The bizarre twists and turns in this case are befuddling. The prosecution and the defense have agreed to drop the case; however, the judge -signaling he is a member of the resistance- wants to continue the prosecution to generate maximum political damage.
Blog Author's Comments: I see Judge Sullivan as a sock puppet of Obama. The Deep State has made it clear, they are not loyal to the Constitution, or the United States, but to Barack Obama personally. To them he is their president for life.
Begin with James Comey and Andrew McCabe. General Flynn was ambushed by men he took to be colleagues, and then coerced into a guilty plea on the basis of a transcript nobody has seen, and the testimony of a man fired for lying and falsifying evidence. For what Comey and McCabe both did, they should be prosecuted.
They should not be able to walk around boasting they have never been charged for what they have done. The fact is the coup plotters had a lot of political support and have been skillful at using “investigations” to shield their conspiracy which is why it has been so difficult for the President to act.
Have you already forgotten, the House Democrats impeached President Trump over absolutely nothing, just a few months ago? However, with the passage of time he has grown stronger, and the coup plotters and their patrons in Congress are getting weaker.
Can someone explain how a retired judge can be allowed to take over this case...he is retired. I know little about the law, but I would think just the next level of appeal will end what is happening in victory for Flynn. Sullivan is out of bounds while scheming this on behalf of Obama and his people.
