Joe Biden Defends Israel's Actions In Flotilla Incident

"You can argue whether Israel should have dropped people onto that ship or not — but the truth of the matter is, Israel has a right to know ... whether or not arms are being smuggled in," Biden said during an interview on the "Charlie Rose," show. I am surprised. VP Joe Biden got this one right.

"Republicans have called for a strong stance by the Obama administration against any condemnatory resolutions by the United Nations on the incident." But...I have not heard any defense of Israel from BO.
In a Townhall column, by Mona Charen: "This week is a new low. Under Obama's leadership, the United States has capitulated to terror tactics and the despicable temptation to blame Israel. America has always been the one country in the world that reliably countered the bullying and grotesque double standards much of the world applies to Israel."
The UN is also a worthless organization and aside from just a few countries, most of the UN members would not be upset if Israel ceased to exist.
This is the video of VP Joe Biden defending Israel’s right to know what is on ships bound for Gaza. Biden said "they have the right to prevent weapons from reaching Hamas."Republican leaders also defended Israel. "The United States stands with Jerusalem in its effort to ensure the safety and security of its citizenry," said Rep. Eric Cantor (R-Va.), the minority whip in the House. "We can’t forget why the blockade exists in the first place: to deny Hamas the weaponry and raw materials it needs to continue its rocket attacks in Israel, killing innocent people."
