The Democrats have embraced the human trafficking of women and children, despite the abuse many face from the people who transport them to the border. They also see these people as beings that will be dependent upon the Democratic Party for their livelihood and added to the permanent underclass. Many illegals will eventually provide them their votes when needed.
The wall discouraged this migration, the current administration encourages it. Since we refuse to use the threat of lethal force as a deterrent our only option is denial of access. Upon his installation in the Oval Office, Chairman Biden stopped construction of the Wall, unilaterally ended agreements with Mexico and other Latin American countries to curb illegal migration. They have aided and abetted this human trafficking, having created havoc, liberals seek to open the border permanently.
The Democrats don't want to stop the influx of illegals. If they truly wanted to stop it, they could end it tomorrow. There is also little chcance VP Harris wants her finger prints on any part of this picture. That is why she is ignoring Biden's directive for her to get involved. Biden created this mess she wants to make sure it is his.
