The Senate Judiciary Committee Is Still Listening To Ford
And Her Lawyers, How Much Longer Will They Allow This?

Kavanaugh accuser Christine Blasey Ford Testimony 'Tentatively Scheduled' For Thursday As Negotiations Carry Over To Sunday.

Christine Blasey Ford on Saturday said she would accept the Senate Judiciary Committee’s request to discuss an alleged sexual assault by Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, although the terms under which she might testify remained unknown as of mid-afternoon.

It was not clear on what terms Ford would agree to tell her side, something that has been a subject of debate between Ford's team and committee Republicans. In the letter, Ford’s lawyers said “many aspects of the proposal you provided...are fundamentally inconsistent with the Committee’s promise of a fair, impartial investigation into her allegations” but expressed hope that an agreement would be reached.

Debra Katz, one of the lawyers representing Ford, requested that a hearing be set for Thursday -- a request the Republicans on the committee had initially rejected, offering Wednesday instead.

Grassley did not immediately respond to the letter, but a senior White House official said that it represented a request to continue negotiations without any firm commitment. “It’s a clever way to push off the vote Monday without committing to appear Wednesday,” the official said.

Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, who sits on the committee, tweeted that "we are no closer to hearing from Dr. Ford than we were when her lawyers said Dr. Ford was willing to testify during their media tour 6 days ago."

Editorial Cartoons, Memes From The
Patriot & Musings From The Blog Owner...

Blog Author's Observations: Quick Pet Thread:

911 Operator: "What is your emergency?"

Dog: "My owner has been gone .02 seconds."

911 Operator: "Have you tried eating the couch?"

And this...

I have known some very fine dogs and cats in my lifetime and have noticed that - If dogs can do it, you can watch them - they do not care care. But, cats are very different. The comment has been made that cats think they are God. Well, I have personally known one feline friend in particular, that I thought was a very close second to God.

Here's hoping all of the furry friends are safe and sound along the eastern seaboard.

More Observations: The Really Big Eraser:

After way too much studying and examination, I have perceived the plethora of actions and strange thought patterns of the Left. Just to touch briefly, they are obsessed with not only damaging but destroying people who do not think or believe exactly the way they do.

For failing to meet their behavioral standards, they will never let anyone forget a mistake, no matter how small. Unless the person in question is one of their "chosen" members. One misstep lives forever and they are determined on erasing any and all ideas which offend them or they cannot agree with and control. But, if it happens to be one of them, they will sweep whatever the problem is under the rug that will never be uncovered. At least by them.

That's all for today, friends and enemies!
