Even The MSNBC Host Now Pointing Out Questions About Biden's Ability

Joe Biden has been having to play catch up, now that Vladimir Putin’s latest invasion is underway in Ukraine. We failed to put in any sanctions until now that might have had any teeth, such as stopping the Nord Stream 2 pipeline or cutting off access to SWIFT banking system — which might have hit him where he lived. Plus the U.S. should have provided lethal aid to Ukraine, which would have signaled to Putin that they would meet a harsher response. But the White House didn’t do any of that.

Now, Joe Biden is saying he’ll impose tough sanctions. But it’s too late; the invasion is underway. Biden claimed Putin didn’t want him to win because then his days with threatening his neighbors would be over.

So, how did that work out? As Biden has been for the past 40 years, in the words of Obama Defense Secretary Robert Gates, Biden is once again wrong about foreign policy.

MSNBC has been a propaganda arm of the Democratic Party. But, even longtime host Andrea Mitchell is now pointing out how Biden was “defensive” about his foreign policy ability.

Mitchell added that Biden feels “defensive” about criticism of his foreign policy performance. Notably, Robert Gates, the former defense secretary under President Obama, said that Biden has “been wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over the past four decades.”

“I actually think that Joe Biden has a great deal of ego and a great deal of confidence in the foreign policy ability and gets very defensive about some of the criticism from his past from people like Bob Gates, the former defense secretary who described him very coldly and critically,” Mitchell said on “Deadline: White House.”

Mitchell continued, “I don’t think that he sees himself being tested [by Putin]. I think he feels that he is up to this task. And that it’s … Putin who will end up mired in Ukraine the way America was enmired in Afghanistan for 20 years.”

Mitchell also brought up a list that supposedly the Russians had of Ukrainians allegedly “to be killed or sent to camps” after the military came in. Her guest criticized that sanctions might be the response to such a thing from Biden.

“If the stuff that’s in this letter takes place, the U.S. reaction is going to be sanctions? Is that plausible that that would be the U.S. response to war crimes, atrocities, human rights abuses on the scale of the type that’s outlined in this letter?” he asked. Mitchell answered, “I don’t know how to answer that, because you’re right.”

Biden is “defensive” and not just on foreign policy because he knows that he’s not very capable. He also knows how wrong he often has been. It’s why he’s always making up stories to pump himself up, to make himself sound greater or more accomplished than he is. And it’s why, when he is questioned, he often blows up and strikes out at whoever dares to challenge him, even voters.

He knows he’s deficient and he’s always trying to cover that up. But, that just makes him sound more desperate and detached from reality, such as with his handling of Afghanistan.

But when you have even MSNBC bringing up the questions, you know that it’s getting worse.

Given that there was no great cry and gnashing of teeth when Russia annexed Crimea, then what is the likelihood that any such outcry will accompany the Russian annexation of other predominately Russian sectors of the country?

Biden has never realized he is not capable; and during his 40 plus years in government within Washington, he has always been quite full of himself and usually very wrong. If not for the pandemic he would never be living in the White House.

He may well now be a stupid criminal being blackmailed of all the dirt both on him and his son Hunter. Perhaps Putin and Zelensky are playing him for what they want now. It is disastrous to attempt to run a county with that situation.

As for Andrea Mitchell, she is supposed to be a journalist/reporter, not someone who sees her job as answering for the Biden administration, but she has conducted herself much like that her entire career.

It was a rough night in the MSNBC studios when the day of reckoning finally arrived and the bombshell Mueller report turned out to be a complete dud.

Ever since President Trump’s upset victory over the reportedly invincible Hillary Clinton, the partisan hacks at the network wove a web of dishonest and sinister conspiracy theories that the only reason why the election swung the way that it did was because of Russian interference.


Every single night, vengeful liberals and Hillary dead-enders tuned into such propagandistic hogwash as the Rachel Maddow Show where the Baghdad Bob of American cable television promised them that it was inevitable that Saint Bob Mueller would produce the silver bullet that would do what Dems, the media, celebs, and GOP turncoats never could do by putting an end to Trump and reversing the election.

Then, like a sucker punch to the solar plexus, Mueller’s report was released late Friday afternoon when news stories that are inconvenient to the government are typically reported due to the lack of attention that they receive and while Americans are distracted with their weekend plans.

Following weeks of chatter as those who clearly had an inside scoop sought to manage expectations downward, the news came that there would be no further indictments. It was a crushing blow to those who were expecting to see the president and his family all fingered for conspiring with a foreign adversary and subjected to the obligatory show trials.

Only it didn’t go down that way

Michael Wolff Asked To Prove Discredited Claims In Anti-Trump Book: 'My Evidence Is The Book'...

Michael Wolff, the author behind the discredited book Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House, provided the Oprah Winfrey defense over inaccuracies in his anti-Trump book: if it sounds true to somebody, it's got to be true.

In an interview on MSNBC Monday, Wolff told his critics that his book is all the proof anyone needs to back up its claims. Host Katy Tur suggested to Wolff that releasing any evidence he has could silence his critics pretty quickly.

“You have tapes,” she said. “Are you going to release the tapes?”

“No, I’m going to do — you know, I have what every journalist has, I work like every journalist. I have tapes, I have notes,” Wolff said.

“But if people are questioning it, why not produce the evidence?” Tur responded.

Wolff stuttered through his answer:

“Because that’s not what — I’m not in your business. My evidence is the book, read the book. If it makes sense to you, if it strikes a cord, if it rings true, it is true.”

How about that for a defense? Wolff's well on his way to sitting on the other side of the MSNBC news desk!

This interview should be used as a modern example of cultural relativism. Pilate said it 2,000 years ago, and we are still debating over the basic definition today, "What is truth?" In the vast majority of interviews I have seen on television, I rarely see the interviewer asked the guest, "Why should we believe you?" Guests are seldom asked about the foundation of their belief system or comments. Without a proper foundation, the truth cannot take root. The more Mr. Wolff speaks the more he demolishes his own credibility.

So Wolff is just another media Leftist who thinks that he doesn't need to prove anything he says, just saying it or writing makes it "true." These people cannot continue to have influence on the World. There needs to be a law against lying that is, deliberately claiming something to be true without proof that is not backed up with evidence. Basically he has no proof about what he has written. Truth Revolt -- Hundreds of thousands of American workers are getting bonuses from their employers thanks to GOP tax reform and for some reason, MSNBC’s Joy Reid isn’t joyful at all. In fact, like everything else related to President Trump, she’s found a way to complain.

As TruthRevolt’s Amelia Hamilton reported, several companies already announced they will be handing out $1,000 to workers and investing millions, and even billions, more for more jobs thanks to the corporate tax rate getting a huge cut. In fact, the parent company Reid works for, Comcast/NBCUniversal, was one of the companies that announced the huge end of the year gifts for over 100,000 employees. Yet, she sounded quite bitter on Twitter that some of her friends were going to see a bigger paycheck just in time for Christmas:

Truth Revolt -- AM Joy's - Joy Reid trumpeted misinformation again Wednesday with a tweet pushing blatant lies regarding the Hillary Clinton-funded Trump dossier.

The MSNBC host, not known for her accuracy to say the least, sent out a tweet propagating the “obvious truth” that the notorious dossier charging the Trump campaign with Russian collusion was commissioned by a Republican candidate.

In reality — one of Joy’s least favorite things — The Washington Post revealed Tuesday that the dossier was in fact bankrolled by Hillary Rodham Clinton and the Democratic National Committee. A Republican did indeed pay intelligence firm Fusion GPS at a point in the 2016 primaries; however, they ended that funding before ex-British agent Christopher Steele came on board to construct the dossier.

Reid has suffered a host of truth-challenged mishaps recently, including her insistence in August that Trump had hired minority actors to attend his Phoenix rally. Stunningly, the inflammatory accusation was based solely on a random Craigslist ad offering employment to actors. Additionally, in July, the left-wing pundit made an embarrassingly rife-with-error run at President Trump’s wives.

The Post’s findings about the Trump-Russia dossier intensely spotlights the corruption and dirty politics of the DNC and Hillary Clinton. Furthermore, the dishonest media’s attempt to ignore the facts or, in the case of Reid, lie about them does little to exonerate Clinton, while doing a great deal to incriminate the Left.

MSNBC's Joy Reid: Trump Personifies The 'Rage, Vulgarity Of Right-Wing Radio' Listeners

Truth Revolt -- Joy Reid, host of AM Joy on MSNBC, slammed listeners of Rush Limbaugh and other conservative radio hosts, saying President Trump essentially personifies the “rage” and “vulgarity” that has been stirred over the last 20 years on “right-wing radio.”

Reid told NBC’s Chuck Todd:

“It is really, to me, about the gap between the text and the subtext. If Donald Trump committed a crime among Republican elites, is that he made the long-term subtext of Republicanism into text.

“Meaning, if you've been listening to right-wing talk radio over the last 20-something years, the same anger and rage and anger at the changes in the country, the same ethic, the same sort of, you know, sometime vulgarity, existed.”

Reid continued, saying Trump “simply identified with the text of what people were saying on talk radio or listening to when they heard Rush Limbaugh.” That is, “the anger and rage that they felt all the time.”

Also, anger about having to be suppressed by a politically correct culture: “Meaning, ‘I can’t say these things because I can’t keep my job and be in polite society,’” Reid added. “Trump said, ‘Yes, you can or I can say them for you.’”

It wasn’t something Trump invented, Reid furthered, but pulled from conservatives across the country -- “the subtext and anger that was already there” -- and “making it open and obvious.”

But instead of sober reflection and soul searching as to why Americans rejected them across the board (White House, governors, federal/state legislatures), they chose to blame Russia and insult Trump voters as racists, Islamophobes, deplorables etc. I am extremely tired of these arrogant liberals spewing their hatred and division whenever they open their mouths to comment on topics about which they know nothing.

All they do is display to us just how liberal and racist they really are, as if we did not already know. As long as she continues to spew the rhetoric her plantation owners have brainwashed her to say, she'll never come to grips or understand why we Americans are so angry. She'll just keep doing the work of her slave owners. We won't have a country much longer if people like her win the argument, just chaos. Truth Revolt -- It seems as though Andrea Mitchell has no memory of ever showing her bias while reporting. Let’s help her count the ways, shall we?

The MSNBC anchor was interviewed this week by fashion magazine Women’s Wear Daily and they asked her, “Do you feel that you’ve ever gone too far where you’ve shown bias in your reporting?”

Mitchell struggled to recall a single moment:

“Everything is subjective to a certain extent. Let me think about that. I’m sure there have been times where I have – either through not enough reporting or through some sort of incipient opinion – let something creep in. I can’t think of it.”

She did, however, manage to come up with one teeny-tiny thing, but you’d think it was a punch line of a joke. Mitchell actually said she was probably a little “too aggressive” with Hillary Clinton during the campaign.

*Cue laugh track*

Wait a second... Was Mitchell being “too aggressive” with Clinton when she defended her e-mail scandal?

What about the times Mitchell was critical of Israel? She drooled all over John Kerry, praising him for his work on a two-state solution while decrying Trump whom she feared might undo it all? Or the time she rolled her eyes while speaking about Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in an interview with Iran’s foreign minister? Or when she affirmed President Obama’s slap at the Israeli prime minister when she said, “Take that, Bibi.” Was that one of those moments something just “crept in?”

On air, Mitchell has expressed her dislike of the vetting process for refugees, slandered the entire South as racist after the Charleston church massacre, and even strangely questioned Texas Gov. Greg Abbot’s “supposed disability.”

Legal Insurrection -- Joy Reid has done it again, shutting down on her MSNBC show this morning yet another conservative guest who tried to get in a word edgewise. This time it was former CIA analyst Fred Fleitz in the unenviable position of trying to make the case that the meeting between Trump campaign aides and Russians wasn’t the horror the left is making it out to be.

Reid first asked him for his comments, but before he could get started, proceeded to cut him off, launching into her own monologue. When Fleitz asked if he could respond, Reid replied “No. No you cannot, until I’m finished answering the question.” Rightly retorted Fleitz: “you asked me a question and now you’re responding for me.”


As Reid continued to stonewall him, Fleitz observed:“this is a rigged interview.”

The most revealing moment came when Fleitz told Reid “you do not want the other side of the story to get out.”

Reid gave away her game:“what other side of the story could there be?”

What is interesting to me is that these same people were feeling tingles up their legs when Obama said he’d meet, without conditions, the leaders of Cuba, North Korea, and Iran. Matthews said, “Hollywood, the news business is very careful about gender identity, about sexuality. We are very careful with the language we use. Very careful about the LGBT concerns generally. Do you ever see that same sensitivity about white working class people? I grew up in a country that made fun of those people.”

Chris Matthews is not even one of the top shows of MSNBC. The scoop, which some on the left thought was about to turn into a devastating new Trump scandal, succeeded in only improving Trump’s reputation as a successful, hard working, tax paying businessman.

Maddow’s nothingburger revealed that Trump paid a tax rate of roughly 25%, compared to MSNBC’s parent company Comcast which paid 24%, Barack Obama (19%) and Bernie Sanders (13%).

Trump paying $38 million in taxes also disproves a major New York Times story that suggested Trump may have avoided, “paying any federal income taxes for up to 18 years.” That insinuation is fake news.

Maddow was left even more red faced by the fact that the White House itself scooped her before she even went on air and the details of the 1040 form were already circulating on the Internet while Maddow spent 20 minutes of her show rambling around the subject.

The level of fail by Maddow was so epic, that even the mainstream media was forced to acknowledge how embarrassing it all was.

Under the headline This 2005 Donald Trump tax return is a total nothingburger, the Washington Post’s Chris Cillizza wrote that Maddow “spent hours touting a massive scoop” but that, “For all the hoopla surrounding the unearthing of these documents, there simply was no smoking gun — or anything close to it.”

According to CNBC, which is owned by NBCUniversal, the parent company of both CNBC and MSNBC, Maddow's Implosion Handed a "nice victory" to Donald Trump.

Meanwhile, CNN’s Van Jones admitted live on air, “Here’s the reality. If all we got tonight is that Donald Trump paid $38 million to America’s government, that’s a good night for Donald Trump. I’m sorry. I was really hoping and praying that it would show that not only did he pay no taxes but he charged the government and got money back, but there’s nothing I could get excited about here.”

Within minutes of it being revealed that Maddow had nothing, Twitter lit up with a firestorm of criticism. Some even speculated that Trump personally leaked the tax return to make himself look good.

“Thank you Rachel Maddow for proving to your #Trump hating followers how successful @realDonaldTrump is & that he paid $40mm in taxes!” tweeted Donald Trump Jnr.

There are only two entities that could have had access to and released President Trump's private 1040 tax forms to the media: 1) His private Accounting & Legal Counsel or 2) Someone inside of the IRS. Mediaite reports that the Meet the Press host live-tweeted the event, at times suggesting that he didn’t believe the President was telling the truth. He also indicated that what Mediaite described as the "rambling press conference" would not do much to help Trump establish better relations with Congress.

But what most concerned Todd most was Trump’s constant hammering of the press and his labeling of them as “fake news”:

CNS News -- MSNBC contributor Jimmy Williams on Friday compared the rodeo clown mocking President Barack Obama at the state fair in Missouri to a “modern day lynching.”

“When you put a rodeo clown in a pile of crap and dirt in Missouri and you put a black face on him and say the word Obama 100 times, if you’re going to tell me it’s not racism, you go back and you live in Missouri, because in real America, that’s modern day lynching and racism and nothing less,” Williams said on MNBC’s “Martin Bashir.”

“This is purely 1,000 percent race-baiting,” Williams said.

The Missouri NAACP has called for a federal investigation into the matter. Rep. Steve Stockman (R-Texas), who invited the clown that wore the Obama mask, said the NAACP didn’t speak out when President George W. Bush was portrayed as a murderer.

Stockman said calls for investigations into the Obama rodeo clown by the Justice Department and Secret Service were “silly.”

Yesterday Congressman Joe Walsh took on Chris Matthews in a no holds barred memorable showdown, and this morning Republican Congressman Mo Brooks left Contessa Brewer nearly speechless when he swatted down an implication from her that he didn’t know anything about economics.

The awkward moment for Brewer took place during this exchange:

Brewer: “You’re simplifying the issues that were on the plate of the nation at that point. I mean we were looking at going – averting a Depression at that point, everyone the Fed chairman . . .
Brooks: “Well I disagree that we were going into a Depression, but go ahead.”
Brewer: “Do you have a degree in economics?”
Brooks: “Yes Ma’am I do, highest honors.”

Brooks’ biography backs up his educational claim, in that he “graduated from Duke University in three years with a double major in political science and economics, with highest honors in economics.” Brooks also scored some political points defending the House Republicans budget plan as something concrete, unlike the “speeches and talk in generalities, which is what the President and the White House staff, along with the Senate, are doing.”

In a study to be released next month, three Duke University researchers rank politicians and other public figures by political ideology as measured by a formula that incorporates whom they follow on Twitter, and who follows them. "The results dovetailed with ideological ranking systems based on the politicians’ voting records," the New York Times reported on Monday.

If the study is accurate, it demonstrates just how liberal some of America's most prominent journalists really are.

According to the Duke study:

- NBC's Chuck Todd and CBS's Katie Couric are almost as far left as the Daily Kos,

- The Washington Post and MSNBC are more liberal than far-left blog Firedoglake,

- NBC's Brian Williams and the Los Angeles Times are further left than Andrew Sullivan's blog the Daily Dish,

- MSNBC's Joe Scarborough, a former Republican congressman, is significantly left of center.

Conspicuously absent from the chart of the study's findings was the New York Times, which, as mentioned above, reported on those findings Monday. One wonders where the Gray Lady would fall on the list.
