

The move follows the shooting last month of Michael Brown, an 18-year-old African American, by a white Ferguson police officer who claimed he acted in self-defense. Brown, who was unarmed, was shot at least six times on the afternoon of Aug. 9.

Holder’s decision will represent the Obama administration’s most aggressive step to address the Ferguson shooting, which set off days of often-violent clashes between police and demonstrators in the streets of the St. Louis suburb.

The federal officials said the probe will look not only at Ferguson but also at other police departments in St. Louis County. Some, like Ferguson, are predominantly white departments serving majority-African-American communities, and at least one department invited the Justice Department to look at its practices. The officials spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss the pending inquiry.

The investigation is in addition to a Justice Department probe into whether Officer Darren Wilson, who fired the fatal shots, violated Brown’s civil rights. The new probe will look more broadly at whether the department employed policies and practices that resulted in a pattern of civil rights violations.

Blog author's comments - Barack Obama working hand-in-hand with Eric Holder has to make the looters, arsonists and racists believe he's doing something for them. Does anyone believe Holder's investigation will be totally unbiased? With all the politics attached to this case, there's little chance that justice will be served.

The more information that is brought out into the light, the more it looks like a justifiable police shooting. But, Michael Brown was black and Darren Wilson is a white police officer, so the Obama regime automatically believes this is a racial issue. Its politics period and the Democrats are attempting to use this shooting to push the black voters to the polls for the upcoming Congressional elections. Holder will "launch a broad civil rights investigation into the Ferguson, Mo., Police Department." Obama and Holder's thinking is that the evidence is in favor of Officer Wilson so it must be due to a wider pattern of white supremacy. Once again, the Democrats never let a crisis go to waste.

Justice Dept. Asks Judge To Clarify His Ruling

The Obama administration's 'risky move' in Florida
politico - U.S. District Judge Roger Vinson has already dealt the Obama administration a staggering blow on health reform, and this week the administration may get another one from the fiery Florida judge.

The Justice Department asked Vinson to clarify his ruling that struck down the law as unconstitutional. Justice must file its brief on the motion by Monday, and Vinson has said he would rule quickly after that. At issue is whether Vinson meant to stop reform implementation in the 26 states that brought the suit.

The smart money says Vinson will halt implementation, and legal observers are wondering why Justice would take that risk.

“Having lost one game of chicken when it came to the severability of the mandate, the government is now challenging the same judge to back down on whether his decision is binding. Seems like a risky move,” said Randy Barnett, a law professor at Georgetown University.

Jonathan Turley, a constitutional law professor at The George Washington University, said he was surprised by the Justice Department’s move, given that it could have gotten a lot of support for its view that Vinson’s ruling wasn’t clear enough to shut down state implementation.

“I’ve really thought hard about what’s the tactical reason,” Turley said.

A Justice Department spokeswoman would not comment.

In his original ruling, Vinson stopped just short of issuing an injunction. He cited a court case that said a declaratory judgment is usually assumed to be “the functional equivalent of an injunction” when the executive branch is involved, because administration officials “will adhere to the law as declared by the court.”

Blog author's comments - I have to wonder what the Justice Department and Obama have in mind - to push a Federal judge to re-clarify a ruling of his when he has already said the Obamacare law was null and void.

If they do not get what they want, they could next risk the SCOTUS who could say we will not hear the case and let Judge Vinson's ruling stand.

The ruling left no doubt as to what the judge wants. He stated in his opinion that an injunction is unnecessary because the ruling views the whole statute as unconstitutional.

If Obamacare is ever fully implemented the country is in deep trouble. This is only one of the reasons why the Obama regime must be defeated in 2012.

Judge Vinson will probably make his ruling quickly so we should soon see what the Justice Department and Obama will do next.
