Recent Audio From The Rush Limbaugh Show...

A lawyer Lopa Blumenthal said her client captured the shooting audio of Michael Brown, (below) while recording a video text message to a friend. The shooting occurred Aug. 6, 2014 and the audio was released on or about Aug. 25, 2014. They are now saying at least ten shots were fired.

CNN Runs Wild With Alleged Shooting Audio

News Media More Than Willing To Create A Total Lie

Grand Jury Tampering Par Exsalonce In Ferguson

Blog author’s comments - How are they ever going to confirm this alleged audio of the Michael Brown shooting? But it doesn't matter, because as far as CNN's concerned, it's real. And they've had expert after expert, forensic audiologist after forensic audiologist on CNN analyzing it.

It is clear that we have a media that is willing to create a lie out of a circumstance like the shooting in Ferguson. As Limbaugh said, they are willing to establish that something happened that didn't. Who gains when an alleged CNN shooting video is accepted by many of their viewers as fact? Are they doing this simply to pump up their ratings? Or perhaps they want to keep the flames of racism and looting alive in Ferguson, MO.

Washington Post Columnist Slams Opponents Of Ferguson Looting

NewsBusters -- Clinton Yates, Washington Post columnist and commentator for Washington D.C’s WTOP radio station, decided to wade into the controversy in Ferguson by slamming those who oppose the looting and violence in the wake of Michael Brown’s death.

On Thursday, August 21, during his “My Take with Clinton Yates” segment on WTOP, which is the main news radio station for the political class in Washington D.C., Yates insisted that someone who says “looting is never acceptable is implicitly saying that personal property is worth more than life itself.”

The Post columnist began his rant by falsely claiming that opposing looting and supporting someone’s life are mutually exclusive:

I’ve gotten a lot of emails recently regarding my thoughts about the situation in Ferguson, Missouri. Many from former or current law enforcement officials arguing one of two things. Either they believe that the social contract that they think grants them near absolute power is something that everybody should buy into or they can’t understand why anyone would loot in the wake of a controversial death.

Material goods by definition are typically replaceable. Of course the violence associated with the act of vandalism and then theft is not desirable but think of it this way. In this case, saying that looting is never acceptable is implicitly saying that personal property is worth more than life itself.

Yates seems to think all looting is the same, which is not true. For example, stealing a loaf of bread to feed your family is one thing but looting a beauty supply store in Ferguson, Missouri is simply stealing and is a violent act. Yates fails to recognize that the looting in Ferguson has put the lives of numerous minority store owners in jeopardy. It seems that by supporting the looting in Ferguson, the WTOP commentator is doing the very thing he is accusing those who oppose looting of doing, minimizing people's lives. Yates also took direct aim at so-called “trigger-happy” cops in places like Ferguson:

There’s an argument that if you believe that resorting to trigger-happy overzealousness is the lone way to guarantee your own safety, then maybe law enforcement is not what you should be doing. They goal is to help people and they will then respect the marginal level of authority you’re given over their lives. If they live in fear, that’s what we call a police state.

It’s nice to know that Clinton Yates’ outlandish views are perfectly acceptable for D.C.’s main news radio station. Unsurprisingly, Yates is no stranger to making inflammatory comments on WTOP’s airwaves. Immediately following Michael Brown’s death, Yates called it “flat out brutality.”
Blog author's comments - Isn't that just like a liberal, it's okay for the looters to take or damage other people's personal property, as long as it isn't theirs. Let a mob loot and burn columnist Yates house and wait for him to make that same statement. I guess he feels the blacks are entitled, their ancestors were slaves 150 years ago. Apparently the columnist doesn't understand how store owners feed their families and keep a roof over their heads.

"Yates insisted that someone who says" -- "looting is never acceptable is implicitly saying that personal property is worth more than life itself." Anybody coming to my house to steal my stuff must believe it to be worth more than their own safety and life. Clinton Yates is advocating a lawless and chaotic country.

This is no surprise as President Obama seems to be advocating the same thing. The lawless chaos we have seen caused by the Obama administration is the result of ignoring laws and limiting enforcement. The liberals' game plan is to ignore laws, limit law enforcement and eventually attempt to disarm the law abiding gun owners. We then would all become dependent on the government for everything.

Sharpton: 'There's A Difference Between Robbing And Shoplifting'

Truth Revolt -- In an unabashedly self-referential speech to supporters in Ferguson, MO Sunday, activist and MSNBC news host Al Sharpton pulled out his best James Brown and shouted for justice in the name of Michael Brown.

To the screams of approval of hundreds at a "Unity Rally" at the Greater Grace Church in Ferguson, Sharpton discussed the video released by police showing an alleged "strong arm robbery" conducted by Michael Brown moments before his confrontation with Officer Darren Wilson that led to his death. "There's a difference between robbing and shoplifting," Sharpton proclaimed to a standing ovation of screams and cheers by the capacity crowd.

"I'm no drive-by activist. We'll be here until justice is achieved," Sharpton promised.

"I know they're gonna smear Michael, they may even try to smear the parents," Sharpton said, before turning the attention to himself and the explosive video of the robbery.[...]

"The tape I saw," Sharpton continued. "A young man who may have been shoplifting. There's a difference between robbing and shoplifting."

Blog author's comments - Sharpton knows precisely why Brown was shot, and that's why he drew the attention back to misdemeanor shoplifting. I’m sure it makes sense in his feeble mind. Shoplifters don't assault store employees. First of all, he wasn't killed because of the previous crime he'd committed. He was killed because he attacked a cop. Sharpton, when you physically assault the victim in the process of stealing something that's the very definition of "strong arm robbery." Shoplifting is when you stick something in your pocket and walk out with it.

The only reason Sharpton is in Ferguson, MO is to fuel the fires of racism and incite the looters and thugs as if they need any help from him. At any rate, Michael Brown wasn't shot because of the theft, which the officer didn't even know he was connected to at the time. Sharpton could at least try to sound factual about this if he wants to appear even remotely credible. This is how the left slowly destroys the rule of law and the civil society. No one is held accountable for their unacceptable behavior. Society is deprived of its power and authority to push back against the criminals and thugs who just grow stronger.

N.J. Veteran Says Six Flags Denied Him
Admission Over Shirt Supporting Marines

NJ.Com -- Mario Alejandro was ready for a fight when he was part of the initial invasion of Iraq in 2003 as a member of the U.S. Marine Corps.

Where he did not expect a fight was at Six Flags Great Adventure while taking his children there for a birthday party.

But due to the shirt that his family bought him for Father’s Day, a fight is exactly what the 33-year-old veteran from Woodbridge says he encountered while attempting to enter the theme park on Saturday.

Alejandro, who is a father of three and a former coach of the Cardinal McCarrick High School football team, served four years as a member of the Marine infantry.[...]

In June, Alejandro’s family gave him several shirts they had purchased from the The Reconnaissance Foundation, a nonprofit organization that helps to support Recon Marines and their families, as a Father’s Day gift for him.

“I thought it was great, I loved it. The shirts fit my personality perfectly. They’re military and they’re patriotic. That’s my thing,” he said. “I wore them to all over the place, to my kids’ baseball games – everywhere. And I got nothing but compliments about how great they were. No one ever said they were offensive, because it’s obvious that they’re in support of the military and the United States.”

But Alejandro said this changed on Saturday when the black shirt he was wearing - with a red, white and blue machine gun and the words "Keep Calm and Return Fire" on the front and the logo and website for The Reconnaissance Foundation on the back - caught the attention of a security guard at the front gate.[...]

“I was walking in through the gate with my wife and kids, who were in front of me, when a security guard grabbed me and said: ‘I can’t let you into the park with that shirt on. That shirt’s offensive,’” Alejandro said on Tuesday. “I said that it’s not offensive, it’s a military shirt. I told him that I am an Iraq veteran… I served in the war. But he said: ‘I don’t care, you have to take that off… or you need to buy another shirt to put over it.’”

Alejandro said that when he refused to take the shirt off or buy a new shirt to cover it, the security guard told him to wait there while he checked with their supervisor.

“I saw him talk to two women in white shirts, who looked at me and then shook their heads. And then the man grabbed my arm and asked me to leave,” he said.

Entire column...
Blog author's comments - A huge number of people in this country have lost common sense. Mario Alejandro thank you for your service, I appreciate it and also respect your right to free speech. I don't see any problem with the man's shirt and must assume many of the people who work for Six Flags including the management are liberals and anti-gun.

Speaking of the guard at the gate..."And then the man grabbed my arm and asked me to leave,”... From the photo of Mr. Alejandro I don't believe if I were the guard and doing what he said and did that I would have put my hand on him. More than likely the security guard will be reprimanded and corporate will issue an apology and have a "policy clarification" for its employees.

St. Louis Activist: We Must Thank Looters For 'Wake-Up Call'

CNS News -- Michael Brown's family has condemned the criminality that followed his shooting by a police officer, but some activists view the looting near St. Louis as a "wake-up call."

"And we in some way have to thank them for giving us a wake-up call," community activist James Clark told MSNBC's Lawrence O'Donnell Monday night. "And now that we have the wake-up call, we must mobilize and go into our neighborhoods and offer them a sense of hope and a sense of purpose."

Two nights of looting, arson, vandalism and other criminal behavior followed Brown's shooting on Saturday afternoon.[...]

"This is a situation that probably could have been resolved without shots fired," Clark told CNN. "We understand that the officer was also equipped with a taser. So we are looking for justice in this instance, and we are very, very confident that justice will prevail."

As of Tuesday morning, President Obama had not yet commented on Brown's shooting or the violence, but Attorney General Eric Holder promised a "fulsome review." Holder announced that the FBI is looking into possible civil rights violations.

"At every step, we will work with the local investigators, who should be prepared to complete a thorough, fair investigation in their own rights," Holder said. "I will continue to receive regular updates on this matter in the coming days. Aggressively pursuing investigations such as this is critical for preserving trust between law enforcement and the communities they serve.”

Clark told MSNBC that Brown's shooting and violent aftermath offer the opportunity to "learn something."
Blog author's comments - The looters should be thanked for a "wake-up" call? I don't know all the details of the shooting. But, I suppose according to the activists, the looters should also be thanked for the senseless destruction, the death threats to other officers and their families, and breaking the law by going out of control? Here we go again. Would this be happening if a black police officer would have shot and killed a white man? Or if this would have been another black on black shooting?

The officer who shot the victim may be guilty. But, I doubt that few of the looters knew the man who was killed. This was just another chance to break things and steal stuff. It is always the same scenario when a white man shoots a black man. More money and government programs aren't going to solve the problem. It will always exist and many blacks will continue to blame the white folks for the financial situation they are in. And Eric Holder will only stoke the fires of racism even more.

Obama Could Drop A Nuclear Bomb On Immigration Law

Independent Sentinel -- Barack Obama has consistently refused to follow immigration law. He has sent the message to other countries – many other countries throughout the world – that our border is porous and once you are here, we have your back. In his speech this evening, as he wound up the U.S. African Leaders Summit at the State Department, he made it quite clear that he will violate immigration law by legalizing an untold number of illegal alien adults and children.

In the video, A.B. Stoddard, Fox News commentator and editor of the hill, said that everyone expects him to pass an executive order legalizing illegal immigrant adults after his vacation. It will be a nuclear bomb, she said.

He will use DACA and the mantra that we can’t separate families as an excuse to do it. His plan includes giving illegals work permits. Not only will they take jobs from Americans since employers are subsidized for hiring them thanks to Obamacare, but they will be on track for citizenship in all likelihood.

Mr. Obama is doing this despite the fact that Mexican drug cartels are active in 1200 U.S. cities and towns, perhaps more by now.

Most U.S. crime is committed by illegal alien gangs. They are the primary distributors of illicit drugs in the U.S. The Justice Department said that up to 80% of crime in the U.S. is committed by gangs and that gang membership in this country has grown to 1 million, an increase of 200,000 in the last few years.

These cartels control most of the distribution of heroin, marijuana, and meth in the U.S. and their operations are increasing.

Border Agent: 'Morale Is At An All-Time Low Right Now'

Blog author's comments - If Obama does pass an executive order legalizing illegal immigrants the illegals will flood our country. Many of us know that Obama is a lawless president. His criticism that Republicans have done nothing on immigration reform is false. The House of Representatives passed legislation that deals reasonably with this immigrant wave. It changes a 2008 sex-trafficking law never intended for mass migration. Their bill also provides funds for emergency processing and assistance to the illegals who are here. But Harry Reid will probably not allow the bill to be voted on in the Senate. Obama said we have a broken immigration system and that is not true. We currently have illegal immigration laws in place, but they are not being enforced by the Obama administration.

Presently, it seems to me that Obama is sending the message that if you manage to get here illegally, eventually you’ll be legalized or at least not immediately sent out of our country.

Much of what Obama has done is highly unconstitutional but he does not care about the Constitution, he has proven this many times. Obama feels and is acting as if he is above the Constitution or any existing laws which made our country great.

Obama is changing America at will with no one to stop him. He does not care about the illegals or how life is in their home countries, he is only counting them as future Democratic Party voters. Obama said (July 25, 2011) “I swore an oath to uphold the laws on the books. ...Now, I know some people want me to bypass Congress and change the (immigration) laws on my own. ... That’s not how our Constitution is written.” We shall see if he meant what he said or was this just another of his many lies. This president is out of control.

Obama State Department Continues To
Hammer Israel For Killing "Innocent" Civilians

The Hill -- The Obama Administration has "no regrets" over its attempts to broker a cease-fire agreement with Hamas, despite reports that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu admonished State Department officials "not to ever second guess me again," after militants violated the peace agreement.

"We have absolutely no regrets of working with both parties, with the Egyptians, with the Qataris, with the Turks, to do everything possible to put in place a prolonged cease-fire," State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki told CNN on Monday. Psaki would not comment directly on the reported exchange between Netanyahu, Secretary of State John Kerry, and U.S. Ambassador to Israel Dan Shapiro.

The Associated Press, citing officials familiar with the discussion, said Netanyahu told the Americans he should be "trusted" on his read of Hamas's willingness to abide by a cease-fire agreement.[...]

Still on Monday, Psaki reiterated some of the administration's sharpest criticism to date over Israeli strikes that reportedly killed Palestinians at a United Nations shelter. In a statement issued Sunday, Psaki called the shelling "disgraceful" and said the U.S. was "appalled."

"The sign of a strong relationship is being able to speak out and convey concerns when we have them," Psaki said on CNN. "This is the seventh attack on a school. You've been following this closely. And what we need to determine with the international community is exactly the question you posed: Where do we go from here?"

She added that there was "more that Israel can do to hold themselves to their own standards."

"Every day, the world is watching as innocent civilians are killed, as children are having shrapnel pulled out of their back. I think we can all look to make an evaluation that there's more that can be done," she said.

Blog author's comments - As usual, the Obama administration looks at the surface and makes their emotional pronouncements. Anyone who is paying attention has to wonder which side of the war the Obama administration is on. The solution to the wounding and killing of Palestinians along with the children is simple. Hamas has to stop attacking Israel.

It would also help if Hamas stopped using civilians as human shields, and stopped storing and firing rockets from schools and hospitals in Gaza. The Obama regime, I believe, is baring it’s fangs of anti-Semitism for the entire world to see. Obama is sending aid to the Palestinians, who are then able to finance their endless campaign of rocket attacks against Israel. But the State Department blames Israel for defending itself from the attacks.
