And when it comes to Joe Rogan, Brian’s not brave at all. In fact, he’s downright terrified. Terrified that people out there who aren’t as enlightened as he is will choose Rogan’s podcast over a Real News outlet like CNN.
Seriously, Brian’s just beside himself:

“Not all opinions are created equal, and none are created as equal as CNN opinions.” OK, we made that last part up, but is there any doubt that that’s Stelter’s argument here? Brian Stelter and CNN are too smug and self-righteous to realize that Joe Rogan didn’t destroy their reputation.
Reliable Sources is like Adam Schiff pushing Russian disinformation, fact checking one side....how did we ever get here with a news network? People trusting Joe Rogan over “newsrooms like CNN” are “a problem that’s much bigger than Spotify”.
Spotify could remove Joe Rogan tomorrow "and it wouldn't make a dent. It wouldn't make a dent in his audience," @katrosenfield says. "People would still listen to him and, crucially, they still wouldn't trust more mainstream media sources." pic.twitter.com/tpi4L47nh0

Via Twitchy:
A quick recap of what the “newsroom at CNN” has looked like in the last year:
-- CNN chief Jeff Zucker resigned because of 'relationship' with senior executive.
-- CNN has fired Chris Cuomo for sexual misconduct.
-- Anchor Don Lemon accused of sexual assault.
-- Producer Rick Saleeby forced out for soliciting underage photos and is under criminal investigation.
-- Producer John Griffin is facing federal sex crime charges involving children.
-- Jeffrey “Zoomin” Toobin exposed himself during a virtual meeting with colleagues.
Spotify announced a new ‘content advisory’ warning for podcasts that discuss Covid-19 after the left-wing media apparatus called for Rogan to be censored.
The firestorm started a few months ago when Joe Rogan told his audience of millions of listeners that he treated his Covid infection with Ivermectin, monoclonal antibodies and a vitamin drip.
Rogan has also interviewed Dr. Malone, the inventor of the mRNA vaccine gene therapy.
Apparently Rogan is now “dangerous” for engaging in political discourse on his podcast.
Brian Stelter said CNN is much more trustworthy than Joe Rogan (try not to laugh).
How far gone do you have to be to tell your lost viewers they are the problem and not you’re content? Stelter cannot figure this one out, but he and CNN have got the answer to everything else. Brian 'Tater' Stelter's lack of self-awareness has no equal. I think one would need to have no self-awareness just to wake up every morning and go Brian-Steltering for a living.
I'll help you out Brian. You are a lying, partisan, hack, that's why. Right there is the difference. Rogan would love to have him on his show. Stelter would never have Rogan on his. CNN's gotta fill up 24 hrs. with something, President Trump is not in the White House where he should be and they have done all the damage they can hopefully do with the pandemic. Reporters like to prance around calling themselves "professional" yet, they have no actual ethics, nothing.
People don't "trust" Joe Rogan more than any other sources. It is just that Joe Rogan uses his platform to provide opposing viewpoints for people to form their own informed opinions, something CNN, MSNBC and the mainstream media don't think people are capable of (or don't want people to).
Who wants to tell him? Oh good grief Brian, you are so far out of Rogan's league. It's obvious 'Tater' doesn't have a clue what's going on at CNN. He spends most of his time watching Fox News. The good news for Stelter, I suppose, is that now he's got something to whine about besides Fox News.
