Hacker Group 'Anonymous' Unveils Explosive 'Leaks' On
Michael Brown Grand Jury And Ferguson Officer Darren Wilson

The Blaze -- Hacker group Anonymous is claiming that officer Darren Wilson will not be indicted by a grand jury in the shooting death of 18-year-old Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, according to purported government sources.

The “hacktivist” group released the following on Monday:

Last night we announced that we have received over the past several days a series of leaks from two separate and unrelated sources regarding the long awaited Grand Jury decision regarding the murder of Mike Brown by Ferguson PD Officer Darren Wilson. In our opinion after careful analysis the sources are reliable, and the information we are about to reveal is true. Both sources are government employees with access to both internal government as well as confidential police communications. For reasons of safety we will not be revealing anything further on either our sources or the material leaked to us. The following is a synopses of the leaked information:

On or about November 10, 2014 the Grand Jury decision will be announced. Darren Wilson will NOT be indicted on ANY charges related to the murder of Mike Brown. All local police Chiefs and jail commanders have been notified to begin preparing for major civil unrest. Governor Nixon has been notified of the impending announcement and has ordered the Missouri National Guard to begin preparations for a possible re-enstatement of the martial law that was declared at the beginning of the Ferguson protests.

As additional evidence that neither the State nor Federal authorities intend any legal action against Darren Wilson for the murder of Mike Brown, one of our sources has provided a very intriguing close up glimpse of Darren Wilson – his current where abouts and lifestyle.

It has been reported that Wilson hasn’t been seen in public since the shooting in August.

Brown’s autopsy reportedly supported claims that there was a “significant altercation at the car” prior to the deadly shooting. Judy Melinek, a forensic pathologist in San Francisco, told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that she didn’t think the autopsy supported claims that Brown was shot while surrendering with his hands up.

Further, a toxicology report also showed that Brown had tetrahydrocannabinol, also known as THC, in his blood and urine.

Anonymous’ sources, which could not be independently verified, revealed Wilson’s alleged “alias” and claimed the officer has “altered his appearance.” The sources also said Wilson’s girlfriend is pregnant with their first child.

The group promised to release additional information on the Ferguson case in the future.

A grand jury decision in the case is expected to come in November. The Huffington Post reports that the St. Louis County Police Department has already started stocking up on riot gear ahead of the decision.
Blog author's comments - I am not so sure this so-called hacker group 'Anonymous' really has evidence that Officer Darren Wilson will not be indicted for killing Michael Brown. If this is true unfortunately for Wilson, he still faces the racists in Eric Holder's Justice Department.

From what I know and have heard about what happened and the evidence which exists along with the many witnesses to the altercation between Wilson and Brown, I can't see how Wilson could be indicted. But grand juries have surprised us many times. Those of us with some degree of reason have thought from the beginning that Wilson did not shoot Brown in cold blood as some members of the city of Ferguson believe.

If Wilson is not indicted I have to assume his career, at least in Ferguson, Missouri, or the St. Louis area is probably over. And there will likely be more riots, destruction of property, and looting before this eventually ends. There will almost certainly be more black police officers hired in Ferguson because from now on no matter what white officers do it will never satisfy many blacks in their city.

Democrats Push For New Heavy Regulations
On Internet Postings, Drudge, And Blogs

Breitbart -- As the media prepared to vacate newsrooms for the weekend, Democrats snuck in a last minute proposal that the Federal Elections Commission (FEC) be allowed to heavily regulate political content on internet sites such as Youtube, blogs, and the Drudge Report.

Obama FEC Vice Chairperson Ann M. Ravel announced late on Friday that the FEC was preparing new regulations to give itself control over videos, Internet-based political campaigns, and other content on the web. She insisted that, "A reexamination of the commission’s approach to the internet and other emerging technologies is long overdue."

This snap decision came after the FEC deadlocked 3-3 over whether or not an anti-Obama Internet campaign in Ohio had violated FEC campaign disclosure rules. The videos were placed for free on Youtube and were not paid advertising, but they also did not disclose who made them.

Until now, videos and other political content that is not posted for a fee are unregulated by the FEC. Only paid advertising is regulated under election rules. It is this that the Democrats want to change.

"FEC Chairman Lee E. Goodman, a Republican, said if regulation extends that far, then anybody who writes a political blog, runs a politically active news site, or even a chat room could be regulated," the Washington Examiner reported on October 24.

"I have been warning that my Democratic colleagues were moving to regulate media generally and the Internet specifically for almost a year now," Goodman told "And today's statement from Vice Chair Ravel confirms my warnings."

Chairperson Ravel says that it should be illegal for free Internet videos to be used for paid TV advertising. But Goodman points out that Ravel is conflating the matter, and that FEC rules already regulate that situation. TV ads are paid advertising and already fall under regulatory oversight, he said.

Goodman and the other two FEC commissioners who voted that the Ohio videos did not violate regulations lamented the decision by the chair to float oppressive new limits on political free speech on the Internet. "Regrettably, the 3-to-3 vote in this matter suggests a desire to retreat from these important protections for online political speech--a shift in course that could threaten the continued development of the Internet's virtual free marketplace of political ideas and democratic debate," they wrote.
Blog author's comments - Have the Democrats forgotten about free speech? I assume only when it comes from someone who publishes anything critical of a Democrat. I don't think this will ever happen and if it does it should not be passed by the Supreme Court. Certainly, the leftists would like to control any criticism of the Democratic Party and their members in office or those running for office. That is what the Democrats want, more influence over those who do not agree with them.

Regulation is where the destruction of liberty comes from. Nobody elected the members of the FEC, they were appointed by a president. Nobody voted a law that authorized them to do this, but regardless of that they claim the power to transgress on inalienable rights. When free expression doesn't cover political expression, it has become meaningless.

Thousands Of Government Workers On Paid Leave Cost Taxpayers $775M

Truth Revolt -- Government workers put on administrative leave for a month or more, have cost the taxpayer $775M in paychecks while collecting vacation days and pension benefits according to a new report from the Government Accountability Office.

Some government employees who broke the rules – meaning they were cited for being untrustworthy or had ongoing issues with co-workers or their bosses - were allowed to remain on leave for large chunks of time while they challenged their demotions,

Over the course of three-years, more than 57,000 were told to stay home for 30 days or more. 53,000 civilian employees were told to stay home for 30 days to three months and 4,000 were home for three months to a year.

Republican Sens. Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, Tom Coburn, R-Okla, and Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., requested the GAO report. Grassley, along with Montana Democrat Sen. Jon Tester, have been working together on legislation that would define which employees would be allowed to stay home, reasons paid leave would be granted and the duration.
Blog author's comments - This is insane. This is one reason why there should not be any public sector or private sector unions. Some of the most incompetent people on earth flourish working for the government. The only way to get rid of them is to promote them and send them someplace where they can do the least damage. Paying these 'government workers' to sit at home is ridiculous. The U.S. government, in particular the Barack Obama administration, is a criminal, corrupt, deceitful and dishonest government.

Year Of Inaction: Obama Puts Off Big Agenda Items Until After Elections

Truth Revolt -- Although President Obama angrily vowed to sidestep Congress on major issues as part of a "year of action," he plans to lay low until after the Nov. 4 elections, widely expected to be a bloodbath for Democrats.

Chief among the delays is Obamacare. Americans forced out of their health care plans by the Affordable Care Act will not find out how much their new insurance will cost until after the mid-terms.

Enrollment on the website doesn't begin until Nov. 15, six weeks later than its Oct. 1 kickoff last year. Critics say there's a simple reason for the delay.

"This is more than just a glitch," Tim Phillips, president of free-market Americans for Prosperity, said in a Friday statement. "The administration's decision to withhold the costs of this law until after Election Day is just more proof that Obamacare is a bad deal for Americans."

Millions of Americans have lost their insurance plans under new guidelines in Obamacare. Millions more have seen their rates double, triple, even quadruple -- insurance companies say the new stringent guidelines have outlawed many existing health care plans.

Meanwhile, immigration reform, which Obama has pushed hard for years, pledging to act without Congress, won't happen until at least the winter session of Congress. Obama has all but ignored the issue in his campaign stump speeches, aware that fears of a blanket "amnesty" for the 11 million to 15 million illegal aliens in the United States will turn off voters.

What's more, if Republicans take over the Senate as expected, any "reform" could be permanently tabled. The highly partisan president has created a toxic atmosphere on Capitol Hill, and finding Republicans to support his overhaul will prove difficult, even impossible.

In another delay-and-deflect move, Obama this week announced he would not pick a new Attorney General until after the elections.

Current AG Eric Holder, a lightning rod for many Republicans -- including a majority in the House, which held him in contempt of Congress last year -- has announced he is stepping down. Several names have circulated as replacements have prompted anger from Republicans, setting up a contentious battle to win confirmation for any nominee.

When he took office, Obama vowed to have the "most transparent" administration ever. What does that mean? He'll tell you after the elections.
Blog author's comments - Why would anyone think that after six years of his failed presidency, Obama is going to do something that benefit's America rather then continue to destroy the country? And if the voters in November are ignorant enough to allow Obama and the Democrats to retain the Senate there may be no hope to reverse the damage this president has done and will continue to do.

Once he puts into action all of his plans, his agenda will be fully exposed. Just to name one, Obamacare and our healthcare system. Even after the 'Affordable Care Act' was passed the president continues to make changes to the law to suit his agenda. Some of the laws which should already be in place have been delayed until after the midterm elections for purely political reasons. Along with everything else he has planned, his popularity could utterly bottom out, and perhaps take the entire party down with him.

All of this may do serious damage for any prospective Democrat presidential hopefuls for 2016. But there may now be too many hard core liberals who even if Obama's laws hurt them with remain on the side of the Democrats. It would be excellent if everything Obama wants to do would create serious problems for the Democrats during his last two years in office and leave them without control of the White House after the 2016 election.

Obama Appoints Anti-Ebola Czar, Then Hits Campaign Trail

Daily Caller -- President Barack Obama has delegated the critical anti-Ebola mission to a top Democratic operative, Ron Klain, freeing himself to return to the campaign trail.

Shortly after, Obama left the White House to give a campaign-style speech about Wall Street regulation and consumer privacy.

White House officials informally leaked the announcement to media outlets Friday morning, less than 18 hours after Obama told reporters that he was considering whether to appoint an anti-Ebola czar.

“It may make sense for us to have one person,” Obama told reporters in an Oval Office appearance late Thursday.

The appointment follows the release of poll showing the public is losing confidence in Obama’s handling of the Ebola crisis and also wants a travel ban on visitor from disease-infected countries.

On Wednesday and Thursday, Obama canceled campaign events to temporarily take a leading role in the efforts to corral the Ebola outbreak in the United States.[...]

Klain formerly worked as chief of staff to Vice President Al Gore, and has handled several difficult jobs for Obama, Gore and President Bill Clinton, Attorney General Janet Reno and Democratic staffers. He also worked for Vice President Joe Biden and was considered as a replacement for Rahm Emanuel, Obama’s first chief of staff. He left the White House in January 2011 to work for Steve Case, an Internet billionaire.

Klein is facing a tough task, partly because Obama’s deputies and their management errors have already allowed a Liberian visitor to infect at least two American nurses with Ebola.
Blog author's comments - So he put someone with no medical background in charge of preventing an Ebola outbreak in the US. Only Obama would do something so stupid. Why would anyone appoint a political operative to a public health position rather than someone who actually knew about the Ebola disease and could possibly do something about it? This is yet another of Obama's moves to cover himself from any wrong doing. This is more Obama politics. Ron Klain is a Democrat political hack. He was in charge of determining who got what in the Stimulus bill.

Obama is not capable and too lazy to handle the situation and when and if things really go wrong with the Ebola crisis he will have others to blame instead of himself. Obama won't make the decisions and moves that need to be made to protect the American people from a real crisis, so he passes the responsibility to someone else and will say he had nothing to do with it. Passing the buck is what Obama does best, as well as lying to the American people. Now it is time for Obama to deal with the important things as far as he is concerned and attend more fundraisers, parties and play golf.

Black Panther Calls For "Black Rebellion" If Darren Wilson Not Indicted

Down Trend -- Last week, we reported that city officials in Ferguson, Missouri, were preparing for riots and demonstrations should the grand jury fail to indict Police Officer Darren Wilson.

Now comes an interview with Black Panther Malik Zulu Shabazz on Fox News radio who called for a “black rebellion” if there is no indictment.

He called for a rebellion against the “wicked world order” and said blacks “have as much right to rebel against American society as America did against the British.”

“The white media has not been fair to black people or black leaders,” he said, going on to claim the police was “murdering us.”

He claimed he is not calling for violence, but said he would not condemn it. “The authority of the white man and white America is illegitimate – you have been killing us for 400 years.”

Shabazz has been stirring the pot in Ferguson since Michael Brown was shot and killed this summer.

Shabazz is the former leader of the New Black Panther Party. The group was identified as previously suggesting bombing nurseries to kill white babies.

A Nation of Islam member also advocated genocide against white people.

“I say, if they don’t get out of town, we kill the men, we kill the women, we kill the children, we kill the babies, we kill the blind, we kill the cripple, we kill the crazy, we kill the (gays), we kill the lesbians, I say (expletive deleted) we kill them all,” Khalid Muhammad said. “If they are white, kill ‘em all.”

Gee … so I wonder why Ferguson is preparing for a massive confrontation.
Blog author's comments - Black Panther Malik Zulu Shabazz, calling for a black rebellion if Officer Darren Wilson is not indicted, is not the way our laws work. Too many white lawmakers allow themselves to be bullied by the blacks. Shabazz said -- “The authority of the white man and white America is illegitimate –you have been killing us for 400 years.” Perhaps Shabazz should face the facts that so many blacks are killing other black people more than the occurrence of white on black crime.

If Shabazz and his kind would channel all the effort they put into inciting hate into gaining education and doing something industrious many would be doing quite well rather than roaming the streets and doing crime. So many of the younger black people, men and women, are self destructing along with the neighborhoods they live in. Wake up America. We have perpetuated the growth of this movement because we have not enforced the law when the race card is played.

Bad News For Democrats In Swing State Poll -- Democrats in five key battleground states are trailing their Republican opponents, according to a new Fox News poll released Wednesday. And the Fox News poll plus a separate CNN poll showed the winds in one of the key races, the Kansas Senate race, shifting toward Republican incumbent Pat Roberts.

The Fox News poll puts Republicans ahead in five key states:

•Alaska: Republican Dan Sullivan leads incumbent Democratic Sen. Mark Begich, 44-40.

•Arkansas: Republican US Rep. Tom Cotton leads incumbent Democratic Sen. Mark Pryor, 46-39.

•Colorado: Republican US Rep. Cory Gardner leads incumbent Democratic Sen. Mark Udall, 43-37.

•Kentucky: Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell leads Democratic challenger Alison Lundergan Grimes, 45-41.

•Kansas: Incumbent GOP Sen. Pat Roberts leads Independent challenger Greg Orman, 44-39. In the CNN poll, Roberts led 49-48. This is a swing from most other recent polls that have shown Orman with an advantage.

Republicans need to hold onto all of their contested seats — most prominently, challenges in Kansas, Kentucky, and Georgia — and swing six current Democratic-held seats to regain control of the US Senate. Democrats had gotten good news recently with Orman's improved standing in Kansas, along with new developments in South Dakota — where Democratic and Independent candidates are closing the gap with former Republican Gov. Mike Rounds.

But holds in Kansas and Kentucky, along with wins in Alaska, Arkansas, and Colorado, would provide Republicans with a clear path toward retaking the Senate — if Republicans can also hold on to expected wins in South Dakota, West Virginia, and Montana.
Blog author's comments - I hope the bad news continues for the Democrats through the midterm elections. Hopefully the Republicans will prevail but I still think several of these states are too close to call for the GOP. A few weeks after the national Republican Party moved in to revamp the campaign and begin an ad blitz aimed at saving incumbent Sen. Pat Roberts' job, a new poll shows him facing more of an uphill battle than ever against independent businessman Greg Orman.

Perhaps some people are waking up; let's hope they show up to vote for the Republican candidates. Voter fraud by the Democrats could help retain the Senate for them, so I am not going to hold my breath that the GOP will win. I most certainly want the GOP to take control of the Senate, and I will be disappointed should they lose.

Control of the Senate would give the GOP more power to govern, and it would be very good to see Senate Majority leader Harry Reid removed from his position which he uses to dictate and control. But, I don't want Mitch McConnell as Senate Majority leader if by chance the Republicans take control. Even if they win the Senate Obama still has the 'executive order' power which he will use extensively during his last two years in office.

AP Poll: Even Democrats Losing Faith In Obama's Big Government

Truth Revolt -- A new poll shows that Americans have little confidence in President Obama's administration to protect them from terrorist attacks or mass shootings, and even less faith that the federal government will improve the flagging economy.

Just 2 percent are "extremely confident" the government can handle the unstable job market, which this month saw worker participation rates drop to the lowest level in history. The same paltry percentage expressed optimism that Team Obama could handle "economic uncertainty on Wall Street."

According to the latest Associated Press-GfK poll, Americans also have little confidence that Obama and the federal government can reduce racial tensions, despite the fact that the president is the first half-black, half-white man ever elected.

The poll found that "Democrats tend to express more faith in the government's ability to protect them than do Republicans," the AP reported. "Yet even among Democrats, just 27 percent are confident the government can keep them safe from terrorist attacks. Fewer than 1 in 5 say so on each of the other issues, including climate change."

"Urbanites tend to be more confident the government will keep them safe from terrorist threats than do people living in suburbs and rural areas. Younger Americans are more confident than older people that the government can minimize the threat of mass shootings. When it comes to quelling racial tensions, Hispanics are more confident than are blacks and whites.

The AP-GfK Poll was conducted September 25-29, before a man returning from Liberia was diagnosed as the first case of Ebola in America.

Meanwhile, the AP also released a story Sunday that painted the Ebola scare in its most favorable light. Headlined "PEOPLE SCARED, BUT OUTBREAK UNLIKELY," the story quotes Dr. Anthony Fauci of the National Institutes of Health, who said it's "extraordinarily unlikely" the United States will have an outbreak.

"CAN YOU CATCH IT ON A BUS OR PLANE? It's very unlikely," the story says.

"The CDC is overseeing multiple layers of response:

-The Ebola-hit African nations are checking people at airports for fever, and asking them about any contact with an infected person, before allowing them to board planes out of the country.

-Airlines are required by law to watch for sick travelers and alert authorities before landing."

Hmm, that didn't work out too well last time.
Blog author comments - I don't believe that the Democrat supporters have lost faith in Obama; this will never happen no matter what he does or does not do. We will see just how many will continue to support the Democrats in the upcoming midterm election in November. The 2014 midterms will be very interesting. The Democrats are going to be using all the nastiest tricks they have leading up to the midterms. Voter fraud will be rampant during the elections, the Democrats do not want to lose the Senate. Just 2 percent are “extremely confident” the government can handle the unstable job market, which this month saw worker participation rates drop to the lowest level in history. This is what happens when you punish the rich and businesses because it's the rich and businesses that create jobs.

The only way the government can help with the job market is to lower taxes and cut regulations. Last week the delusional mainstream media outlets were celebrating new government data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics that showed that the unemployment rate declined to 5.9 percent. But, what was reported was wrong. The reported 5.9 percent unemployment rate is because the labor force participation rate dropped to a 36 year low. And while according to the Household Survey, 232,000 people found jobs, what is more disturbing is that the people not in the labor force, rose to a new record high, increasing by 315,000 to 92.6 million!

It is very important for the Republicans to win the Senate in 2014. In 2010 the Democrats lost the House because of what Obama did during his first two years in office, mainly the Stimulus and Obamacare. The voter backlash cost the Democrats the House. By winning the Senate in 2014 the Republicans would have the opportunity for two years to demonstrate that they can govern, but they can't govern with only the House.

FCC Considering Whether To Ban TV Stations From Saying 'Redskins'

Breitbart -- The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is considering whether "to ban TV stations from saying the name of Washington's football team," according to a National Journal report.

FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler has already called on Redskins owner Dan Snyder to change the team's name, and according to National Journal, Wheeler said on Tuesday his agency is considering a petition from George Washington University law professor John Banzhaf in which Banzhaf urged the agency to ban the "racial slur" because it is against the public interest. Banzhaf "filed a petition with the agency earlier this month, claiming that the name 'Redskins' violates federal rules barring any indecent content on broadcast television."

"We will be dealing with that issue on the merits, and we will be responding accordingly," FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler reportedly said at a Tuesday press conference. According to National Journal, Wheeler "said he personally finds the term offensive and urged the team to change the name. But he didn't say whether he thinks it is illegal."

"There are a lot of names and descriptions that were used for a time that are inappropriate today," he reportedly said. "I think the name that is attributed to the Washington football club is one of those."

In his FCC petition, Banzhaf compared "Redskins" to other slurs, arguing that "the agency would never countenance stations broadcasting words like N*gg*rs, Sp*cs,W*tb*acks, Ch*nks, K*kes, C*nts, F*gs, etc., even as the name of a team or musical group."

According to the Washington Post, Banzhaf, the George Washington University law professor who "played a leading role in pushing cigarette advertising off television and radio in 1970," filed one legal petition and threatened more to block renewal of federal broadcast licenses for radio and TV stations that routinely use the team’s name on the air." His Sept. 2 filing reportedly "aimed to block renewal of the license for WWXX (94.3 FM), a Snyder-owned radio station in Prince William County," and he "has also sent formal notices to four major Los Angeles TV stations warning that he plans similar filings against them." Banzhaf told the Post that his filings “hang like a sword of Damocles over the stations.”

If successful, Banzhaf would "impact almost every broadcast outlet in the country" and make it impossible for those stations to get loans and financing.

According to the Post, Banzhaf is arguing airing "Redskins" is "against the public interest" because "the team name is a racial slur, offensive to many Native Americans." He is claiming that Redskins "violates Federal Communications Commission standards against indecency, profanity and hate speech." He also reportedly believes that "if the FCC could make a huge fuss with CBS for briefly exposing Janet Jackson’s nipple during the 2004 Super Bowl halftime show... then it ought to be able to use its weight to push an offensive term off the airwaves."

“Despite whatever the origins of the word ‘R*skins’ may be, or the original intent of the owner who first gave the team its name, the evidence is now overwhelming that the current meaning is an offensive demeaning racial swear word, not only to many Indians, but also others,” Banzhaf wrote in his FCC filing, according to the Post.

Majorities in nearly every poll do not think the Redskins should change their name, but the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office recently canceled the team's trademark. Snyder, though, has vowed to "NEVER" change the team's name because he says it has always been a term meant to convey respect.
Blog author's comments - The National Football League team has been the Redskins since 1933, and before they moved they were the Boston Redskins. Now suddenly a few liberals have decided the name is offensive. This fight has been going on for quite a while and team owner Dan Snyder said he will never change the name.

I would ask the liberals railing about the name of an NFL team, why now? The team didn't just change the name to Redskins. Why weren't you complaining 20 or 30 years ago? Law Professor John Banzhaf and the FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler should spend their time doing something important instead of waging a war against the name of a football team. We have also heard from other liberals with regard to the ‘Redskins’ name, Senate majority leader Harry Reid. And a group of Democrat lawmakers has written a letter to the NFL commissioner asking that the name be changed. I repeat the quote, “Majorities in nearly every poll do not think the Redskins should change their name.”
