Ted Cruz In Meltdown Mode - Megyn Kelly Appeared Fustrated

Ted Cruz Sounds And Appears Desperate In Megyn Kelly Interview

News Ninja -- I don’t agree with Megyn Kelly but she was trying to keep the conversation on a level playing field and Sen. Ted Cruz was pushing out a point that was false when speaking about Donald Trump and Obamacare. Trump has never said he supports Obamacare and Cruz keeps saying he does.

Then he had difficulty answering Kelly’s simple question about the 1,237 delegates. Cruz was combative and the entire interview had a large dose of desperation.

Just so you know, Trump CAN win a majority. He’s up in Indiana according to the latest polls. And, from what I’ve seen on Twitter, Trump’s internal polling indicates he has extended his lead since Tuesday. Cruz is delusional. But what else can he do but be delusional? He’s running a campaign for the presidency. If he must lie to himself, or to those to whom he’s speaking, then so be it.
Blog Author's Comments -- Sen. Ted Cruz, I believe, made a fool of himself during this interview, he became unhinged. The man is frustrated with Donald Trump and he does not seem to understand why Trump is doing so well. If the polling is correct in Indiana and other upcoming states, Donald Trump will attain the 1,237 delegates prior to the Republican Convention.

If the Republican National Committee along with the GOP 'Establishment' changes the rules for this convention so they can have their contested convention and chose someone else as the nominee that will basically be the end of the Republican Party. To put it bluntly, all hell will break loose. A majority of those who call themselves Republicans want Donald Trump as the nominee. They are tired of the career politicians and the same old same in Washington.

Trump Calls Bob Knight Endorsement The Greatest Ever In Indiana

Indy Star -- Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump received Wednesday night what he called “the greatest endorsement in the history of Indiana” from legendary basketball coach Bob Knight.

"There has never been a more honest politician than Donald Trump," Knight said.

Some in the crowd of roughly 5,000 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds said they showed up just to hear Knight speak. But with the full force of the election spotlight on Indiana’s May 3 primary, it was also a day for Trump to stress that his supporters in the state could help clinch the nomination.

"If we win Indiana,” Trump said, “it’s over!"

For Knight, who could be considered Indiana royalty, to stand up for Trump was to appeal directly to Hoosier voters. The former Indiana University basketball coach with the famous temper won three national championships and collected the most Division I wins of his time.

That’s why Trump loves him: He's a winner.

The two men, who share similar – shall we say – emphatic personalities and colorful speech, embraced on stage.

“I am not here to represent the Republican Party,” Knight said. “And I’m not here to represent any organization that deals with politics. I think the most important thing in the world is that we vote for the best man there is for this job.”

Knight encouraged the crowd to "throw Donald over the top" with their votes, and that it would be "a first step toward what every one of us wants America to be like."

Blog Author's Comments -- Indiana is an important primary for Donald Trump and he could not have had a better endorsement in Indiana than Bobby Knight. Both of them are winners in their chosen fields. The video below is quite good and what Knight says is true. He may well help Trump win more delegates in Indiana. If Trump is going to win the nomination, I think he has to have the 1,237 required delegates prior to the convention. The 'GOP Establishment' is not going to roll over and back Donald Trump, they will continue do what they can to stop him from being the nominee.

Anti-Trump Super Pac #NeverTrump Books Hundreds
Of Rooms In Cleveland To Bribe-Poach RNC Delegates

InfoWars -- There are at least 8 Super PACs backed by Republican elites who are spending millions to defeat Donald Trump.

The Super PACs are reportedly calling, texting, emailing, lobbying, and all-out wining and dining the 2,472 delegates who will vote at the 2016 RNC.

The anti-Trump #NeverTrump Super PAC led by former Majority Leader Eric Cantor has reportedly booked hundreds of rooms in Cleveland in order to compromise delegates to the Republican Convention in July.

While some super PACs were focused on advertising, they are currently playing a huge outside role in courting and flipping delegates for Cruz. The Our Principles PAC (OPP), run by Romney’s 2012 deputy campaign manager -Katie Packer, is an organization developed exclusively for defeating Donald J. Trump. At the Spring RNC meeting in Florida, Packer distributed a four page plan to promote her delegate strategy.

OPP is the most well funded #NeverTrump super PAC. Funded by the Ricketts family -billionaire owners of the Chicago Cubs, OPP has spent $16,000,000 to defeat Trump. In addition to negative media advertising, they hire workers to distribute anti-Trump literature which can be found at precincts and state conventions. OPP’s mission is to organize delegates and deploy any number of tactics with the goal of depriving Trump of as many delegates as possible in upcoming contests.

The culmination of the OPP effort is the utilization of staffers to target every state delegate bound or unbound. They seek to convince them by hook or crook to dump Trump at their respective state convention or in July at the RNC convention. Those already pledged to Trump after winning their state are being luxuriously lobbied to back Cruz on the subsequent ballots. The primary purpose of OPP, no matter the cost, no matter the ethics, is to ensure as few as possible delegates will be inclined to support Donald Trump.

Another anti-Trump super PAC, #NeverTrump, has focused on the logistics of the RNC convention in Cleveland. They have booked hundreds of hotel rooms in order to comp the targeted Republican delegates. NeverTrump began as a grassroots group started by allies of former House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Va.). They have endorsed Cruz in some states and Kasich in others, frustrating both candidates. NeverTrump is pushing Kasich in Maryland, and Cruz in Indiana. Paul Singer, the billionaire hedge funder, is another elite that has already wasted millions on negative Trump advertising to no avail. Now Singer is spending his millions scheming behind the scenes to reduce the numbers of Trump delegates that Donald Trump has earned.
Blog Author's Comments -- This is the American political process at its finest - spend money to bribe people (delegates) to go against the will of the voters. Americans are suckers until the rulers truly fear us. I have to believe the desperate Cruz and Kasich are in on this scheme. And I don't believe these polls that always say Trump cannot defeat Clinton in the general election.

Trump is not in office and he has already done more to wake this country up to the corruption coming from all sides. Perhaps he should be the President. And the voters who do not support him should maybe ponder why they don't. Why is everybody in politics and in the media against him? Is this because he is someone they fear and cannot control? The mask has come off. Now we can understand why voting Republican is no different than voting for a Democrat. The same collectivist rats have infested both parties.

Chris Wallace And Paul Manafort - Fox News Sunday

Chris Wallace Interviews Paul Manafort

Blog Author’s Comments – This interview is typical mainstream media setup questions. Wallace knew very well that comments out of context can be twisted to mean anything (as Cruz did) and that an off-the-cuff answer to a Town Hall Meeting question is not an official campaign position (re. NC bathroom situation). I thought the clips of Cruz spinning these into some kind of scoop about the “real” Donald Trump showed that he is beginning to panic. Chris Wallace is the son of the left wing journalist Mike Wallace. Wallace asking "is Trump playing a part" is a piece of worthless journalism. Have they ever asked that of Hillary, Obama, Kerry or Gore? There are maybe two 'journalists' on Fox that are worth listening to, beyond that the news network has shown itself to be no different than all the rest.

Paul Manafort has much experience and he does not let the media twist or lead him. I think he is a asset to the Trump campaign and no doubt his going on the shows is good, the media then does not have statements they take from Trumps Sunday interviews to twist all week. Manafort conducts himself well and I have never seen him out of control during an interview. Lastly, Donald Trump needs to tone it down a bit when he is speaking at campaign rallies. I don't think it benefits him to attack Cruz unless he is defending himself from flack launched at him by Ted Cruz and his campaign staff. He should stick to the issues and repeat what he has planned for the country if he becomes the president.

AR-15 Gun Maker Being Sued By Sandy Hook Families

Truth Revolt -- Families of the victims of the Sandy Hook Elementary shooting have been given a trial date in their lawsuit against Remington Arms, maker of the Bushmaster XM15-E2S rifle that Adam Lanza used to murder 20 children and six adults in 2012.

CBS News reports that Judge Barbara Bellis ruled last week that a federal law protecting gun manufacturers from lawsuits doesn't prevent the lawyers representing these families from arguing that the AR-15 is a "military weapon" and shouldn't be for sale to the public:
A lawyer for the families had argued there is an exception in federal law that allows litigation against companies that know, or should know, that their weapons are likely to be used in a way that risks injury to others.
Nicole Hockley lost her son, Dylan, in the massacre. She believes Remington played a role in her son's death:
"There are a lot of guns our shooter could have chosen from his arsenal. He chose the AR-15 because it served his purpose to kill as many people as possible."
For clarity, and what is not mentioned in the CBS News report, an AR-15 is not a "military weapon," as it is not fully-automatic (fully automatic machine guns are highly regulated and very expensive). Instead, it is semi-automatic and will only fire one bullet for every pull of the trigger. This is no different feature than any other semi-automatic rifle, shotgun, or handgun. Just because an AR-15 looks like a machine gun doesn't mean it shoots like one, nor does it mean it is capable of killing more people.

The trial date has been set for April, 3, 2018, despite Remington's attorney arguing for dismissal per the federal law, citing that his client can't be held responsible for these deaths. He also mentioned that holding a gun maker responsible for criminal actions of an individual sets a dangerous precedent, as noted in another report.

But the husband of one of the adult victims, Bill Sherlach, is happy with the judge's decision:
"We're obviously very happy with the judge's decision, and basically this is just one more step in a long march."
That apparently means the long march to more gun control.
Blog Author's Comments -- In this case they have a liberal judge and lawyer for some of the people who had or have children at the Sandy Hook school who want to sue someone. Will this make those who perhaps lost a child because the mental case with his mother's gun decided to go kill people? Why not sue the school system for not providing armed security within the school? But if this idea is put forth most of them would not want someone with the proper training in their child's school who has a gun. As the NRA's Wayne Lapierre said 'the only thing that will stop a bad guy with a gun, is a good guy with a gun.'

It won't be too long before someone will want to sue a knife maker because it seems that more criminals are attacking people with a knife. This is a frivolous case because it is one which they cannot win. You don't see Budweiser or a car company getting sued because of a crash that involved alcoholism.

There are obviously a lot of Conservative leaning people who are extremely tired of being disrespected by liberals who seem to hate America the way it is and are determined to destroy the things we value. Obama, his followers, and the Democratic Party have done almost everything they have wanted to do during Obama's time in office.

But, many of the so-called leaders of the Republican Party and the 'Establishment,' are also guilty of doing nothing in an attempt to stop what is happening and will apparently let the country go. Based on the way they are handling the up coming presidential election, could be the end of the country and the GOP if they continue their actions.

Hannity Erupts On Cruz Over Delegates: 'You've Got To Stop!'

WMD -- Sean Hannity, host at Fox News, waxed angry at Sen. Ted Cruz in a recent televised interview, slapping back the presidential contender’s perceived dodge of questions with an angry demand to just “stop” and face the audience concerns.

First, Cruz hit front-runner Donald Trump for “whining” about the delegate process, the Hill reported. Cruz then denied American voters were even concerned about his campaign’s attempt to sway delegates into supporting him on a second ballot at the upcoming Republican National Convention.

Cruz said, the Hill noted: “The media loves to obsess about process. This process and this whining from the Trump campaign is all silly.”

Hannity, however, saw it differently.

“Senator,” he said, “I’m on social media with millions of people. I have 550 radio stations and I have the top-rated cable show at my hour all across the board, and I am telling you that people are telling me that they find this whole process confusing.”

Hannity then brought up Cruz’s attempt to win delegates in Georgia who had been standing on the side of Trump, and said such persuasive tries can be seen as compromising the “integrity of the election,” he said.

Cruz denied that characterization and said the only ones “asking this question are the hardcore Donald Trump supporters,” he said.

Hannity cut in, saying: “Senator, why do you do this? You’ve got to stop. Every time I have you on the air and I ask a legitimate question, you try to throw this in my face. I’m getting sick of it. I’ve had you on more than any other candidate on radio and TV. So if I ask you, senator, a legitimate question to explain to the audience, why don’t you just answer it?”

Cruz again tossed off the question as rooted in the “whining” from the Trump campaign “because they don’t like the fact that they’ve lost five elections in a row,” he said, the Hill reported.

“The Donald Trump campaign doesn’t know what they’re doing,” Cruz said. “They don’t show up. In Colorado, the Donald Trump team was handing out fliers, asking their supporters to vote for a slate of delegates [and] they included Cruz delegates on their slate.”

He also brought up how the Trump campaign sent an email to supporters in Washington, D.C., in the lead up to the Washington state primary, an obvious mix-up of localities.

“I cannot help that the Donald Trump campaign does not seem capable of running a lemonade stand,” Cruz said, the Hill reported. “My focus is on jobs, freedom and security, not this incessant whining from the other side. If you lose, don’t cry about it. Go back and learn how to win an election.”

Ted Cruz On The Sean Hannity Show April 19, 2016 - Entire Audio

Blog Author's Comments -- This is a different type of election and many people are upset at what is happening to our country. Both Democrat and Republican administrations have helped move the country to this point. What really has the sane thinking people up in arms, is the seven years of Barack Hussein Obama and his 'transformation’ of America.

Cruz is a man who really believes the end justifies the means. If he can play the system to exploit it then he will do that. And he is doing this with delegates.

...Hannity then brought up Cruz’s attempt to win delegates in Georgia who had been standing on the side of Trump, and said such persuasive tries can be seen as compromising the “integrity of the election,” he said.

Donald Trump is an extremely successful business man but during the interview Cruz said “I cannot help that the Donald Trump campaign does not seem capable of running a lemonade stand.” The interview was over and Senator Ted Cruz still refused to answer the question put forth by Hannity.

At one time I had hoped that Ted Cruz would run for the Presidency in 2016. But, Donald Trump entered the race and began to say the things many people have wanted to hear for years from a candidate, and he has led in the polls from the beginning and I have sided with him. It is time for a change from electing career politicians and Ted Cruz has shown a different side of himself which I don't care for.

I am optimistic that Trump will be the Republican Party's nominee, but if by chance Cruz is the nominee I will vote for him over Hillary Clinton. Our country can not deal with Clinton after what has happened and is still happening with Obama. This could be the last chance for the Republican Party to elect a president but to do so the 'Republican Establishment' has got to stop playing games. America is desperate for someone who can begin to turn the country around.

Hillary: 'Of Course I Never Endangered National Security'

Breitbart -- Sunday on ABC’s “This Week,” when asked about President Barack Obama saying she did not put national security at risk when using a private email sever during her tenure as secretary of state, Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton echoed Obama’s claim.

Clinton said, “I have not spoken to him. I appreciate what he said, of course, I never endangered national security. That’s absolutely false. I said it was a mistake. It wasn’t the best choice. And now we know, Colin Powell had a private e-mail account. Aides to Condi Rice. I think that what’s going on will be resolved. And obviously, all of us will go forward knowing what we now know. Making sure that no one can raise any questions in the future.”

Blog Author's Comments -- Clinton and Obama are singlehandedly responsible for setting the Middle East on fire, and enabling the Muslim migration to the West. She was a total failure as the Secretary of State and as a Senator. She also has the blood or four dead Americans on her hands because of the attack on the consulate in Benghazi, Libya. They had asked for additional security numerous times but it was refused. She told daughter Chelsea that an 'Al-Qaeda-like group' carried out the Benghazi attack in an email sent the night of the deadly consulate assault.

But she and the Obama Administration later described it as a spontaneous protest to a phony video. She is a national security threat and a national embarrassment. She is a money grubbing power hungry lying person who is determined to get her way at any cost and she should never be the President of the United States. She and Obama are the epitome of what is wrong with this country.

Teen Gang Member Points Gun At Cop,
Protesters Target Police For Firing Back

Truth Revolt -- A 16-year-old Chicago gang member was shot and killed by police on Monday night and it took Black Lives Matter no time to try to color the narrative well before all the facts are known -- a similar tactic used in the Michael Brown shooting to introduce the "hands up, don't shoot" fabrication.

Chicago police say Pierre Loury, a known gang member who regularly posted pictures of himself armed on Facebook, was pulled over in a vehicle suspected of being involved in an earlier shooting. Loury quickly exited the vehicle and fled on foot with police in pursuit. During the chase, Loury reportedly pulled out his gun and pointed it at a police officer who opened fire, hitting the suspect in the chest. Loury later died from his wounds. A weapon was recovered at the scene.

The protesters don't see it that way and are claiming another case of racially motivated police brutality. Over 100 people gathered for vigils and demonstrations the day after the shooting. Loury's family joined in the protests, claiming their son was unarmed and said the police are lying.

Some are saying that Loury was shot in the air as he tried to jump a fence. Others claim several cops high-fived after the shooting. None of this is confirmed but is being sworn to have happened. Of course, some people swore Michael Brown had his hands up when he was shot, too.

The boy's aunt spoke about the shooting and said her nephew is just like everybody else in the neighborhood:
He's a typical Chicago teen male, no different than any other young man living in this city, facing some of the same challenges and trials and tribulations.
Unfortunately, the aunt destroyed her own defense saying, "typical Chicago teen male." Many typical black male teenagers in Chicago right now are shooting each other in record numbers. These are facts that the BLM movement willingly ignore in favor of keeping the focus on "racist" police officers. The Chicago Tribune posted police scanner audio of the incident.
Blog Author's Comments -- If someone points a gun at the police they should expect to be shot, one less thug to ruin Chicago. When a police officer kills a bad guy the 'Black Lives Matter' group will use the dead thug in their plan to further drive a wedge between blacks and police. A 16 year old holding a handgun he legally can't posses and displaying gang tattoos he legally can't get until he's 18 and we're supposed to believe he's just an average teenager? What happened to Pierre Loury was going to happen, if it was not by the police it would have been another gang member.

Report: Megyn Kelly Meets Privately With Donald Trump

The Hill -- Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump and Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly reportedly met Wednesday at Trump Tower in New York after months of feuding.

The meeting was brokered by Fox News chairman Roger Ailes, a source with knowledge of the situation told CNN Money.

NBC reporter and MSNBC anchor Ayman Mohyeldin had reported that Kelly was seen entering Trump Tower shortly before noon Wednesday, according to two tweets from network employees.

Representatives for Trump and Fox did not return inquiries from The Hill about the meeting.

Trump feuded with Kelly for months following her questioning of him at the first GOP presidential debate in August. He then skipped a Fox debate she co-hosted in late January before being cordial in a March debate.

That civility did not last long, though, with Trump later in the month calling the star anchor "crazy" and untalented, jabbing at her ratings and knocking guests on her show.

Kelly has expressed openness to interviewing Trump, though she also has acknowledged difficulty in arranging a sit-down.
Blog Author's Comments -- Donald Trump does not need Megyn Kelly or Fox News. He sees the type of people they promote on her show because she has shown a severe dislike for him. Why he would want to be interviewed or have a sit down with Kelly is a mystery. Perhaps Fox's Roger Ailes made a call to Donald Trump's office and said he would like Trump and Kelly to stop the feud between them and that Kelly would like to apologize for her actions. This does not seem likely at all.

After Ailes called, maybe Trump told him to send her over and he would listen to what she had to say. Trump is the GOP leader and Fox would like to have more access to him and between him and Kelly. Trump does not seem to have a problem with Hannity. I think Kelly is out to make a name for herself and she would like to be able to have interviews with Trump now that we are in the midst of the most serious campaign in many years.

CIA's John Brennan Vows No More Waterboarding

WND -- John Brennan, CIA director, said in an interview with NBC News he would not allow waterboarding to go forth under his leadership ever again, even if the next president of the United States were to order him to do so.

“I will not agree to carry out some of these tactics and techniques I’ve heard bandied about because this institution needs to endure,” he said.

The viewpoint sets him at odds with a couple of the Republican candidates running for president. Sen. Ted Cruz has stated on previous occasions he’d consider returning to some of the “enhanced interrogation techniques” that were approved for use under former President George W. Bush’s tenure, but banned by President Obama.

Donald Trump, GOP front-runner, has spoken even more forcefully of the matter, saying he’d allow a return to “a hell of a lot worse” interrogation techniques than waterboarding.

Trump also said in previous remarks that the CIA under his leadership would not refuse to waterboard.

“They’re not going to refuse me,” he said during public remarks in March. “If I say do it, they’re going to do it.”

But Brennan said otherwise – that he would refuse to carry out an order he felt was akin to a war crime, NBC News reported.
Blog Author's Comments -- John Brennan has no business being involved in our intelligence, much less heading up the CIA. If he does not follow the orders of the next president, which I hope is Donald Trump, he will be looking for another job. ISIS is cutting off heads, setting prisoners on fire and drowning them in steel cages but Brennan says no to 'waterboarding.'

This must make the members of ISIS and other terrorist groups feel good knowing if they are captured there will be no 'harsh' interrogation. The CIA director playing politics should be removed. He and the 'Establishment' are acting like humanitarians now because of what Donald Trump said with regard to terrorists.

Meet A Few Of The "Low-Level" Drug Offenders
Whose Sentences Obama Recently Commuted

Down Trend -- In Late March, President Barack Obama commuted the sentences of 61 “low-level” drug offenders.

Obama Commutes 61 Drug Sentences

According to an analysis by NewsBusters, however, the vast majority of the offenders were anything but “low-level,” in 54 of them were convicted for crimes involving cocaine or crack.

One of them happened to be Jerome Harris Jr., 40, whose previous crimes included “receiving stolen property, robbery, assault and carrying a pistol without a permit.”

What a deserving man, right?

Then you got Melissa Ross, 44, who served as the right-hand assistant to her criminal mastermind boyfriend, who reportedly operated a $54 million cocaine ring.

Quite low-level, huh?

Now check out some more of Obama’s “low-level” offenders, courtesy the Heritage Foundation:
"Carmel Bretous, 48, was convicted after being charged in 2001 in Miami, Fla., for trying to smuggle 110 pounds of cocaine, valued at $1 million, into the United States …

In 1999, a Georgia court convicted Willie Chevell Cameron, now 41, of obstructing or hindering a law enforcement officer. Prosecutors accused Cameron of “running from and fighting with” an investigator, Earl Grizzard of the Troup County Sheriff’s Office.

Cameron also was convicted on two counts of cocaine distribution. The incident was separate from federal charges for distribution of cocaine and methamphetamine in Florida in 2006.[...]
Writing for NewsBusters, contributor Tom Blumer opined that “the administration could have found more worthy recipients of presidential commutations.” But of course, Obama disagrees, and all know how often he gets things right.
Blog Author's Comments -- Obama should have never been the president in the first place. The only difference between him and these thugs is he is a better speaker. Once again he shows how much he hates America. And many people act like this was not part of Obama's plan, as if he does not want to do harm to this country, and he still has approximately ten months to do what he has planned to do. This is just a small part of Obama's legacy, does it bother him that the woman and children that this low-life killed is because he allowed him out of his cage where he belonged? I don't believe there is any remorse by Obama at all.

DHS Says Even Vehicular Homicide Is
Not Enough To Detain Illegal Immigrants

Truth Revolt -- In a letter to Congress released Monday, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director Sarah Saldana said that even being convicted of homicide isn’t enough to ensure that illegal aliens are detained by federal agents.

The Washington Times reports that neither Obama administration policy nor federal law required her agency to detain Edwin "Eswin" Mejia, an illegal immigrant from Honduras charged with vehicular homicide earlier this year in Nebraska.

ICE first encountered Mejia at the Arizona border in May 2013 when he was 16. The Border Patrol admitted him and turned him over to social services. He eventually went to live with his brother in the U.S. (it's unclear if his brother also is here illegally). Then this January, a drunken Mejia was street racing in Omaha when he hit a vehicle driven by Sarah Root, 21, who later died from her injuries.

Mejia posted bond on the homicide charge, and ICE officers did not come pick him up for detention, allowing him to abscond. Director Saldana said her officers should have detained him of their own volition and that she has notified all of her bureaus nationwide to do a better job of evaluating people they’re called to detain, reports the Times.

“After further review, we believe that further enforcement action would have served an important federal interest in this case,” Saldana said in a letter to Nebraska Republican Sen. Ben Sasse. She said her agency has asked Honduran officials to see if he shows up back there.

That wasn't enough for Senator Sasse, who called her response “an embarrassment” to her agency. He took up the issue with Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson, demanding in a letter to know who specifically was responsible for not picking up Mejia:
Why did ICE decline to detain Mr. Mejia, despite several requests to do so by the Douglas County Police Department? Were each of these requests denied on a case-by-case basis?
In her letter to Sasse, Saldana also said that being charged with vehicular homicide wasn’t enough to make Mejia a priority under standards set by President Obama and Homeland Secretary Johnson in 2014, who announced a policy of deporting only those with the most serious criminal records. Those policies mean that more than 9 million of the estimated 11 million illegals in the U.S. have little fear of being kicked out, notes the Times.

Even if Mejia were convicted of the charge, ICE still wouldn’t have to hold him, Saldana wrote:
Even if he were convicted of the offense, motor vehicle homicide — driving under the influence, the conviction would not constitute a crime of violence under the immigration laws, and consequently, would not constitute an aggravated felony. The conviction would not render him subject to mandatory detention, nor would it significantly impact his eligibility to apply for relief or protection from removal.
Mejia was already facing deportation under his unaccompanied minor case, though that proceeding has dragged on. His court appearance was slated for later this month — nearly three years after he first entered the U.S.
Blog Author’s Comments -- The question that begs to be asked is "why?" Why would a government allow an invasion of illegals, and then allow those to stay who are a clear and present danger to their citizens? This is the 'transformation of America' that Obama promised us. And apparently this is just fine with those who voted for him as the president, twice.

This is a concerted effort to fundamentally change the demographics of the United States. And the establishment (both parties), liberals and mainstream media cannot understand the support Donald Trump has received concerning what he has said with regard to the illegals. In the meantime Obama has and is allowing millions to cross our borders with obviously no thought about the criminal activities many of them are doing that affect our own law abiding citizens.

Megyn Kelly Continues To Smear Trump With Hand Picked Images Of Him

The News Commenter -- "Megyn Kelly and the people behind her production are out to get Donald Trump! There’s no other way to put it. Just look at the images they used in her segment with Rich Lowery and former senator Scott Brown. You don’t pick photos like these on accident. Maybe 'Fairly Unbalanced' should be the new Fox News Slogan.”

Megyn Kelly Again Tries To Smear Donald Trump

Blog Author's Comments -- I don't watch television news shows, I receive my news from right leaning bloggers and news sites. The only member of Fox News I like is Lou Dobbs. I can't stand to listen to Megyn Kelly, but I suppose the general manager and owner believe she is doing a good job. Since she was moved into the new time slot she has become too full of herself and she goes overboard in her news presentation. The person she would like to receive the GOP nomination is Ted Cruz, so she goes after Trump as often as she can.

What kind of segment does she have anymore except anti-Trump? What also drags her reputation down in my opinion is some of the guests she has that spin their bizarre, untrue stories and she knows they are lies but never says anything to correct them. But Trump is helping her ratings and I assume as long as that continues she will stay with her attempt along with many others to destroy him and his campaign.

All cable news ratings are up due to the campaigns, but Fox along with all the others will drop when the nominees are chosen for the party’s and general election. But, when this is over many people will not forget what Fox did in their presentation of their news shows and the sham they made when hosting the GOP debates. They are all propagandists for the establishment. At least most of us knew CNN and MSNBC were for the left. We now know a great deal more about Fox News. If they would have put as much work into exposing who Obama was and is, as they are with Donald Trump, perhaps Obama would not have won a second term.
