Blog Author's Comments: So now the liberal states along with the Democrats want to sue the President, because he is one of just a few, who is doing what is right and protecting our border from the illegals. The Democrats, prefer to assist illegal aliens over their fellow American citizens and the safety of our country. They and and the media, are pushing to sue before reading the law. It is a Federal law, so the states cannot do anything about it. The states do not overrule the Federal government, when dealing with national security issues, and protecting the citizens from illegal immigration is national security.

The Democrats are allowing our country to be at risk, in an attempt to stop any good that President Trump is doing. He cares for the American citizens first. Imagine if those in power within those liberal states cared as much for the citizens in each of their states. Everyone that looks at the President's achievements should realize how hard the Left has tried to stop his reforms. It is a crime to enter illegally, treat them as the criminals they are.

Everyone that looks at President Trump's achievements should know how the Democrats have tried to stop his reforms. Catch and release should never have been an option, they should be put back on the other side of the border, and told to go home. The Democrats have shown everyone that they are traitors. The President is trying to save what is left of the American way, he is a president who should have everyone's support and respect.

Blog Author's Comments: Here are some examples of "young skulls full of mush." They are supposedly attending a school of higher learning, but do not seem to have any common sense. I have little doubt the interviewer was searching for these types of students and answers. Hopefully they cannot represent most of the student body. It has to be extremely easy to brain wash many of today's students, because they do not think for themselves, but go along with many of their fellow students or the mainstream media. The world and life will eventually give these people the education they deserve. But, if they vote in 2020, it will be for anyone within the Democratic Party.

Hopefully the GOP can control the courts. And it now appears that another Supreme Court pick may be coming soon. She didn't know when to retire so old age is going to help her. I have to believe that none of the reporters have dared to ask Schumer and Pelosi - with their heels dug in against any type of border barrier - if they would take some time to sit next to some of the illegals when they enter. That may help to be sure the migrants are not bringing in diseases of any kind with them. That would be the fastest we would see either of the Democrats move away from the immigrants.

Poll: Overwhelming Support For President Trump Immigration Postions...

In response to questioning about the current Democrat platform to abolish ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement), President Trump said he hoped his political opposition would run on that issue because they are out of touch with the American voter.

A Harvard Harris poll (full pdf below) shows President Trump’s instincts are spot-on. 1,448 polled voters. [Poll ideology: Democrat 37%, Republican 32%, Independent 29%].

An overwhelming majority of American registered voters, 70 percent, support tougher immigration enforcement to include a border wall (60% support), deportation (64% support), and repatriation of all illegal border crossers including families with Children (61% support). Additionally 69% of voters do not support the position of disbanding I.C.E.

Blog Author's Comments: The pollster left out 2 other important questions. *Do you think that an infant born in the U.S. of a woman who entered the U.S. contrary to law should be a U.S. citizen? *Do you think that an infant born in the U.S. of a woman who entered the U.S. via a non-immigrant visa should be a U.S. citizen? It would be interesting to see what the immigration laws of the illegals’ countries of origin are. I believe Mexico’s laws on the subject are quite strict, and violation thereof results in rotting away in a Mexican jail. Yet by the supposedly, many thousands of protestors, they and many Democrat office holders want to abolish ICE. Go ahead Democrats, run on that as your number one platform for the midterm elections and see how badly you are defeated.

We must use our language as a powerful tool. So many are getting so politically correct and refrain from using the word “illegals”. Let’s call them what they are and use the word “illegals” constantly where it is appropriate. The liberals have squashed that word and it is up to those who care about our country to bring it back. And these poll numbers were produced despite the typical over-sampling of Democrats (37% vs. 32% for Republicans.). The left is playing a dangerous game with their non-thinking rhetoric on immigrants as of late. If they gain control again, desperate migrants are going to storm the border thinking they will get citizenship. Likely, the democrats want this outcome to occur. But it is totally crazy for any American to want this.

Here we have the left wanting non-ending welfare and at the same time to swing open the gates for third world migrants from the south. We already have a cradle to grave welfare system that is literally bankrupting us. The left cannot have it both ways, they will destroy us with this insane way of thinking.

Germany Sees Record Rise In Weapons Permit Holders...

More and more German citizens are choosing to arm themselves as the number of weapons permits for firearms saw a record increase in 2017 going up nationwide by 85 per cent. In January 2016, Germany had around 300,000 holders of “small weapons” permits that allow citizens to own various kinds of weapons such as pepper spray and pistols that fire gas pellets. By the end of 2017, that number almost doubled to 557,000, Deutsche Welle reports.

Self-defense courses are also on the rise as many martial arts gyms and others have claimed that they have seen a surge in new members in recent years.

One of the major factors for the increase in small weapons permit requests was, according to some experts, the massive wave of sex attacks in Cologne on New Year’s Eve 2015/2016.

Arnold Plickert, National Chairman of the Union of Police (GdP) in the region of North Rhine-Westphalia, said that while the “hype” of the Cologne attacks has died down, the number of people seeking permits continues to grow.

Plickert said that the police see the public carrying weapons unfavorably and that many would be better to sound an alarm or ask someone else for help, instead claiming that weapons can make a situation more dangerous.

While the permits only allow the public carry of non-lethal weapons, police have raised an alarm over groups like the far-right “Reich Citizens” who have previously been found with caches of pistols and rifles.

In neighboring France, the demand for firearms has also increased although the ability to legally obtain weapons is difficult. Despite the legal difficulty of getting a firearm, police have found often military grade firearms more and more during raids on drug traffickers.

Last year, police in Eure-et-Loir, Eure, and Yvelines found a massive cache of weapons which included two loaded and ready-to-run anti-tank M80 rocket launchers, several automatic rifles, and thousands of rounds of ammunition.

I don't think so, and they can thank their Chancellor, Angela Merkel and the people that voted for her, for the damage that was done and will never be repaired. This is what makes the mid-term elections so important. The Republican Party must maintain control of the House. If not, the president will never be able to accomplish more of what he wants for his voters. So, if there is ever an election cycle that is important, it is definitely the mid-terms. Trump has had to do the best he could with everyone on the left and a few of his own party trying to stop anything he wants. I would like to think that Mueller will soon put a stop to his 'witch hunt' and that could calm the mainstream media and Democrats down, but I know that this is only wishful thinking. The only thing that now counts is at the ballot box in 2018.

Tucker Carlson Producer: Lindsey Graham 'Denied Our Invitation' To Debate Stephen Miller On Immigration

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) has denied an invitation to debate White House senior adviser Stephen Miller on the issue of immigration on Tucker Carlson’s primetime Fox News show, an associate producer says.

According to Alex Pfeiffer, a producer for Tucker Carlson Tonight, Graham turned down an opportunity to defend his open borders immigration views against Miller’s pro-American immigration reformist outlook.

Graham, last week, publicly tried to isolate Miller as an immigration “outlier,” claiming Miller’s views on immigration, which are nearly identical to President Trump’s, are not the norm among the American electorate.

But, a new Harvard-Harris poll shows that it’s Graham’s pro-amnesty, open borders views that are out of step with the American people.

Only 35 percent of Americans oppose Trump’s pro-American immigration agenda that would end the process of “chain migration,” which allows newly naturalized citizens to bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives to the U.S.; as well as eliminating the Diversity Visa Lottery program, which imports 50,000 random foreign nationals every year; and obtaining full funding for a U.S.-Mexico border wall.

On the other hand, 65 percent of Americans said they support Trump’s immigration agenda.

Under Graham’s latest proposal to give illegal aliens amnesty, the White House estimates that the plan would keep and import a total of at least ten million foreign nationals, even going as far as giving amnesty to the illegal alien parents who brought their illegal alien children to the country illegally.

Miller — seen as the godson of the pro-American immigration reform movement — has long argued that mass illegal and legal immigration to the U.S. hurts the country’s working and middle class, who are then forced to compete with a never-ending flood of cheaper foreign workers, while the big business lobby profits from stagnant and decreased wages for American workers.

Blog Author's Comments: There are numerous reasons Graham will not participate in a public immigration debate with Steven Miller. He knows that Miller would kick his fat rear and his constituents would finally see that Graham is a Democrat in much of his thinking. Limp wristed Lindsey would have to reveal the wealth he's received from his globalist backers. He can't explain his very anti-conservative views on immigration. The Chamber of commerce owns Graham. Political Advisor, Steven Miller is intelligent and has the back of the American people. Graham has his donors and campaign money and apparently does not care about Americans and what his immigration plans would do to our country.

We should only accept the best people from around the world to start the process of becoming an American citizen. Anyone who came here illegally should be sent back to the country from which they came. Any children brought here by their parents, should not be separated from their criminal parents, and should be sent back too. Babies born on American soil to the parents of illegals should not be considered American Citizens. Those wanting to become citizens should have to learn English first. They should be the kind of folks that want to assimilate and if they show that they cannot, they should also be gone. And I am tired of hearing the politicians and leftists say the illegals want to come to America and work. Some of them might, the majority will just be more of a burden on our welfare system, health care, aid for their children etc.

President Trump needs more people around him much like Political Advisor Steven Miller, if he could find them. He is bright, a conservative, cares about what happens to our country, and to the citizens of the country. Miller also played a major role in defeating the bi-partisan Gang of Eight's proposed immigration reform bill.

GOP Voters Trust Trump On Immigration

Truth Revolt -- He is a thorn in the side of the political establishment but many Republican voters say that Donald Trump is the best bet when it comes to immigration. A poll by YouGov finds that 49% of GOP voters think The Donald is best suited to handle the issue of illegal immigration:

Half of Republicans view Trump as the candidate who can best handle immigration, more than four times the percentage who name Florida Senator Marco Rubio, the son of immigrants, who is in second place, far behind Trump. Only 5% believe former Florida Governor Jeb Bush would do the best job on immigration.

If, as many in the mainstream media argue, Republicans need the support of Hispanic voters in order to win, then this poll is bad news. The poll found more Hispanics are likely to support Jeb Bush's open approach to illegal immigration as opposed to Trump's hard line:

More than half of Hispanics in this poll are immigrants themselves or the children of immigrants. More than half (52%) know someone who is an illegal immigrant, which may color their views on immigration: Hispanics are as likely to think that illegal immigrants commit fewer violent crimes as to say they commit more than others do. Half of Hispanics believe that Mexican immigrants have had a positive impact on the U.S. economy.

Right now Trump has a narrow lead in the Real Clear Politics average of polls among GOP contenders followed closely by Ben Carson - both sitting at 24% support - followed by Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz each at 11%. While Rubio and Cruz are both Hispanic themselves, they have carved out different positions on immigration with Rubio being more open to a pathway to citizenship than Cruz is.

Blog Author's Comments -- Donald Trump is saying what the patriotic Americans want to hear. Where as most of the other candidates (i.e. Rubio, Bush, etc.) still stand for open borders. Trump is the biggest threat to the illegals and the other GOP candidates. If Trump gets the nomination, the RINOs that make up the GOP Establishment will be seething with anger because at present they are wringing their hands over how to stop him.

The election of 2016 is our last chance to save America, so those of us who care want a nominee that can defeat Hillary Clinton. If Clinton should win or even anyone in the GOP besides Trump or maybe Ted Cruz, the borders will remain open and the illegals will be given amnesty. Without secure borders we will see the end of the United States as we know it and the continuation of the Obama era. I don't understand how anyone can believe that Jeb Bush is presidential material and is it not strange that during all of the debates Marco Rubio has not been asked about amnesty or his part in the 'Gang of Eight?'

If Donald Trump wins the GOP nomination and is elected POTUS he will have a huge job with his stand on illegals and amnesty. But, the task has to start soon. Trump at least seems to see what is happening to our country and wants to do something about it. We do not need any more RINO Republicans who do nothing.

While Pope Lectures Congress On Immigration, Vatican Lets In Very Few

Truth Revolt -- As Pope Francis lectured Congress Thursday on the merits of showing compassion to immigrants, The Washington Times reminded just how tight the immigration policy of the Vatican is.

"The Vatican, for its part, welcomes millions of visitors a year — but allows only a very select few, who meet strict criteria, to be admitted as residents or citizens," the Times reports.

There are 800 residents at the Vatican, but only 450 are actual citizens, and most of them are either church cardinals, diplomats, or those employed by the Swiss Guard. Some of these that are employed have their spouses and children living there as well, but as the report notes, there are very few women citizens within the rest of the celibate population.

The strict policy has left the Vatican open to criticism in the past, including from right-wing political leaders in Italy who want tighter immigration controls in their country and have rebuffed the papacy’s calls for leniency by asking how many refugees live in the enclave.

But it is indicated that Francis is trying to quiet those attacks by announcing that the Vatican will be taking in "a couple of refugee families" from Syria.

Blog Author's Comments -- I realize that within the walls which surround the Vatican there is very little room for expansion and building to house immigrants. But the Pope is clearly a leftist. He would do very well within the Obama administration; they both want the same thing with regard to immigration of illegals and the environment in the United States.

The Pope is from Argentina which is a totally Socialist country and has been for decades. The Pope is a Socialist. Why in the world is anyone giving such weight to the Pope's opinions concerning immigration (or the environment)? It's not like any country is forced to follow them, is it?

Exactly how is his opinion on immigration going to actually affect American policy? Obama likes to hear the Pope give speeches that echo what he wants for America. Obama Could Drop A Nuclear Bomb On Immigration Law

Independent Sentinel -- Barack Obama has consistently refused to follow immigration law. He has sent the message to other countries – many other countries throughout the world – that our border is porous and once you are here, we have your back. In his speech this evening, as he wound up the U.S. African Leaders Summit at the State Department, he made it quite clear that he will violate immigration law by legalizing an untold number of illegal alien adults and children.

In the video, A.B. Stoddard, Fox News commentator and editor of the hill, said that everyone expects him to pass an executive order legalizing illegal immigrant adults after his vacation. It will be a nuclear bomb, she said.

He will use DACA and the mantra that we can’t separate families as an excuse to do it. His plan includes giving illegals work permits. Not only will they take jobs from Americans since employers are subsidized for hiring them thanks to Obamacare, but they will be on track for citizenship in all likelihood.

Mr. Obama is doing this despite the fact that Mexican drug cartels are active in 1200 U.S. cities and towns, perhaps more by now.

Most U.S. crime is committed by illegal alien gangs. They are the primary distributors of illicit drugs in the U.S. The Justice Department said that up to 80% of crime in the U.S. is committed by gangs and that gang membership in this country has grown to 1 million, an increase of 200,000 in the last few years.

These cartels control most of the distribution of heroin, marijuana, and meth in the U.S. and their operations are increasing.

Blog author's comments - If Obama does pass an executive order legalizing illegal immigrants the illegals will flood our country. Many of us know that Obama is a lawless president. His criticism that Republicans have done nothing on immigration reform is false. The House of Representatives passed legislation that deals reasonably with this immigrant wave. It changes a 2008 sex-trafficking law never intended for mass migration. Their bill also provides funds for emergency processing and assistance to the illegals who are here. But Harry Reid will probably not allow the bill to be voted on in the Senate. Obama said we have a broken immigration system and that is not true. We currently have illegal immigration laws in place, but they are not being enforced by the Obama administration.

Presently, it seems to me that Obama is sending the message that if you manage to get here illegally, eventually you’ll be legalized or at least not immediately sent out of our country.

Much of what Obama has done is highly unconstitutional but he does not care about the Constitution, he has proven this many times. Obama feels and is acting as if he is above the Constitution or any existing laws which made our country great.

Obama is changing America at will with no one to stop him. He does not care about the illegals or how life is in their home countries, he is only counting them as future Democratic Party voters. Obama said (July 25, 2011) “I swore an oath to uphold the laws on the books. ...Now, I know some people want me to bypass Congress and change the (immigration) laws on my own. ... That’s not how our Constitution is written.” We shall see if he meant what he said or was this just another of his many lies. This president is out of control.

Blog author's comments - I don't agree with many things Ann Coulter says and most of the people she backs or indorses... but she is correct in her assessment of Marco Rubio and the Republican Party. Those of us, who care about what is being done to the country by the Obama administration and the liberals, cannot understand how some members of the GOP don't recognize what they are doing with their push for an amnesty bill for the illegals.

There is polling data that shows the American people want enforcement of the borders first by a 4-to-1 margin before any type of immigration reform bill is discussed. Apparently the 'Gang of Eight' doesn’t agree and they are pushing ahead with their plan. As I see it the Republican Party will lose very little if they don't have the backing of the Hispanic voters because they did not have it in the election of 2012. At least 70 percent of the Hispanic voters are going to vote for the Democrats. If an amnesty bill passes the GOP controlled House it will soon be the end of the Republican Party.

Both President Clinton and George W. Bush never took the open borders to our country seriously, shame on them. Of course, as long as Obama is in office the borders will remain open and this is why Arizona and now more states are adopting laws of their own. If the Federal government will not take the action needed, the states have to protect themselves.

I keep preaching over and over that if with some luck, a small portion of the planned damage to our country can be stalled until the November 2010 election, we have a chance with this election to stop much of what the Democrats want to do to this once great country. Folks, if we don't turn out and vote for the right people in November, our lives and those of the young people will be forever changed for the worse.

If Obama manages two terms in office, he will in eight years change this country forever. It has to be stopped. Obama of course, does not care for the new Arizona bill. What Obama sees in an illegal is a chance to give them all amnesty, keep the borders open and pick up millions of voters who will make sure the Democrats stay in office forever.
