Price is no object, since someone else pays it. So Kamala Harris is promising 6 months of paid family. The more employers it drives into bankruptcy, the more lifelong Democrats can be recruited to the welfare rolls:

This almost tops Andrew Yang’s promise of $12,000 cash per year if we vote for him.
By next week, if her sagging poll numbers don’t pick up, Harris will promise 6 months family leave plus a new car. It would be hilarious, if not for the possibility that one of these clowns could be elected president next year.

Blog Author's Comments: What would a business owner do? Probably, never hire another full-time employee, and find reasons to remove any employee who actually tried to use this "benefit". Or perhaps use only contractors and temporary help. So many ways this idea is absolutely senseless. Only 6 months? Why not a year? Apparently the Democrats believe … Keep paying useful idiots to live off the government forever and they'll keep voting for you forever.
So absurd, the way the Democrats are trying to buy votes by promising whatever they think it will take to bring those seeking a handout to the polls. Just another tax by Harris who does not have a chance, so she will tell potential voters anything. Democrats say they dislike big corporations, but only big corporations could afford to comply with such policies.
