Tim Kaine: Vegas Attacker Stopped 'Because He Didn't Have A Silencer'

Breitbart -- Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA) claims the attacker who opened fire on Las Vegas concert goers was only stopped “because he didn’t have a silencer on his weapon.”

According to the Washington Post, Kaine asked, “Can you imagine what this would have been if he had silencers on those weapons?”

His use of the word “silencer” is an echo of other leftists like Rosanne Cash and Gabby Giffords, both of whom use the word “silencer” to describe suppressors. “Silencer” is misleading insomuch as it gives the impression that suppressors silence firearms in real life the way they do in movies. But they do not. Rather, they simply muffle the initial, ear-piercing sound wave created when the bullet is fired.

Kaine’s former running mate, Hillary Clinton, made a similar claim about suppressors on October 2. She tweeted:

On October 3, House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wisc) took a position closer to Kaine and Clinton than to the pro-Second Amendment community by shelving legislation containing suppressor deregulation.

The bill–the Hearing Protection Act–was expected to come up for a floor vote soon.

Blog Author's Comments: I was not aware that one could survive outside the womb without a brain, but there are many people in politics and the media who are examples of this. Tim Kaine could have been the Vice-President of the United States if it were not for Donald Trump. I truly want to break out laughing every time I see a photo of Kaine. In comparison to mental capability Kaine is on par with the Governor of Ohio, John Kasich.

So now some dangerous people, meaning politicians and most of the members of the media, are talking about 'silencers' (suppressors) and 'bump-stocks' and they had no idea they existed a week ago. I will be quite surprised if we do not see many members of the GOP Congress side with the Democrats in a push to ban both items. Will this have any impact upon the next person who wants to go out and kill a lot of people? The Las Vegas shooter has essentially given a prize to the Democratic Party, letting them again attempt to chip away, a small piece at a time, the items that make the Second Amendment what it now is. And, do not doubt me on this, the leftists would rewrite or totally abolish the amendment if given the chance.

What is wrong with the people of Virginia that they lack the mental caliber and vote to make Tim Kaine a Senator? And what bothers me is that if there are bills banning suppressors and bump-stocks that appear on President Trump's desk, would he sign them? If Trump did sign them into law, I would consider this a win for the Democrats in their continual effort to take away our Second Amendment rights. If the Democrat or Republican politicians - want to have a conversation about guns - fine, but make no mistake, you don't ever get to disarm us, not ever.

DownTrend -- Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA) was officially announced as Hillary Clinton’s running mate in Miami as she introduced him as a “progressive who likes to get things done.”

“Hey, guys. Thank you!” he said as he took the podium, before immediately launching into a message in Spanish, Breitbart is reporting.

Kaine repeatedly referred to his missionary work in Honduras, where he learned to speak fluent Spanish.

He also used Spanish to describe his Catholic faith and his plan for immigration reform.

“In our administration in the first 100 days we’ll put forward a comprehensive immigration reform package that includes a path to citizenship,” he shouted.

His Spanish slogans existed separately from the rest of the speech and he did not always translate them into English for the rest of the crowd.

Kaine urged all Americans to attend a immigration naturalization ceremony.

“When you go to services, and you see these people’s desire to join this great country, you’ll basically have this pretty amazing thought,” he said. “Anybody who loves America this much deserves to be here, deserves to be here.”

Blog Author's Comments -- Is anyone surprised by the promise of amnesty for the illegals? This would be a complete continuation of Obama’s efforts to 'fundamentally transform this country'. If Clinton is elected it will be much like a third term for Obama. This is comparing the limited few who come here legally to the millions who come here illegally. The few who come here legally are welcome but painting the illegals with the same brush is just plain bullshit. They're the ones who fly their flag, not the American flag, in their unwarranted demonstrations. They need to be deported. If the blacks would pay a little attention to what Clinton/Kaine want, those that vote, amnesty for illegals will punish them the most. Hillary Clinton is one of the most corrupt, lying, scandal ridden politicians in a generation. The woman is actually indecent! For the good of the country she cannot be allowed to move her wardrobe of pant suits (size XL) into the White House.

Blog author's comments - Mr. Kaine, how is Obama going to get control of the deficit, by attempting to spend the country into prosperity? Obama has more than tripled the deficit in less than two years in office. I assume that this is still and will always be the fault of George W. Bush?

How are Obama's lackeys able to defend what he is responsible for? The unemployment rate is 9.5 percent, what has Obama done and what will he do to encourage job creators to reinvest and prosper? The answer to that question is nothing! The fact is that the unemployment rate will remain what it now is until the voters push him out, and give businesses some incentive to hire and grow.

Since Obama and his fellow Democrats have been in power they continue to spend the country into unsustainable debt. In 2011 Obama's tax plan will kick in and put more pressure on nearly every American. The Stimulus Bill did not help, the bailouts did not help, all the money he and the Democrats have thrown at any problem has done nothing but put us further into debt.

Obama is in way over his head and the rest of the Democrats fail to question his actions. I must assume they are as oblivious to all of this as he is. It is time to stop the plan Obama has for us. It must be done in 2010 and again in 2012.
