Murder Suspect Deported Several Times Before Latest Crime

Truth Revolt -- The man accused of shooting and killing a woman out for a night with her family had been deported to Mexico five times and was no stranger to law enforcement in the United States according to San Francisco's local ABC affiliate. Francisco Sanchez, 45 is facing murder charges after 32 year-old Kathryn Steinle was shot in what appears to be a random act of violence.

Police say Sanchez is on probation in Texas. ABC7 News sources tell us he's been deported to Mexico several times and that his rap sheet includes aggravated assault.

Steinle was walking along the pedestrian Pier 14 in San Francisco at around 6:30pm when she was shot on Wednesday night.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials confirm that they had previously put an immigration detainer order on Sanchez but the San Francisco police department refused to honor it citing a policy adopted last year. Breitbart News obtained a statement from ICE indicating what happened.

ICE’s latest encounter with the murder suspect occurred in March when he was remanded to our custody after serving a multi-year federal prison sentence for felony re-entry after deportation. According to DHS databases, ICE turned the individual over to the San Francisco Police Department March 26 on an outstanding drug warrant. DHS records indicate ICE lodged an immigration detainer on the subject at that time, requesting notification prior to his release so ICE officers could make arrangements to take custody. The detainer was not honored.

San Francisco will not hold criminals on deportation orders, even criminals with five previous deportations and seven felony convictions like Sanchez.
Blog Author's Comments - This murderer was 'deported' five times. This is what happens when a Marxist like Obama is sitting in the White House and Jerry Brown is the Governor of California. The victim was murdered by an illegal alien.

We have all the illegals crossing our open borders while Obama's immigration policies do nothing to stop these criminals from entering our country. What he is doing is adding more Democratic Party voters for the future. Since San Francisco is a Sanctuary City, "the city will not hold criminals on deportation orders, even criminals with five previous deportations and seven felony convictions like Sanchez."
