Poll: Americans Want Strong Borders, Say Wall Is Not 'Immoral'

Most voters continue to favor strongly controlled borders and reject House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s charge that it is immoral for the United States to build a border wall.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 53% of Likely U.S. Voters think it is better for the United States to tightly control who comes into the country. Thirty-nine percent (39%) disagree and say it is better to open our borders to anyone who wants to come here as long as they are not a terrorist or a criminal.

Do you have the border agents ask them and when they say no, we allow them to enter? Until the borders are controlled we will continue to have the criminals, drug dealers, those carrying diseases, and people who come to our country only to be taken care of with nothing to offer us. Build the wall.

President Trump held a bi-partisan luncheon to discuss the shutdown, and not one Democrat attended. Tell us again mainstream media, who is refusing to negotiate? If the President hangs in there for a few more weeks he can win this, which is what true Americans (not Democrats) want and deserve.
