We knew this would happen one way or another, when the never-Trumpers and the RINOs teamed up with the Dems and their guerilla groups Organizing for America and Organizing for Action. They managed to take the House back from the GOP in 2018, and immediately set out to use all the tools and laws at their disposal to find dirt on Donald Trump. Interesting, is it not, that these very same tools and laws are kept locked in the closet any time the name of a crooked powerful Democrat is mentioned: Hillary, Jarrett, Comey, Page, Strzok, Barky, Podesta … the list is pretty damn long.
For example, did either of Congress’ Judiciary Committees ever demand all the records of Hillary’s communication with RosAtom? Or Barky’s communication with the mullahs running Iran? Did they request copies of the financial records of the Clinton “Charitable” Foundation? Or demand to know where the pallets of cash Barky dropped on a Tehran airstrip came from? Well, what dumb questions. Of COURSE they did not. I forgot there for a moment, that we have two standards of justice in our nation these days.
Michael “Snitch” Cohen (who can expect a really fun time when he gets to prison) dropped every name he remembered from his days on retainer for the Trumps. Jerry “Weasel” Nadler scribbled them all down on his foolscap pad and is now cranking out subpoenas. Rumor has it that Donald’s nanny from his childhood days will be among those called before the House Judiciary Committee … Nadler wants to know if the baby Donald was ever dressed in red diapers.[…]
Seriously, folks, this is worrisome. These people seem to think there’s a lot of smoke over Trump Inc., and they (by God) are going to find all the fires, even if they have to set them themselves. The stated goal of Nadler’s fishing expedition is the impeachment of POTUS Trump but, if this fails (and there’s a 98% certainty it will fail), Nadler hopes to end Trump’s rising voter approval before summer 2020, when the next round of POTUS debates begin.
Democrats also requested documents from the Justice Department and Federal Bureau of Investigation tied directly to their investigative work over the last two-plus years. They also asked for materials from Trump’s personal legal team, including attorney Jay Sekulow and former spokesman Mark Corallo.
Trump on Monday dismissed the Democrats’ probe as a “political hoax.”
“I cooperate all the time with everybody,” the president said. “You know the beautiful thing — no collusion.”[…]
Republicans quickly dismissed Nadler’s efforts as premature. “We don’t even know what the Mueller report says, but Democrats are already hedging their bets,” Georgia Rep. Doug Collins, the top Republican on the Judiciary panel, said in a statement. “After recklessly prejudging the president for obstruction, Chairman Nadler is pursuing evidence to back up his conclusion because, as he admits, ‘we don’t have the facts yet.’”
Later Monday, the chairmen of the House Intelligence, Foreign Affairs, and Oversight Committees requested all documents related to Trump’s communications with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Blog Author's Comments: Even though the Mueller Inquisition report isn’t out, the democrats obviously think it won’t provide the ammunition they need for impeachment, so they will go into a new round of investigations, just because they can. That doesn’t mean all the people are required to respond. Regardless, they are going to have to hire legal council which does not come cheap in DC. Do the democrats care? Not at all, it does not bother them if people have to lose their homes and their retirement income to defend themselves against some democrat conspiracy to remove a duly elected president. And the taxpayers are stuck paying a bunch of contemptible elected people $174,000 plus a year to do anything but the job they were elected to do.
My question to anyone is, where are the laws to protect the President? Is there not any process in place in place, that shields whoever sits in the White House, and gives them a protection from members of the Senate and Congress, from unfounded abuse and attacks of political criminal activity to over throw a legitimate sitting elected official? This entire issue looks, sounds and smells of treason on a large scale. And this has been crippling the country, let alone our taxes being spent on political terrorists. When is this going to stop. They are disabling President Trump from doing an even better job than he currently is.
Apparently, Trump hater, Adam Schiff does not believe the Democrats are bright enough to go after President Trump on their own, they need an experienced prosecutor to help and guide them. This person will, of course, be paid for by the taxpayers. And he will need a staff to help him. I assume the worthless members of the Democratic Party do not trust Special Counsel Mueller and his gang to bring the party what it so badly needs and wants.
