🙶 Biden’s Supreme Court pick Ketanji Brown Jackson defended Islamist terrorists who killed Americans while at the same time calling the US president a “war criminal.” And at the same time, she was giving pedos lenient setences.

This is the most radical pick in history for the high court. It could not be worse. Is there another judge out there with a worse record than this woman?

She is a radical activist in a black robe; it is insane how much the left hates this country. She should not be appointed to the Supreme Court; here we have another of Obama's picks, anti-American, white hating racist with the majority of the media with them. This woman is the type of person they would like to pack the court with. She is a perfect example of a candidate that was moved along by way of affirmative action. If this is what is already known about her, I could only imagine what remains hidden.

SCOTUS is already compromised, 0bamacare should have been everyone's wake up call. No wonder the Biden/Obama administration likes and wants her on the high court, defended terrorists, agrees with Critical Race Theory and soft on pedophiles. She simply does not represent mainstream America. Critical Race Theory needs to be stopped, she cannot be appointed, America is better than this. Election Fraud put Joe Biden in the White House; Ketanji Brown Jackson is being nominated to the United States Supreme Court by an illegitimate President.

Blog Author's Input: Elections certainly do have consequences, the Democrats will now railroad through anything they can and stay in power for many years. The Supreme Court cowards failed not only President Trump but half of the American people, by not looking at the evidence that was presented in cases dealing with election voter fraud, especially the key states that gave the office of president to Joe Biden. By not hearing those cases, they have approved the theft of future elections by their refusal to act.

Clarence Thomas is the only Supreme Court Justice I respect. We received the message from SCOTUS, they are completely compromised. When corruption gets into the courts our nation is doomed to fail. They have laid the foundation for future elections, it doesn't matter what anyone says at this point. If the Democrat’s bill known as 'For The People Act' passes, that will be the end of our Republic. The Justices should have been speaking out since November when the election was stolen. When the high court does not hear the election cases to settle half of the country's doubt then we know our country is in serious trouble.

Even CNN's Fredo thinks Lemon is psychotic, Chris Cuomo is not very bright, but put him next to Don Lemon and he sounds somewhat intelligent. The Republicans have the power, they have the right to fill the high court seat now, that is what happens when you win elections, you can do things to help your party. The Leftists want to impeach President Trump for following the constitution, there really is no end to their lunacy.

Funny how the Democrats were all Constitutional scholars on the previous SCOTUS vacancy, now they want more violence and unrest, what great Patriots they are. They have an amazing ability to ignore what they said and pretend they didn't say it, the liberals have lost their grip on reality. Also, I am always amused when Obama tries to act as if he actually read the Constitution.

Blog Author's Comments: I am not tired of winning...Victory! Justice Kavanaugh was sworn in by Chief Justice John Roberts in a private ceremony, with his wife and children. It means that now Justice Kavanaugh will begin hearing cases before the court on Tuesday.

Brett Kavanaugh's ordeal has drastically discredited his liberal tormentors. I have high hopes that the way the Democrat Senators conducted themselves, will come back to severely damage them in the mid-term elections. After the disgusting assault on Kavanaugh, I do not believe the Democrat's have learned anything and their actions will not change.

Rent-A-Mob Protests Supreme Court Pick At Trump Tower

Another one of what some have taken to referring to as “pop-up” mobs turned out at Trump Tower in Manhattan on Monday night.

Police made several arrests as mobsters obstructed residents, blocked traffic and generally behaved like unruly assholes to throw a tantrum over President Trump’s Supreme Court pick.

Once again, this was not a grassroots protest but rather the latest in a series that have been undertaken on behalf of the Democrats and funded by a network of shadowy front groups.

How phony was it?

Not knowing the name of the nominee, multiple sets of signs were produced so all prospective justices would be accounted for.

The stench of a certain Hungarian rat is all over this.

The scene at Trump Tower which has become a symbolic target didn’t approach the malevolence in D.C. where Fox News anchor Shannon Bream feared for her safety but it was nonetheless tense.


According to Midtown Manhattan Patch:

Protesters blocked Fifth Avenue holding signs that read “reclaim SCOTUS” and “affirm LGBTQ rights.”

Seven protesters were arrested Monday night in front of Trump Tower following President Donald Trump’s nomination of D.C. Court of Appeals Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the United States Supreme Court, an NYPD spokesman said.

Four men and three women were arrested shortly after 9 p.m. when they blocked the road in front of the Fifth Avenue skyscraper, an NYPD spokesman said. The people arrested were charged with disorderly conduct, the spokesman said.

Among the people arrested was City Councilman Jumaane Williams, who is currently running to be the next Lieutenant Governor of New York State, according to reporters at the scene. The councilman’s communication director tweeted photos of Williams being taken into custody wearing a “resist” t-shirt and a “stay woke” pin.

Protests are one thing but rent-a-mobs and inciting riots are another especially when they are being organized and funded by murky organizations.

It’s only going to get worse as the mobs multiply like roaches and rats and at some point, they will turn to violence.

Why not just break out the water cannons now?

Daily Caller -- The Department of Justice will bring its defense of President Donald Trump’s executive order on refugees and migrants to the Supreme Court, after the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a ruling barring the order’s enforcement.

“This Department of Justice will continue to vigorously defend the power and duty of the Executive Branch to protect the people of this country from danger, and will seek review of this case in the United States Supreme Court,” Sessions said in a statement shortly after the ruling Thursday.

There are several paths by which the ruling could reach the high court. The Department demurred when the DCNF asked how it planned to proceed.

Blog Author's Comments: If the Supreme Court should rule in favor of the temporary ban proposed by President Trump, that prohibits for 90 days the entry of travelers from six predominantly Muslim countries: Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen, that would help protect our country, I believe that most thinking Americans agree with the president. Excepting, of course, the liberal judges that have risked the lives of some of our people by their petty leftist rulings. This is something that is needed for American officials to conduct a review into the screening of these people to help prevent terrorist threats. Hopefully the administration by now has an improved vetting process in place. Trump cannot be expected to do everything himself. Justice Gorsuch is now on the court, but I still do not trust Chief Justice Roberts, after what he did to the United States with regard to Obama and the ACA. I will never again trust him or respect him. So, we should not become too pleased at this time. It will also take a while for the court to decide if they will accept the case and rule on it.

Trump simply replaced the late Justice Scalia with Justice Gorsuch. There is still a suspect right leaning majority at best. The White House lawyers had better prepare and argue the case to the high court very well, because this will be their last chance. One would think it should go fine for America if the court follows the Constitution, but at least four justices that I know of, do not believe in it, they have already proven that. If and when the president’s ban is approved, CNN and the rest of the news networks will be telling those who actually watch the ‘fake news’ from the Trump haters, that the Russians had something to do with the ruling and will accuse Justice Gorsuch of colluding with Russia.

Joe Biden Wants Janet Napolitano on SCOTUS

Politico -- Vice President Joe Biden has plans for the next career move of outgoing Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, saying he’d like to see her on the nation’s highest court.

“I think Janet should be in the Supreme Court of the United States,” he said Friday morning at her farewell ceremony, according to video from CSPAN.

The room burst into loud applause, with a crowd that included Attorney General Eric Holder and other Cabinet members, past and present.

But Napolitano is headed west instead, where she will take over as the president of the University of California system, the first woman to take the helm. She announced she was stepping down in July.

Biden gave a laudatory speech on Napolitano’s last day, and Holder also gave introductory remarks. Singing Napolitano’s praises, Biden thanked her for “getting us through a pretty rough patch” and said California “should be incredibly grateful. They have no idea what’s coming.”

“It’s not hyperbole: The nation’s safer for your service,” Biden said. “You made it look easy. I kind of feel badly for your successor.”

The White House has not named a replacement for Napolitano.

The former governor of Arizona has practiced law and clerked for an appellate judge, though she has never served as a judge.

She was an original member of President Barack Obama’s Cabinet.

Blog author's comments - One has to consider the source, this came from the mouth and brain of Biden. Napolitano as a Supreme Court Justice...if I thought there was a real chance of that happening I would surely have nightmares.

Another member of Obama's administration who would be even more frightening would be Attorney General Eric Holder. I have seen his name mentioned for the high court more than once. Elections do have consequences.

Hopefully in the remaining three plus years Obama is in office he will not have the chance to appoint another member of the SCOTUS. But, I do feel that before Obama's term is over Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg will retire. If that occurs at least three of the liberal Justices would be young and could be on the high court for 25 to 30 years...not good.
