Judicial Watch Chief Of Investigations: US Is Becoming Failed State - Entire Justice Department Is Compromised

Chris Farrell: It’s really a giant Socialist organ operating that protests itself. Offense after offense and you find laws are for the little people. The Clinton gang walks away. People say, “Hey where’s the Department of Justice investigation? Where’s the FBI?” Half the time they’re complicit...The people with direct firsthand knowledge, they’re the ones who kept their mouths shut for years… This is evidence that we are becoming a failed state. And I’m not exaggerating when I say that. When the entire Justice Department is paralyzed. When the entire Justice Department is compromised when there is no investigations. There’s these make-believe congressional hearings that are nothing more than sound bites.

Blog Author's Comments: I believe what Chris Farrell is saying is certainly true. We have a major problem and who can solve it? There were high hopes for Attorney General Jeff Sessions by some on the right, but he has not done as well as was expected. It's alarming that nothing is being accomplished by the existing Justice Department, a lot of talk but no real action or results. A never ending chain of investigations that may as well be as fraudulent as Mueller's psychotic Russia Trump investigation - will not be good enough. The traitors of the so-called deep state will be the object and the losers of any actions of unrest, not Trump.

But, it looks as though members of the Obama administration and the Clintons are still in power and making the decisions concerning the government’s actions. Trump has placed the people within his cabinet, expecting the results he wanted and requested for the people of America. But, that is not happening. If this continues, and I don’t really see any reasons why it will not, the Democrats who are now out of power, may not have to wait too long before they begin to creep back in. President Trump was a gift to the country because he stopped Hillary from being elected. But, Trump cannot do everything by himself, he needs help from his fellow members of the GOP. When are they going to start working for him and the people?

Calls For Democrat State Senator To Resign Surge After Trump Assassination Post; Secret Service Investigates

Breitbart -- Calls for Democratic Missouri State Sen. Maria Chappelle-Nadal to resign are rolling in following her now-deleted Facebook post about hoping for President Donald Trump’s assassination, and the Secret Service confirms it is investigating.

Chappelle-Nadal has been defiant, saying she is “not resigning,” and although she apologized for the assassination post, she is now calling for Trump’s impeachment.

“I am not resigning . . . What I said was wrong, but I am not going to stop talking about what led to that, which is the frustration and anger that many people across America are feeling right now,” Chapelle-Nadal told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

“No, I don’t want to see anyone assassinated, but he should not be president, he should be impeached,” Chappelle-Nadal told St. Louis TV station KMOV:

"I am not resigning. When People Of Color are respected by this White House and they are willing to do real work, I'll sit down with them. People are traumatized!"

But her fellow Democrats are calling for her to step down.

“I condemn it,” Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-MO) said in an emailed statement to the Post-Dispatch. “It’s outrageous. And she should resign.”

Rep. William Lacy Clay (D-MO) also said Chappelle-Nadal should go.

“Calling for the assassination of the president is a federal crime,” Clay said, adding, She’s “an embarrassment to our state” and “she should resign immediately.”

According to CNN:

Stephen Webber, chairman of the Missouri Democratic Party, said, “State Senator Chappelle-Nadal’s comments are indefensible. All sides need to agree that there is no room for suggestions of political violence in America — and the Missouri Democratic Party will absolutely not tolerate calls for the assassination of the President. I believe she should resign.

The Republican governor of Missouri has also joined the resignation chorus.

“We can have differences in our country, but no one should encourage political violence. The senator should resign,” Gov. Eric Greitens said in a statement.

Now, the Secret Service has confirmed it is investigating Chapelle-Nadal’s posts.

“The St. Louis Field Office of the Secret Service is looking into the comments,” Secret Service spokeswoman Cathy Milhoan said in a statement to CNN. “The Secret Service investigates all threats against the President, Vice President, and other protectees, whether they be direct, implied or comments in passing,” she added.

Blog Author's Comments: I will be very surprised if anything actually happens to her, she is Black and they will let her slide. Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-MO), Rep. William Lacy Clay (D-MO), Stephen Webber, chairman of the Missouri Democratic Party and Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens, they are giving voice to this for show. If all of these officials actually wanted her to go, she would have already been told to stay home until they decide how to officially oust her, and she should be gone.

She made a terroristic threat. She said people are traumatized? After 8 years of liberals getting away with breaking law after law, they are traumatized? I had to chuckle when Michelle Obama said she didn't feel "safe" anymore after Trump won. Many people haven't felt safe since at least 2010 and maybe earlier. They did not feel safe under the Obama Administration.

Gun ownership and gun sales reached historic records during his time in office and that speaks volumes. I suppose the governor cannot just remove her. The state congress may have to vote to remove her, good luck with that. If convicted of terroristic threats this worthless person can and should be removed. But, as a Democrat this will look good on her political resume. And I don't expect the Secret Service to take any action against her. The Russia and Trump collusion scam went nowhere for now, hence the new racist narrative. We saw it blow up via the media and Democrats, after Charlottesville when President Trump was unjustly criticized over saying what he should have said, which was the truth.

Zero Hedge -- Even when Hillary Clinton is no longer running for president, laptop "accidents" continue to follow her.

As regular readers will recall, shortly before the election, the FBI revealed that a laptop containing some of Hillary Clinton's emails mysteriously disappeared in transit, while several months later, another laptop belonging to Anthony Weiner just as mysteriously was found to contain emails between his then-wife Huma Abedin and her boss, Hillary. The laptop in question prompted the FBI to reopen its probe into Hillary Clinton's emails just days before the presidential election.

Now, according to the New York Daily News which cites police sources, a laptop computer containing information about the Hillary Clinton email investigation, as well as floor plans for Trump Tower and other national security information, was stolen from a Secret Service agent's vehicle in Brooklyn.

The secret service agent reported the laptop contained floor plans for Trump Tower, evacuation protocols and information regarding the investigation of Hillary Clinton's private email server. The agent also told investigators that while nothing about the White House or foreign leaders is stored on the laptop, the information on there could compromise national security.

The thief also took "sensitive" documents and the agent's access keycard, though the level of the agent's access wasn't immediately clear.

The laptop was stolen on Thursday morning and authorities have been "frantically" searching for it ever since.

Some items stolen along with the laptop - including coins and a black bag with the Secret Service insignia on it - were later recovered. But the laptop, along with other documents described as "sensitive were still being sought.

Describing the theft, the NYDN reports that the thief stepped out of a car, possibly an Uber, on a street in Bath Beach and stole the laptop from the agent's vehicle, which was parked in the driveway of her home. He was then seen on video walking away from the scene with a backpack.

NYPD cops were assisting in the investigation but had scant information on what’s on the laptop, sources said.

"The Secret Service is very heavily involved and, citing national security, there's very little we have on our side," a police source said. "It's a very big deal.”

"There's data on there that's highly sensitive,” the police source added. “They're scrambling like mad.”

Blog Author's Comments: At one time the Secret Service could be depended on as a very seriously trusted organization. But recently this may not be the case. If the stolen laptop contained secret, highly sensitive information why was this left, in I would guess, the agent's unlocked vehicle, in the driveway of her home in New York? If this was a planned heist they knew the female agents address. Well, it was smart that the computer was password protected - she did have a password on it right? Oh hell, probably not.

No one steals a government computer with intentions of watching DVD's. Simply turning the machine on near a Wireless Application Protocol, a set of protocols for connecting mobile phones and other radio devices to the internet, will get you prison time as the machine will phone home. So the Secret Service and police either catch the thief the next day or so, or the computer never appears again and we know it was someone that targeted the laptop. This seems like an inside job which I think is the most plausible explanation. Why else would easily portable vital national security information be left "unguarded" - and the access keycard obtained, no less. Strange, what sensitive stuff a secret service agent is keeping in a parked car in her driveway. This is just ready-made for pick-up. It's virtually the same as directly handing it over.

There was a time when this 'oversight' by the agent was called a serious felony and people went to jail for a long time. Now, no names are mentioned to protect the guilty. It has been an upside down world for far too long. Finally we have a president, Donald Trump, who could accomplish a great deal of what our country needs. But, I and many others who support him are watching some of the GOP lawmakers, for I assume their own gain, attempt to screw up our chance to control the government for many years. They are pathetic! And if the Secret Service laptop is never recovered, the agent and a few more heads should roll.
