A Federal judge in California (Nominated by Barack Hussein Obama on August 6, 2009) grants sweeping 126-page ruling blocking question from the 2020 Census. He is United States District Judge Richard Seeborg and he has ordered: "Including the citizenship question on the 2020 Census is fundamentally counterproductive to the goal of obtaining accurate citizenship data about the public."
