The staffers allegedly claimed that Harris' chief of staff, Tina Flournoy, blamed lower-level staff when things go wrong and ignores input from the employees. The Democrats believed the "anonymous reports and sources" when they went after President Trump during his entire presidency. Harris doesn't have a difficult job, because she does not do her job.
