British SAS Sniper Takes Out ISIS Leader With Head Shot From A Mile Away -- At Night

A British sniper has killed a senior ISIS fighter with a 'one in a million' night-time shot from nearly a mile away, it has been claimed.

The unnamed SAS marksman is said to have killed the terrorist with a 'head shot' close to the Syrian border having been given a window of just 15 seconds.

He is understood to be a sergeant with the SAS G-Squadron and a veteran of operations in both Iraq and Afghanistan, where he is said to have recorded as many as 100 kills.

According to the Daily Star Sunday, he is believed to have used a US-made McMillan TAC-50 sniper rifle as he targeted the fanatic from more than 1,500m away as he arrived at a safe house in a village.

The trooper is reportedly part of a counterterrorism drive in Iraq and Syria, which has been operating since the beginning of the year.

A source told the newspaper that the village in question was under ISIS control making a more preferable 'capture mission' impossible. The exact location has not been revealed.

'The SAS team had hoped that the ISIS commander would arrive during the day because a night shot was regarded as too dangerous,' the source said.

'But as evening approached the team realized that they were going to have to either abort or go for a night shot. The sniper said he wanted to take the shot and was given a "go order".'

The sniper had 15 seconds to take his shot as the extremist pulled up in a car. The source said the extremist was killed instantly after being shot in the back of the head.

The Ministry of Defence declined to comment when contacted by Mail Online.

Daily Caller -- President Barack Obama made a joke with unfortunately bad timing Saturday, quipping that the Islamic State was no big deal compared to his birth certificate, only to have America hit by two separate explosions.

While addressing a dinner held by the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Saturday night, Obama joked about Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s recent declaration that Obama was, in fact, born in America.

“I don’t know about you guys, but I am so relieved that the whole birther thing is over,” Obama said. “I mean, ISIL, North Korea, poverty, climate change, none of those things weighed on my mind like the validity of my birth certificate.”

Unfortunately, at almost the same time Obama made his remarks, the Chelsea neighborhood was rocked by an explosion that injured at least 25 people. New York City Mayor Bill De Blasio said the explosion was “an intentional act,” and authorities reportedly found a second, undetonated pressure cooker device on a nearby street.

Astonishingly, the Chelsea blast was the second explosion of the day. A Marine Corps charity race in New Jersey was hit by a pipe bomb that thankfully left no injuries, and a subsequent investigation discovered additional devices.

Meanwhile, in St. Cloud, Minnesota, an attacker reportedly motivated by Islamic radicalism was shot dead after wounding eight shoppers with a knife.

The culprit, or culprits, for both bombing incidents haven’t been found yet, but ISIS has encouraged supporters to make attacks within the United States. Last June’s deadly massacre in Orlando was perpetrated by Omar Mateen, who declared his support for ISIS during the attack.

Not too long ago Obama called ISIS the "JV" team when giving his expert opinion on the group. Obama will never change his mind about the army of savages. And I have no doubt Clinton will give them citizenship so they can vote for the Democratic Party. The GOP will never again elect a president. She will put more leftist Justices on the Supreme Court and Hillary and the high court will remove many of the rights we now have. She will continue Obama's direction for our country, but on steroids. So it is up to the people to elect Donald J. Trump and give him the chance to attempt to change the path the country is now on.

Independent Sentinel -- Barack Obama actually said at a presser Sunday that by attending the Climate Conference he is showing ISIS I’m ‘Not Afraid’ and Amb. Wendy Sherman, putting a smiley face on Obama’s ‘no strategy’ plan against ISIS, said President Obama Has Been About “Resolve Not Fear” Against ISIS.

Barack Obama said he would go ahead with a visit to Paris for the pivotal UN summit on climate change despite the recent attacks in the French capital, urging other leaders to do the same to show “we are not afraid” of extremists.

“I think it’s absolutely vital for every country, every leader, to send a signal that the viciousness of a handful of killers does not stop the world from doing vital business,” Obama said following an Asia-Pacific summit in Malaysia.

In addition to hunting down terrorists, missile strikes, curbing jihadist financing and other steps, “the most powerful tool we have to fight ISIL is to say that we’re not afraid”, he said.

How is it that Obama could think that, even in the furthest reaches of his bizarre imagination, it’s courageous to attend a climate change summit while traveling in bullet proof vehicles with hundreds of security guards, and thousands of security agents and endless precautions in Paris? It’s brave now to go to Paris with heavy security?

David Brooks ripped Obama, saying his ISIS Policy “Is a rank failure”.

No kidding. A policy without a strategy is always a rank failure.

The top Senate Intel Democrat, Dianne Feinstein, said on Face the Nation Sunday that the White House ISIS plan is not “sufficient”. She is pressing the White House to move more aggressively against the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS).

The agreement is not an overall strategy to eliminate ISIS, Feinstein added. “We need a specific, larger special operations plan,” she said.[...]

Didn’t Dianne hear? Obama just said, “We will ultimately destroy ISIS.” I’d like to know how.

Obama is not going to do it. He only cares about his domestic plan to make the U.S. into a socialist country and the only passion or concern he shows is when he’s attacking the half of the country he doesn’t like and the GOP.

Blog author's comments - There's probably a large frown in the Oval Office now, or perhaps on the golf course. Strong words by Dr. Jasser, it is too bad more Muslims in America don't feel the same way and express it. Looks like Dr. Jasser is telling the administration what it doesn't want to hear, and as usual they won't listen. I wonder if they even know who he is and if they do, don't care what he has to say. So far he is about the only one that has said what needs to be said, especially to Obama and his entire administration.
