State Law Makes Jill Stein's Pennsylvania Recount Extremely Difficult

GP -- Despite her successful fundraising effort, state law makes Jill Stein’s Pennsylvania recount next to impossible.

According to state law three voters in each precinct or election district in Pennsylvania must submit a notarized affidavit to the clerk in their individual election districts in order to initiate a recount.

There are 9,163 precincts in Pennsylvania. That would be a monumental task.

Laws Make Pennsylvania Recount Next To Impossible

The Philadelphia Enquirer Reported: "As Stein points out herself in a video posted on Sunday, initiating a statewide recount of Pennsylvania’s vote is “especially complicated.” Unlike Wisconsin, Stein can’t simply file a direct request for a recount, leaving just two paths for a potential statewide audit.

Stein could appeal the election results in court, but would have to present evidence that election fraud was probable in Pennsylvania. According to a spokeswoman from the Department of State, the deadline to file a lawsuit is today.

While Stein is essentially alleging that errors, tampering or hacking had occurred to affect outcomes in the three states, even computer scientists who recommended a recount to rule out tampering have gone to great lengths to make it clear there is no proof of hacking or fraud in the election results.

President-elect Donald Trump continued to slam the recount effort over the weekend, calling it a “scam” and declaring “nothing will change.” Marc Elias, general counsel for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign, said the Clinton campaign agrees with the recount in “principle,” but also wrote that “we had not uncovered any actionable evidence of hacking or outside attempts to alter the voting technology.”

Sen. Jerry Moran: Recount Efforts Unnecessary

Blog Author's Comments -- In my opinion Jill Stein is doing this for and at the request of Hillary Clinton. Also, the media has been saying prior to the election, that Russian hackers/crackers would be able to sway the election, without any proof that Russia would be or was involved. I never did agree with the media with regard to this statement without any proof.

Hillary has been lying and cheating to get her way during her entire political career so who would expect her to stop now. The presidential election of 2016 was supposed to be her win and she was to be crowned as the first female president. She will never get over this defeat. The big question is, why is the 'green' party candidate, who had zero chance of winning, be demanding a recount for the democrat candidate who lost and conceded to Trump?

Perhaps she is, and always has been, a shill/plant/tool of the DNC/Clintons as a distraction. She has probably been offered something from the Clinton machine or she thinks that the protesting, crying liberals will like her more if she does this, so she's doing it for popularity. This makes her feel important. This is being done in an attempt to stop the Electoral Votes from being cast as the recount will not be done in time to meet the Dec 13th deadline for all counts to be in before Dec 19th when the Electors cast their votes. They know Trump won the 3 states but they think they have found a way to take those Electoral Votes away from him.

All they want to do is to further divide the country and have the "protests" (Riots actually) continue. Anything Hillary can do in an attempt to disrupt President-Elect Donald Trump prior to his assuming office she and the Democrat Party will do. And this will not stop after he assumes office. The Democrat Party and the media will hound him for the next 4-8 years.

The very people calling Trump deranged and a lunatic and dangerous and silly and stupid for alleging voter fraud are actually the ones pursuing it. Our old buddies the American left and the Democrat Party.
