Blog author's comments - In both cases the grand juries ruled in favor of the police. Also, Brown and Garner committed unlawful acts and when the police tried to arrest them they fought with the officers. When the police are trying to arrest you, if you fight back, things can go wrong. And they went very wrong for Michael Brown and Eric Garner. Now we have President Barack Obama, Attorney General Eric Holder, and most Democrat lawmakers along with the liberals, blacks and leftist media railing against what they are calling the racist police who were attempting to do their jobs.

Hacker Group 'Anonymous' Unveils Explosive 'Leaks' On
Michael Brown Grand Jury And Ferguson Officer Darren Wilson

The Blaze -- Hacker group Anonymous is claiming that officer Darren Wilson will not be indicted by a grand jury in the shooting death of 18-year-old Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, according to purported government sources.

The “hacktivist” group released the following on Monday:

Last night we announced that we have received over the past several days a series of leaks from two separate and unrelated sources regarding the long awaited Grand Jury decision regarding the murder of Mike Brown by Ferguson PD Officer Darren Wilson. In our opinion after careful analysis the sources are reliable, and the information we are about to reveal is true. Both sources are government employees with access to both internal government as well as confidential police communications. For reasons of safety we will not be revealing anything further on either our sources or the material leaked to us. The following is a synopses of the leaked information:

On or about November 10, 2014 the Grand Jury decision will be announced. Darren Wilson will NOT be indicted on ANY charges related to the murder of Mike Brown. All local police Chiefs and jail commanders have been notified to begin preparing for major civil unrest. Governor Nixon has been notified of the impending announcement and has ordered the Missouri National Guard to begin preparations for a possible re-enstatement of the martial law that was declared at the beginning of the Ferguson protests.

As additional evidence that neither the State nor Federal authorities intend any legal action against Darren Wilson for the murder of Mike Brown, one of our sources has provided a very intriguing close up glimpse of Darren Wilson – his current where abouts and lifestyle.

It has been reported that Wilson hasn’t been seen in public since the shooting in August.

Brown’s autopsy reportedly supported claims that there was a “significant altercation at the car” prior to the deadly shooting. Judy Melinek, a forensic pathologist in San Francisco, told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that she didn’t think the autopsy supported claims that Brown was shot while surrendering with his hands up.

Further, a toxicology report also showed that Brown had tetrahydrocannabinol, also known as THC, in his blood and urine.

Anonymous’ sources, which could not be independently verified, revealed Wilson’s alleged “alias” and claimed the officer has “altered his appearance.” The sources also said Wilson’s girlfriend is pregnant with their first child.

The group promised to release additional information on the Ferguson case in the future.

A grand jury decision in the case is expected to come in November. The Huffington Post reports that the St. Louis County Police Department has already started stocking up on riot gear ahead of the decision.
Blog author's comments - I am not so sure this so-called hacker group 'Anonymous' really has evidence that Officer Darren Wilson will not be indicted for killing Michael Brown. If this is true unfortunately for Wilson, he still faces the racists in Eric Holder's Justice Department.

From what I know and have heard about what happened and the evidence which exists along with the many witnesses to the altercation between Wilson and Brown, I can't see how Wilson could be indicted. But grand juries have surprised us many times. Those of us with some degree of reason have thought from the beginning that Wilson did not shoot Brown in cold blood as some members of the city of Ferguson believe.

If Wilson is not indicted I have to assume his career, at least in Ferguson, Missouri, or the St. Louis area is probably over. And there will likely be more riots, destruction of property, and looting before this eventually ends. There will almost certainly be more black police officers hired in Ferguson because from now on no matter what white officers do it will never satisfy many blacks in their city.

Black Panther Calls For "Black Rebellion" If Darren Wilson Not Indicted

Down Trend -- Last week, we reported that city officials in Ferguson, Missouri, were preparing for riots and demonstrations should the grand jury fail to indict Police Officer Darren Wilson.

Now comes an interview with Black Panther Malik Zulu Shabazz on Fox News radio who called for a “black rebellion” if there is no indictment.

He called for a rebellion against the “wicked world order” and said blacks “have as much right to rebel against American society as America did against the British.”

“The white media has not been fair to black people or black leaders,” he said, going on to claim the police was “murdering us.”

He claimed he is not calling for violence, but said he would not condemn it. “The authority of the white man and white America is illegitimate – you have been killing us for 400 years.”

Shabazz has been stirring the pot in Ferguson since Michael Brown was shot and killed this summer.

Shabazz is the former leader of the New Black Panther Party. The group was identified as previously suggesting bombing nurseries to kill white babies.

A Nation of Islam member also advocated genocide against white people.

“I say, if they don’t get out of town, we kill the men, we kill the women, we kill the children, we kill the babies, we kill the blind, we kill the cripple, we kill the crazy, we kill the (gays), we kill the lesbians, I say (expletive deleted) we kill them all,” Khalid Muhammad said. “If they are white, kill ‘em all.”

Gee … so I wonder why Ferguson is preparing for a massive confrontation.
Blog author's comments - Black Panther Malik Zulu Shabazz, calling for a black rebellion if Officer Darren Wilson is not indicted, is not the way our laws work. Too many white lawmakers allow themselves to be bullied by the blacks. Shabazz said -- “The authority of the white man and white America is illegitimate –you have been killing us for 400 years.” Perhaps Shabazz should face the facts that so many blacks are killing other black people more than the occurrence of white on black crime.

If Shabazz and his kind would channel all the effort they put into inciting hate into gaining education and doing something industrious many would be doing quite well rather than roaming the streets and doing crime. So many of the younger black people, men and women, are self destructing along with the neighborhoods they live in. Wake up America. We have perpetuated the growth of this movement because we have not enforced the law when the race card is played.

It's Official: Obama Takes Sides In Ferguson

Truth Revolt -- Any pretense that President Obama would let justice take its course in Ferguson, MO without his use of the bully pulpit of the presidency to influence or sway events on the ground has been completely thrown out the window.

Saturday night, Obama firmly "took sides" in the Michael Brown case during a speech to the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation. Obama called the shooting an event that exposed the racial divide in America and "scars the hearts of our children."

Fox News reports on Obama's speech and quotes the President using language that could easily be part of an Al Sharpton monologue on MSNBC:

"In too many communities around the country, a gulf of mistrust exists between local residents and law enforcement. Too many young men of color feel targeted by law enforcement -- guilty of walking while black or driving while black, judged by stereotypes that fuel fear and resentment and hopelessness."

As the Washington Times points out, President Obama then tried to pretend that he would not take a stand on the ongoing investigation, even though he had just referred to the shooting of Brown as an example of "young men of color feel targeted by law enforcement -- guilty of walking while black or driving while black."

"At the president’s speech in Washington, the audience included the parents of Mr. Brown, and Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr., whose agency is conducting a probe to determine whether the slain teen’s civil rights were violated. Mr. Obama said because of the continuing probe, “I won’t comment on the investigation.”

"But he added, “We have to close the justice gap — how justice is applied, but also how it is perceived, how it is experienced. That’s what we saw in Ferguson this summer when Michael Brown was killed and the community was divided.”

"Mr. Obama said there are “significant racial disparities” in the criminal justice system “in everything from enforcing drug policy to applying the death penalty to pulling people over.”

The remarks are in stark contrast to what the President said in a press conference during the week of rioting in Ferguson following the shooting:

"This is not an argument that there isn’t real crime out there and that law enforcement doesn’t have a difficult job. And you know, that they -- you know, they have to be honored and respected for the danger and difficulty of law enforcement. But what is also true is that given the history of this country, where we can make progress in building up more confidence, more trust, making sure that our criminal justice system is acutely aware of the possibilities of disparities in treatment, there are safeguards in place to avoid those disparities where, you know, training and assistance is provided to local law enforcement who, you know, may just need more information in order to avoid potential disparity."
Blog author's comments - Obama said, "too many young men of color feel targeted by law enforcement -- guilty of walking while black or driving while black. Obama called the shooting an event that exposed the racial divide in America and scars the hearts of our children."

It is quite obvious whose side Obama is on. Many of these "young men of color" are out of control in most medium to large cities and it appears the problem is growing worse. The police have to do their job but are chastised if they use force. What good have all the government programs including welfare done for many of these people?

Yes, there were poor people before welfare but welfare has created a permanent underclass who have no motivation to improve themselves because they believe it's white society's fault they are in their situation and white society's responsibility to take care of them. I don't see that what is happening will ever change and it seems to me that since Barak Obama has been in office the problem has become worse.

Obama implies that Michael Brown was shot for no reason, or that the reason was racism. Yet he does not know the facts of the case, because the facts have yet to be made public. Nevertheless, he inserts himself and the office of the presidency into the matter and brings shame and disrepute upon both.

Protesters were back out in the streets in Ferguson, Missouri Sunday night (Sept. 28). Authorities said eight people were arrested outside the Ferguson Police Department, as part of the latest round of protests over the shooting death of Michael Brown. The arrests came one night after a Ferguson police officer was shot in the arm.

Sharpton: 'There's A Difference Between Robbing And Shoplifting'

Truth Revolt -- In an unabashedly self-referential speech to supporters in Ferguson, MO Sunday, activist and MSNBC news host Al Sharpton pulled out his best James Brown and shouted for justice in the name of Michael Brown.

To the screams of approval of hundreds at a "Unity Rally" at the Greater Grace Church in Ferguson, Sharpton discussed the video released by police showing an alleged "strong arm robbery" conducted by Michael Brown moments before his confrontation with Officer Darren Wilson that led to his death. "There's a difference between robbing and shoplifting," Sharpton proclaimed to a standing ovation of screams and cheers by the capacity crowd.

"I'm no drive-by activist. We'll be here until justice is achieved," Sharpton promised.

"I know they're gonna smear Michael, they may even try to smear the parents," Sharpton said, before turning the attention to himself and the explosive video of the robbery.[...]

"The tape I saw," Sharpton continued. "A young man who may have been shoplifting. There's a difference between robbing and shoplifting."

Blog author's comments - Sharpton knows precisely why Brown was shot, and that's why he drew the attention back to misdemeanor shoplifting. I’m sure it makes sense in his feeble mind. Shoplifters don't assault store employees. First of all, he wasn't killed because of the previous crime he'd committed. He was killed because he attacked a cop. Sharpton, when you physically assault the victim in the process of stealing something that's the very definition of "strong arm robbery." Shoplifting is when you stick something in your pocket and walk out with it.

The only reason Sharpton is in Ferguson, MO is to fuel the fires of racism and incite the looters and thugs as if they need any help from him. At any rate, Michael Brown wasn't shot because of the theft, which the officer didn't even know he was connected to at the time. Sharpton could at least try to sound factual about this if he wants to appear even remotely credible. This is how the left slowly destroys the rule of law and the civil society. No one is held accountable for their unacceptable behavior. Society is deprived of its power and authority to push back against the criminals and thugs who just grow stronger.
