Trump: Disgusting The Way The Press Is
Able To Write Whatever They Want To Write

Wednesday in the Oval Office, President Donald Trump said an NBC News report that he wanted to increase the U.S. nuclear arsenal tenfold was “fake news.”

Trump said, “I never discussed increasing it. I want it in perfect shape. That was fake news by NBC, which gives a lot of fake news lately. No, I never discussed. I think someone said I want ten times the nuclear weapons that we have right now. Right now we have so many nuclear weapons. I want them in perfect condition, perfect shape. That’s the only thing I have discussed. General Mattis put out a statement or is putting out a statement saying that that was fake news, that it was just mentioned that way. And it’s frankly disgusting the way the press is able to write whatever they want to write, and people should look into it.”

He continued, “No, I want to have absolutely perfectly maintained, which we are in the process of doing, nuclear force. But when they said I want ten times what we have right now, it’s totally unnecessary, believe me. Because I know, I know what we have right now.”

He added, “We won’t need an increase. But I want modernization, and I want total rehabilitation. It’s got to be in tip-top shape.”
Blog Author's Comments: The 'fake news' outlets are attempting to push the narrative that Trump is somewhat of a war monger. This is not true; the man wants what is best for all Americans. To insure that our country is ready if there comes a time when weapons of mass destruction have to be used against our enemies, we will be equipped and organized for whatever comes our way. It is one thing to have freedom of the press, but to totally make up stories or plant rumors with unnamed sources is wrong.

One of the reasons that it is erroneous and unsound, is because many people that cannot think for themselves, believe whatever they see and hear said from many of the so-called news providers. There is much of the liberal media that uses outright lies and innuendos and here is where I totally agree with the president. Ninety percent of the network news shows and papers slant what they print or say, in an attempt to make him look bad. But, he does not buy that, he fights back and this drives the anti-Trump networks and their talking heads crazy. They thought by this time -- after a year of throwing everything they have at him -- he would back down, but he does not and I don't believe he ever will.

Quote Of The Day: I want to see that, where is the hotel camera footage? I want to see that 64 year old guy packing multiple rifles and hundreds if not thousands of rounds of ammunition all the way up to the 32nd floor of that hotel by himself.

Better yet, I want to see him tipping a hotel employee for doing it for him.

We are talking half a pickup bed worth of ordinance here, easy.

Don’t anyone bother trying to tell me that hotel doesn’t have cameras all over the place either. -- The Vulgar Curmudgeon

Fed-Up Scott Walker Has Blunt Answer For Reporter:
'Classic Example Of Why People...Dislike The Press'

The Blaze -- Amid the media flap over Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker saying he doesn’t know if President Barack Obama loves America since he’s “never asked the president” about that subject, Walker was apparently grilled again regarding his position on Obama’s beliefs.

This time it was about the president’s religious faith.

Walker, a Republican and possible 2016 presidential candidate, said in an interview Saturday that he didn’t know if Obama is a Christian, the Washington Post reported.

The Post article did not quote the text of the apparent question Walker was asked regarding Obama’s faith, it did note that Walker was told during the interview that Obama has spoken publicly about his Christian faith.

“I’ve actually never talked about it or I haven’t read about that,” Walker said, according to the Post. “I’ve never asked him that,” he added, the paper said. “You’ve asked me to make statements about people that I haven’t had a conversation with about that. How [could] I say if I know either of you are a Christian?”

Walker then offered a retort for the media.

“To me, this is a classic example of why people hate Washington and, increasingly, they dislike the press,” Walker said, the Post reported. “The things they care about don’t even remotely come close to what you’re asking about.”

More from the Post:

After the interview was completed, Walker spokeswoman Jocelyn Webster telephoned The Washington Post to say the governor was trying to make a point of principle by not answering such kinds of questions, not trying to cast doubt on Obama’s faith.

“Of course the governor thinks the president is a Christian,” she said. “He thinks these kinds of gotcha questions distract from what he’s doing as governor of Wisconsin to make the state better and make life better for people in his state.”

Walker also said he’s being held to a different standard by the media.

“Was it (Teamsters president) Jimmy Hoffa that ripped on the tea party and called them unpatriotic, and the president was standing there and nobody asked him that?” Walker recalled, the Post said. “To me, it seems I’ve had multiple days of an incredible double standard. They don’t ask the president about people like Jimmy Hoffa, they don’t ask Hillary Clinton about others out there.”

Walker added that who believes what or who said what isn’t his focus; rather it’s “should I choose to get in this election, why I believe we need a fighter.”
Blog author's comments - First of all I definitely believe Scott Walker should be in the running for the GOP presidential nominee for 2016. At this point in time, he is what the country and the Republican Party needs. I know that there will be many Republicans vying for the nomination, but now that Walker has become one of the front runners the liberal mainstream media are digging to find something that will make him look bad and possibly remove him from contention.

Because of Obama's actions, what he has said and will not say about the Islamic terrorists, Obama really doesn’t act like a Christian; he leans towards Islam and says very little about Christianity. I am not so sure Obama is a Christian; he seems to me to be a Muslim first.

RFK Jr. - Fox News Has Divided Country In A Way Not Seen Since Civil War

The Blaze -- During a discussion on HuffPost Live Friday, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. gave a strong condemnation of what he calls the “right wing media” and particularly Fox News.

“It’s divided our country in a way that we haven’t been divided probably since the Civil War,” Kennedy said of Fox News during the discussion focused on fracking. “Its empowered large corporations to get certain kinds of politicians and ideologues who are in the United State Congress elected — the Tea Party ideologues who control the Republican Party.”

The nephew of President John F. Kennedy and son of former senator and presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy made these claims against Fox while describing what he sees as the two biggest problems in American politics: the influence of big money and “the right-wing control of the American media.”

In addition to Fox News, Kennedy criticized right-wing talk radio that he describes as having a negative and large influence on whole sections of the country.

“Ninety-five percent of talk radio in our country is right-wing, and you need, according to Pew survey, and you–so a whole section of our country that that’s what they’re hearing. They wake up in the morning, when they go to bed at night,” Kennedy said.

Kennedy also claimed that Republicans “are the only ones that have their own (TV) network.”

Blog author's comments - Does Kennedy have any idea what he is talking about? I don't think so. I can understand that being a Kennedy and surrounded by fellow liberal elitists can lead to a complete misunderstanding of reality.

From the news and videos I see - ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN and MSNBC are the networks which have helped Obama 'divide the country' and helped the low information voters reelect Obama. But according to Kennedy the two biggest problems in American politics are the influence of big money and “the right-wing control of the American media.”

We have Barack Obama who is the worst president in our history and what he has planned for his second term will continue to damage the country. And Kennedy is attacking FOX News, the only news channel that does not always agree with Obama and the Democratic Party. Of course many on the left will believe what Kennedy said.
