Blog Author's Comments: CNN is still refusing to retract its false story about Donald Trump and the infamous Trump Tower meeting with Fusion-GPS sponsored Russians, even as the source of the story, Lanny Davis, continues to explain how he misled the network. If they back off now they prove President Trump is right.
The basic issue is that CNN was and is so hungry to push a narrative, they were willing to promote Davis’s false rumor and innuendo as fact, and mislead their audience about the entire spin of Davis and their network. Rush Limbaugh thinks CNN is attempting to protect Carl Bernstein’s integrity and that is why they are refusing to retract the story.
A conservative radio talk show host once said that the MSM is the Democrat Party. Without the media, the Democrats would go extinct. The Democrats take their talking points from the media. More Americans are realizing this, and will hopefully show the Democrats how they feel and think about them in the midterm elections.
The President is absolutely right to continue to destroy them every chance that he gets. They are losing audience but they will continue with their same method of so-called journalism. Soon, the only ones who will believe them are the non-thinkers. Every other sane American will completely disregard them. Lanny Davis is an aging loser lawyer, the epitome of why so many people detest lawyers. So many of them are your enemy and not your friend.
Perhaps Lanny Davis, the incompetent that he is, maneuvered Cohen into a potential perjury trap. Either Cohen lied to Congress or Davis misled CNN. Davis is now looking like the fool he is, to avoid facing charges of lawyer malpractice.
