New York Post -- WASHINGTON — A federal judge threw out a lawsuit against Hillary Clinton by the parents of two Americans killed in the U.S. diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya, ruling the former secretary of state didn’t defame them when disputing allegations that she had lied.
The lawsuit also alleged the former Democratic presidential candidate’s use of a private email server caused the death of their sons, Sean Smith and Tyrone Woods, because it exposed terrorists to sensitive information. They claimed Clinton lied when she allegedly told them it was a YouTube video that prompted the consulate attack.
“The untimely death of plaintiffs’ sons is tragic, and the Court does not mean to minimize the unspeakable loss that plaintiffs have suffered in any way,” U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson in Washington wrote in a 29-page opinion released Friday. But Berman said legal standards required the case to be dismissed.
Blog Author's Comments: If it did not cross anyone's mind while reading the column or perhaps seeing reference to this from wherever you absorb your news. The judge who made the ruling was Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia Amy Berman Jackson, nominated by president Barrack Hussein Obama. How else would anyone expect her to rule? She sure as hell was not going to find fault with Hillary Clinton, who at the time was the Secretary of State when the four Americans were killed in Benghazi. Every time I see this evil woman's face or hear her screeching voice, I am quite pleased that enough Americans, with sound minds, voted for President Donald Trump.
The Clinton machine is far more powerful than many of us dare to think. They have a lot of support from mega-rich international globalists so the chances of the American justice system ever dealing with them are nil. The left knows how to shop judges; we need to be better at it.
Dec. 17, 2013) — Judge Amy B. Jackson, DC District Court, has stonewalled the House Oversight Committee's subpoena for documents related to the U.S. Justice Department's ill-fated Fast and Furious operation, during the Obama presidency. Tragically, U.S. border guard Brian Terry was killed in Peck Canyon, Arizona on Dec. 15, 2010 by an AR-15 assault rifle. This weapon was part of a cache of weapons trafficked to Mexican drug cartels under Fast and Furious. Mr. Terry's family has been stonewalled as well.
On Jun. 26, 2012 by House Resolution No. 706, Attorney General Eric Holder was held in contempt of Congress for failing to turn over subpoenaed documents regarding Fast and Furious. Since then, Judge Jackson has stalled the Committee's efforts to get the documents through the courts. Judge Jackson has done whatever she could to throw the cover over any wrong doing by the Obama administration.
This is payback by the judge to Obama for her job. The attorney for Smith and Woods, Larry Klayman of Freedom Watch, vowed an appeal while slamming the decision as "simply dishonest and an outrage."
