National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases director Dr. Anthony Fauci said Thursday on CNN’s “The Lead” that the new BA.2 variant of COVID could cause America to go back to wearing masks.

🙶 Anchor Jake Tapper said, “The director general of the World Health Organization is sounding the alarm, though, saying that the pandemic is not over. Do you think it was too soon to move to the new metrics that allow so many Americans to not have to wear masks?”

🙶 Fauci said, “Jake, it’s not too soon if you observe the caveat that’s associated with that. And the caveat is we need to be flexible. And if, in fact, we do see a turn-around and a resurgence, we have to be able to pivot and go back to any degree of mitigation that is commensurate with what the situation is. So we can’t just say we’re done. Now we’re going to move on. We’ve got to be able to be flexible because we’re dealing with a dynamic situation. Hopefully, the cases will continue to come down as the weather gets warmer, the risk of being indoor is less, and we’ll do well, at least for the coming several months.”

China locked down 51 million people amid a Covid outbreak in the northeastern province of Jilin and the southern cities of Shenzhen and Dongguan, ABC News reported earlier this week.

Germany also sounded the alarm on Monday and said Covid has “reached a critical level after the number of infections rose to a record high this week.”

Dr. Fauci could have been called by the media due to ratings, but probably they need his help in stealing the midterm elections of 2022. This was predicted, not the increase in Covid cases but that the Democrats would use another worried and nervous lockdown before the midterm elections, so as to cheat and steal that election too.

And perhaps Biden also needs Fauci’s help because they are talking about Hunter Biden again, so to help distract them they need another variant to worry about. Most of us are finished with the restrictions, drama and Fauci. No matter what the future holds we no longer need him to tell us what to do.

Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates appeared to compare state-enforced mask mandates to putting on pants while speaking on a discussion panel Friday.

🙶 While speaking on a COVID-19 panel at the Munich Security Conference, Gates referred to the amount of “misinformation” surrounding his role in the handling of the virus to be “wild,” before appearing to mock critics of himself, Dr. Anthony Fauci and other public health figures.

“You almost have to laugh about it. I mean, you know, Dr. Fauci and I are just killing millions of people to make money,” Gates quipped. “You know, hydroxychloroquine’s this miracle cure that … he and I have masterminded, avoiding people saving their lives by taking this thing.”

Gates added, “there’s no doubt that the misinformation, enhanced vaccine hesitancy and that maps to hundreds of 1000s of deaths. There’s no doubt that the idea that, you know, we need the freedom not to wear a mask, you know, and that that’s some, you know, thing that you’ve got to show that in many cases that led to spreading the disease into locations where elderly people had very high death rates.”

🙶 Gates appeared to scoff at the arguments made by politicians and individuals opposed to mask mandates, before jokingly comparing grievances against compulsory masking to those against wearing pants in public.

When asked, Gates responded, “well, that’s interesting. You know, what is the downside of wearing a mask? I mean, it’s got to be tough. You know, you have to wear pants.” Imitating his political opponents, Gates feignedly whined, “I mean, this is tough. Stop. These societies are so cruel. Why did they make you wear pants? I’m trying to figure it out,” eliciting the laughter of the rest of the panel, which included Canadian and Swedish foreign affairs ministers Melanie Joly and Anne Linde, and International Crisis Group CEO Comfort Ero.

Some celebrities and wealthy people have had an outsized influence in fields they have little to no expertise, Bill Gates is one of these people. For whatever reason he is treated as an expert or one that we should eagerly want to hear their opinion or input, yet he has zero experience in the science of Covid disease.

But, there are many trained people including doctors in this science, the left does not want to hear from because they do not sustain the narrative agreeable with Democrats and their mindset.

Boston Schools Forcing Kids To Study With Classroom Windows Open In Winter Because Of Covid...

When moonbats inflict Covid policy on children, there is a thin line between hysteria and sadism:

Parents have been forced to send their children to school dressed in multiple layers of winter clothing because of a Boston Public Schools mandate that windows be kept open 4 inches to mitigate the spread of Covid.

Based on the remote chance that leaving the windows open will prevent children from coming down with a runny nose from the mild Omicron variant that hardly affects kids anyway, parents are advised to send kids to school wearing “2 pairs of pants, 2 shirts and a sweater, 2 pairs of socks, etc.”

The only thing children are likely to learn while chattering from the cold is that the grownups in charge are nuts.

Meanwhile,

Mary Dibinga, a Boston Latin Academy teacher, suggested to the School Committee that many of the Covid rules are arbitrarily implemented, given that the school buses she’s seen have been packed with students with no social distancing due to a driver shortage.

The driver shortage probably has something to do with other lunatic Covid policies that prevent people from working if they will not submit to a vaccine they do not want or feel they need.

The spike in Omicron cases has sent school districts across the country into a panic, moving them to impose bizarre Covid mitigation measures such as forcing children to eat lunch, and teachers to take instruction, outside in frigid temperatures, while masked.

Absurdly, this nonsense is supposedly imposed for the sake of children’s health.

If one sends their children to public schools nowadays what else can they expect? Educating the children is not the business of the teacher’s union. Financially enriching their members is the main business on their agenda. I feel sorry for the children but their parents are already not taking full personal responsibility for their upbringing by sending them to these schools in the first place.

Fauci Says CDC is Revisiting New Rule on Asymptomatic People Not Requiring a Test after 5 Days Because of “Pushback”

Dr. Fauci on Sunday conceded the CDC is taking orders from Democrat interest groups and is reconsidering guidance for asymptomatic people because of “pushback” from the left. The CDC on Monday recommended shorter Covid isolation and quarantine time for all Americans.

The CDC made the decision to cut isolation time from 10 to 5 days in an effort to help Joe Biden and make sure there isn’t a total collapse of society under his watch.

CDC Director Rochelle Walensky on Wednesday said the agency updated its Covid guidance on asymptomatic people and cut isolation time because, “You’re not going to be transmitting during all of that period of time. We’ve seen that in study after study.”

On Sunday Fauci told ABC’s George Stephanopoulos that testing negative for Covid at the end of isolation is now under consideration after pushback.

“The CDC is very well aware that there has been some pushback about that,” Fauci said. “I think we’re going to be hearing more about that in the next day or so from the CDC.”

King Fauci believes he has the right to tell Americans if they can gather for the holidays.

Dr. Fauci on Friday delivered a virtual lecture to Canadians at McGill University titled “Covid-19: Lessons Learned and Remaining Challenges.” Fauci, an unelected bureaucrat, had a message to Canadians who oppose authoritarian vaccine mandates: You have no right to make your own decision about what goes into your body. “I think what people have to appreciate is that indeed you do have personal liberties for yourself, and you should be in control of them,” Fauci said before telling people they have to take the jab for the greater good of society.

“But,” Fauci said, “you are a member of society and as a member of society, reaping all the benefits of being a member of society, you have a responsibility to society, and I think each of us, particularly in the context of a pandemic that’s killing millions of people, you have got to look at it and say there comes a time when you do have to give up what you consider your individual right of making your own decision for the greater good of society.” Covid vaccines do not prevent the spread of the China virus, according to CDC Director Rochelle Walensky, so the mandates are purely about control.

Blog Author's Input: So due to "variants" we need to continue wearing the masks, even after being vaccinated or infected. This is incredible, viruses always mutate, it is how they survive, and there will always be "variants." What Fauci is saying is we will never be able to stop wearing masks, at least as long as he is there. Liberals love conformity.

The longer the mask ruse continues, the harder it will be to end it. I noted that whenever the media runs the headlines they only refer to one of these two men with the title of "doctor", though they both have medical degrees. On Sunday March 29, 2020, Dr. Anthony Fauci suddenly downgraded his worst case scenario to 100,000 to 200,000 US coronavirus deaths. Fauci was off by a factor of at least 10 in only 14 days!

Medical leaders have advised us to distance ourselves from each other and to lock ourselves into our homes. The vast majority of the country has undertaken these measures and heeded the counsel regarding improving our hygienic habits.
