The attorney for Christine Blasey Ford, the woman accusing Judge Brett Kavanaugh, sent a letter to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley Thursday afternoon saying her client is still willing to testify, but not by the Monday deadline and given a number of conditions.
"I would like to set up a call with you later today to discuss the conditions under which Dr. Christine Blasey Ford would be prepared to testify next week. As you are aware, she has been receiving death threats, which have been reported to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and she and her family have been forced out of their home," the letter states. "She wishes to testify, provided that we can agree on terms that are fair and which ensure her safety. A hearing on Monday is not possible and the Committee's insistence that it occur then is arbitrary in any event. Dr. Ford has asked me to let you know that she appreciates the various options you have suggested. Her strong preference continues to be for the Senate Judiciary Committee to allow for a full investigation prior to her testimony."
"Please let us know when you are available to talk to us later today," the letter concludes.

Blog Author's Comments: It's Monday or nothing, stick to the deadline Republicans. The GOP is being played by the accuser and the Democratic Party. We owe Christine Blasey Ford nothing, she is the one that has to provide solid evidence to backup her accusation.
And, on it goes, more delays. If any GOP Senator says anything about Ford insisting on postponing, they will be branded sexist etc. The Senators have given her enough time and options to decide if she wants to pursue this nonsense. Now it is time to vote on Judge Kavanaugh for the high court.
