I believe that the woman has simply grown more dense and to old for the position she has.
But, the lovely ladies, that are the members of the 'Squad' or as President Trump has rebranded them as 'AOC + 3' of her party, are taking their toll on her and other Democrats. It is also a constant worry for Pelosi, that she will have to give up her beloved Speaker's gavel and retire, immediately after President Trump wins a second term, and the Republican Party takes back control of the House of Representatives.

She, with Rashida Tlaib of Michigan, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York and Ayanna Pressley of Massachusetts. They have frequently rankled colleagues, and in particular Speaker Pelosi.
Raising the minimum wage buys votes for Democrats, people losing jobs and going on welfare keeps Democrats in control.
