Downtrend -- The pathetic spectacle of Hillary Clinton’s return to public life this week to promote her tome of trauma What Happened? continues to unfold as Americans get a nice, long look at the disaster that they barely avoided had she actively campaigned in the Rust Belt.
Fawning media hosts have lobbed softballs at Mrs. Clinton during a series of interviews in which she was given wide latitude to attack those who did her wrong and to rage about that terrible man President Donald Trump.
On Wednesday, it was Anderson Cooper and Thursday it was Rachel Maddow, a prized interview that will have the loopy lesbian gushing for days.
Clinton railed against the man who beat her like a dog who she called a “clear and present” danger to the “institutions of democracy” – a description that would better seem to fit her and her ongoing act as the leader of a government in exile.
According to The Hill “Clinton: Trump poses ‘clear and present danger’ to US”:
Former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton said Thursday she believes President Trump and some of the people who surround him “pose a clear and present danger” to the U.S.
“I’m hoping that on the really big issues there’s enough authority to be able to restrain and contain the president. That’s what we all have to hope because I think this president and some of the people around him pose a clear and present danger to our country,” Clinton told MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow.
“Domestically to our institutions of democracy, our self governance, our rule of law. Internationally in so many ways because of the unpredictability, the fact that there is no strategic plan, there’s just a reactive, emotional, visceral kind of behavior,” she said.
In the interview promoting her new book, Clinton argued that it is imperative for Trump’s staff to “contain” him due to consequential decisions he will have to make as president.
“I think going forward, any effort to try to contain him, which I know some in the White House and in the broader administration have been trying to do, is especially important when it comes to consequential decisions,”she said.
The star struck Maddow didn’t even have the courtesy to offer Mrs. Clinton a cheese platter with all of that whine.
What we now have is a renegade former First Lady, U.S. Senator, Secretary of State and failed presidential candidate who is being given nightly forums to call for the undermining of the legitimately elected President of the United States.
Not that this hasn’t been the case the entire time with Hillary slithering around in the background and feeding the flames of the so-called Resistance, it’s just all out in the open now.
Blog Author's Comments: Clinton said President Trump and some members of his cabinet “pose a clear and present danger" to the United States. Yet she is the one who wants to chuck the Electoral College and I wonder why now? Liberals are not only stupid, they're dangerous. Like selling uranium to the Russians as Hillary Clinton did, but none of the media will address this to her face. She is clearly guilty of a great deal of outright criminal activity.
She has lapsed into full psychosis. She has been First Lady, Senator from New York, Secretary of State. Forget all that, watching her pathetic performance on this tour should cause people to reflect on what life would be like if she had won. This tour will define her 'legacy'. Clinton blames everyone but the progressive Marxist in the mirror, herself. We dodged a bullet on this one. And Hillary Clinton cannot let go of the fantasy of her being president.
In The World' Hillary Clinton, Really Is
