Boehner - Understands Protesters Frustrations

John Boehner: I understand
Occupy Wall Street 'frustrations'

Politico - Speaker John Boehner said Monday that he understood the “frustrations” driving the Occupy Wall Street movement – but urged protesters to be peaceful to prevent demonstrations from blowing out of control.

“I understand people’s frustrations,” Boehner said during an appearance at the McConnell Center at the University of Louisville. “The economy is not producing jobs like they want and there’s lot of erosion of confidence in our government and frankly, under the First Amendment, people have the right to speak out … but that doesn’t mean they have the permission to violate the law.”

Beyond that, I lived through the riots of the Vietnam War … and you can see how some of those activities got out of control. A lot of people lived through the race riots of 1968 that was clearly out of control, and I’m hopeful that these demonstrations will continue to be peaceful.”

Blog author's comments - If the GOP retains control of the House, John Boehner has to step down in 2013. We must have a strong leader as Speaker of the House.

Mr. Boehner, the Occupy Wall Street protesters are violating laws. These people are part of Obama's base and they want the government to take care of them.

John Boehner is once again demonstrating that he is out of touch with conservative republicans.

The Occupy Wall Street people aren't a political movement they are a crime wave.

Texas Gun Trainer Says No To Obama Voters

Texas gun trainer Crockett Keller bans
liberals and socialists from his class

A Texas gun trainer released an ad this week for his handgun training class. He bans liberals from the class saying: “If you are a socialist liberal and/or voted for the current campaigner in chief, please do not take this class. You have already proven that you cannot make a knowledgeable and prudent decision as required under the law.”

Blog author's comments - Liberalism is a mental disorder so naturally those with such a condition shouldn’t be armed.

Keller, 65, has said in media interviews that he just regards the message as common sense. "The fact is, if you are a devout Muslim, then you cannot be a true American," he told a local news station. "I call it exercising my right to choose who I instruct in how to use a dangerous weapon," he added.

But the state of Texas may disagree. The Department of Public Safety said in a statement that certified instructors of handgun training are required to comply with all applicable state and federal laws, and added: "Conduct by an instructor that denied service to individuals on the basis of race, ethnicity or religion would place that instructor's certification by the Department at risk of suspension or revocation." The department has said it has begun an investigation.

MSNBC - Herman Cain Black Who 'Knows His Place'

MSNBC Analyst: GOP Sees Herman Cain
as a 'Black Man Who Knows His Place'

Weekly Standard - On Martin Bashir's television program Friday afternoon, Democratic strategist and MSNBC analyst Karen Finney said that Republicans are supporting Herman Cain because of his race:

"One of the things about Herman Cain is, I think that he makes that white Republican base of the party feel okay, feel like they are not racist because they can like this guy," Finney said. "I think is he giving that base a free pass. And I think they like him because they think he's a black man who knows his place. I know that's harsh, but that's how it sure seems to me."

Blog author's comments - We hear things like this said at MSNBC on a regular basis. The liberal population is growing and the far left are like sponges that absorb and enjoy the hatred which MSNBC spews towards any Republican or conservative.

Liberals will stoop to any level to demonize when they are threatened. What is pathetic is that there are people who watch this network for their political news and believe what they hear.

It's going to be a long rough year before the election of 2012. The Democratic Party has the backing of most of the media, the Unions, Acorn, Hollywood etc.

They will all do whatever it takes to help Barack Obama win a second term as President. They could not stand to see him forced to leave the White House as a failure, which is exactly what he is.

Gov. Rick Perry On The Bill O'Reilly Show

Rick Perry on Romney: He Says Whatever He
Needs to Say For Whatever Office He's Running For

Blog author's comments - Bill O'Reilly was stirring the pot in an attempt to have Gov. Perry say something controversial about Mitt Romney. I thought that Perry handled the interview well.

At this time it appears to be a three person race for the Republican nomination with Mitt Romney, Rick Perry and Herman Cain.

The main goal of all Republicans must of course be the defeat of Barack Obama in 2012.

Obama To Use 'Executive Action' - Bypass Congress

Obama says he'll be taking 'executive actions' without
Congress on 'regular basis' to 'heal the economy'

Daily Caller - President Barack Obama told an audience in Nevada on Monday that he will be regularly announcing “executive actions” his administration will take to “heal the economy” without the
“dysfunctional” Congress.

“I’m here to say to all of you and to say to the people of Nevada and the people of Las Vegas, we can’t wait for an increasingly dysfunctional Congress to do its job. Where they won’t act, I will,” Obama said.

“I’ve told my administration to keep looking every single day for actions we can take without Congress, steps that can save consumers money, make government more efficient and responsive, and help heal the economy. And we’re going to be announcing these executive actions on a regular basis,” the president said
Keep reading...

Blog author's comments - If a Republican President said exactly the same thing, the media and the usual liberals we hear from would be hysterical. But since it’s the 'constitutional scholar' it's okay with them.

I do hope that many more of our citizens are beginning to realize what Obama is and what he wants to do to America. He must be removed from office in 2012.

No U.S. President has ever gotten the free ride from the MSM this President has. Oh yes, it’s all the fault of Congress. The fact that we have an incompetent man in the White House has nothing to do with the problems the country now faces.

All that has transpired since he announced his plan for the 'American Jobs Act' is a tactic which he hopes will get him re-elected. Obama cares about one job...his own.

Allen West - Obama Acting As Campaigner In Chief

Congressman Allen West questions the
President's motive on withdrawal from Iraq

Greta Wire - Congressman Allen West (FL-22) released this statement today:

“Today, the President announced the withdrawal of all combat forces from Iraq by the end of the year.

As a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom who served during the initial battles of this conflict, I am proud to be among the more than one million Americans who served in Iraq. What my fellow comrades in arms achieved in Iraq is nothing short of historic.

Together, we defeated one of history’s most tyrannical dictatorships and replaced it with a free and democratic government. American Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines fought and defeated a radical Islamic insurgency, and helped create an ally and partner in freedom.

I will never forget those who I served with, and those who served after I left. I will never forget the sacrifice borne by so many of our service members and their families.

However, I must question the motives of President Barack Obama for this sudden announcement. Why now? Did the President consult with any of our American Generals on the ground before making this decision?

What kind of message will this send to our allies, the Kurds, in the Northern part of Iraq, and will they feel abandoned? My fear is that political expediency drove this decision, not recommendations by the Military’s leadership.

Much is at stake and many questions are yet to be answered. I fear that our President is acting as “Campaigner in Chief” rather than “Commander in Chief,” thus putting the entire Middle East at risk. Right now, the American people deserve answers.”

Blog author's comments - I can understand why Congressman (Lieutenant Colonel) Allen West feels the way he does. Almost every move Obama makes is for political reasons.

I am not unhappy that the troops will be coming home. But has Obama really thought this through? I would like to hear what the U.S. commanders on the ground have to say regarding this decision.

During his campaign Obama told his voters that he would remove the troops from Iraq. He may feel that now is the time to appease his leftist base.

Obama's supporters have not been pleased with him for waiting as long as he has. But was this his decision to do this now? Perhaps the U.S. was kicked out of Iraq.

There is really only one goal which Obama has and that is to attain a second term in office - so he can continue to dismantle and rebuild our country as he feels it should be.

More From The - Lie Of The Day Archives

Lie: Private sector jobs are doing just fine.
--Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. That 9.1% unemployment sure does indicate that the private sector is just fine.

Lie: I just want to work with Republicans on ways to create jobs.
--President Obama, just a few months after inviting Paul Ryan to a speech just so he can insult Paul to his face.

Lie: In some ways, they're not that different from some of the protests that we saw coming from the Tea Party.
--President Obama. Yes, they are both groups of people. That is where the similarities end.

Lie: Maybe they just couldn't understand the whole thing all at once.
--President Obama on why Congress did not pass his jobs bill. No, it was not passed because your first stimulus did nothing and this one will be a repeat of the first.

Lie: This bill at its core is an attack on women, especially poor women.
--Rep. Betty Sutton on the abortion funding ban passed by the House. The bill is not an attack on women, it is meant to preserve the life of future women.

Lie: Nobody wants to punish success in America.
--President Obama, who is currently pushing a tax on millionaires.

Lie: None of us make it on our own.
--President Obama showing that he just does not understand business.

Lie: If anything adds a cost to a business, you could assume that that will diminish that business's ability to hire. But I don't think that's actually right.
--Rep. Keith Ellison, who clearly has never run a business.

Lie: We have turned it around.
--Joe Biden talking about the economy. Really? 9.1% unemployment and sub-1% GDP growth is turning it around.

Lie: The Attorney General's testimony was consistent and truthful.
--Jay Carney, White House spokesman defending Eric Holder over Fast and Furious. This week, emails that were leaked showed that Holder was briefed on Fast and Furious in 2010, even though he claimed to Congress he found out about the program in 2011

Lie: This is a great, great country that had gotten a little soft.
--President Obama. Nope, our country is not soft, but our president has shown himself to be soft many times.

Lie: Our administration consistently has supported the basic concept that we are a nation of laws but we're also a nation of immigrants...and that we have to create a system that works for all of us. The way to do that is to be serious about border security -- and we have been.
--President Obama, whose administration fudges the numbers on deportations and thinks the way to stop illegal immigration is by creating incentives for them to come here (like a free education!)

Qadhafi Is Dead - McCain Praises Obama

McCain: Qadhafi death 'victory' for Obama

Politico - Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) hailed the reported death of Muammar Qadhafi as a “victory” for President Obama. “This is a victory for the president, the Obama administration but most importantly” for the Libyan people, McCain said on Fox News Thursday morning.

At the time that the senator make these remarks, the White House had not yet confirmed reports of the former Libyan ruler’s death. McCain said he believed “there’s very little doubt” that Qadhafi had been killed.

Blog author's comments - What the GOP cannot have is another RINO like McCain as their nominee for the election of 2012. Not surprising that this would come from McCain.

No applause for Obama from me over this - Libya and Egypt will both be taken over by the Muslim Brotherhood. This will not be good for Israel or U.S. security.

Who actually killed Qadhafi? If one listens to the MSM the template is Obama did it. Obama's campaign needs a boost and the MSM is happy to help him.

It’s not like some warmonger Republican like George W. Bush was in the White House so everything’s just fine. Obama is now a the eyes of the MSM, his leftist base and John McCain.

Harry Reid - Government Jobs Have Priority

Reid signals government jobs must
take priority over private-sector jobs

The Hill - Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) on Wednesday indicated Congress needs to worry about government jobs more than private-sector jobs, and that this is why Senate Democrats are pushing a bill aimed at shoring up teachers and first-responders.

"It's very clear that private-sector jobs have been doing just fine; it's the public-sector jobs where we've lost huge numbers, and that's what this legislation is all about," Reid said on the Senate floor.

Reid was responding to recent comments from Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), who accused Democrats of purposefully pursuing higher taxes as part of the teacher/first-responder bill, S. 1723, so that Republicans would oppose it.

McConnell said the bill was meant to fail in order to give Democrats an issue to run on in the 2012 election, but Reid said the Republicans are simply trying to defeat President Obama any way they can. The legislation Reid is defending is part of Obama's jobs package.
Entire column...

Blog author's comments - If the private sector is “doing just fine” then why are so many Americans unemployed, many of them long-term?

Does Harry Reid not understand that it is private sector jobs that allow government jobs at both the Federal and State levels to exist? It is obvious that this bill was meant to fail just as the 'American Jobs Act' was. To give Obama and the Democratic Party an issue to run on for 2012.

Our only salvation for the country is that after the November 2012 election - Barack Obama is no longer the President and Harry Reid is not the Senate Majority leader.

Liberal Senators Want MLB To Ban Tobacco

Senate Democrats Ask Major League Baseball
to Ban Players From Using Chewing Tobacco

Chicago Sun Times - WASHINGTON--The day before game one of the World Series, U.S. Senators Dick Durbin (D-IL), Frank Lautenberg (D-NJ), Tom Harkin (D-IA), and Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) and other senators are asking Major League Baseball to ban players from using tobacco products at games, especially smokeless or chewing tobacco.

"Tomorrow night, an expected 15 million viewers, including many children, will tune in to watch the first game of the series.

Unfortunately, as these young fans root for their favorite team and players, they also will watch their on-field heroes use smokeless tobacco products," wrote Durbin and other senators to MLB executive director Michael Weiner.

"During the upcoming negotiations over the bargaining agreement, we write to ask that the Major League Baseball Players Association agree to a prohibition on the use of all tobacco products at games and on camera at all Major League ballparks. This would send a strong message to young baseball fans, who look toward the players as role models, that tobacco use is not essential to the sport of baseball."

Blog author's comments - So the Democrat Senators don't have anything important to be working on, like the economy, job creation, controlling government spending, terrorism etc.

Liberals reach their freedom-depriving fingers into everything. The Democrats like to pretend they are taking care of us – that they’re looking out for our general welfare.

Next they can ban beer in the stands, prohibit soft drinks, since they have all that bad sugar, and forbid those unhealthy hot dogs, pizza and other foods from being sold to the fans. With the current regime in power, each day becomes more bizarre.

Obama - Senate Republicans Obstruct Jobs Act

The Presidents Weekly Address

Blog author's comments - It would be interesting to see how many weeks have gone by without Obama placing blame on the GOP.

During his Weekly Address Obama said, "It was so disappointing to see Senate Republicans obstruct the American Jobs Act, even though a majority of Senators voted “yes” to advance this jobs bill."

Obama needed something to run on while campaigning for the election of 2012. He obviously cannot run on his record of high unemployment, bad economy, terrible housing market, out of control spending etc.

He knew when he presented his bad piece of legislation that it would go down to defeat. He was counting on it. Even some of the Democrat Senators voted against it.

Obama would have been shocked if both houses of Congress had passed his bill. He needs the GOP to blame for his failure on job creation. He believes this bill is his key to a second term in office and it will be his main focal point while campaigning for the election of 2012.

Is Someone Lying About 'Fast and Furious?'

How Did Obama Know About
"Fast and Furious" Before Holder?

Blog author's comments - Could someone within the Obama administration be lying? That’s the problem with lying, it’s so very hard to keep your story straight.

Could 'Fast and Furious' have been put into action without the knowledge of both Attorney General Eric Holder and President Obama?

'Fast and Furious' was implemented to purposely discredit the Second Amendment. It was a covert effort by our government to promote stricter gun control laws by flooding Mexico with guns and blaming loose firearm laws for the problem.

The government told gun stores to overlook obvious straw purchases of large numbers of guns so that they could be tracked, and they would be followed across our border. The problem is that many of these guns were not tracked.

The outcome was that one of our U.S. border guards and hundreds of Mexicans were killed with some of these guns.

DNC Chair - We're Not Here To Create Jobs

Democratic National Committee Chair Says
Voters Do Not Elect Leaders To Create Jobs

I would say that Obama and his admiinistration have achieved their goal, of not creating jobs. They fumbled Obama's jobs bill, with two of their own joining a Republican filibuster to stop it.

(Just in case you need a reminder) Here's Wasserman Schultz from two months ago, bragging about the Democrats creating jobs.

August 2011 - "We've Really Begun To Turn Economy Around." "We're creating jobs each month in the private sector."

Blog author's comments - Debbie Wasserman Schultz is of course a hard core liberal who will say anything in an attempt to further the goals of the Democratic Party. I am at times amused by many of the foolish things she says.

Wasserman Schultz, your right, the Democrats don’t elect leaders to create jobs – mayhem yes, jobs no! Liberals don’t create new jobs just more regulations. But didn’t they say their stimulus bill would provide “Shovel ready jobs?”

Obama and the Democrats have no idea what it takes to create jobs. Many businesses will never invest to grow their companies until he is out of office. They do not trust him.

When Obama picked Wasserman Schultz to head the DNC, she said “All across America, Democratic leaders are fighting hard to create jobs and boost economic recovery. Republican forces are doing everything they can to prevent Democrats from succeeding in those goals.”

Wasserman Schultz - With one of your comments you are correct. The main goal of the GOP is to remove Obama from the White House. Only then will there be any chance for job creation and an economic recovery.

Obama's Jobs Bill Defeated In The Senate

Obama says Senate defeat of jobs
bill 'by no means the end of this fight'

The Hill - President Obama blasted Senate Republicans for blocking his jobs bill Tuesday night, saying the American people “won’t take ‘no’ for an answer.”

The president said in a statement that his administration will work with Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) to get votes on the individual components of the bill “as soon as possible.”

“Tonight’s vote is by no means the end of this fight,” Obama said. “Independent economists have said that the American Jobs Act would grow the economy and lead to nearly two million jobs, which is why the majority of the American people support these bipartisan, common-sense proposals.”

The president did not mention the two Democrats who joined the entire Republican minority in opposing the bill, boasting instead that “a majority of United States Senators voted to advance the American Jobs Act.”

After the vote, Obama said that on each vote, lawmakers can “either explain to their constituents why they’re against common-sense, bipartisan proposals to create jobs, or they can listen to the overwhelming majority of American people who are crying out for action.”

“Because with so many Americans out of work and so many families struggling, we can’t take ‘no’ for an answer,” Obama said.

“Ultimately, the American people won’t take ‘no’ for an answer. It’s time for Congress to meet their responsibility, put their party politics aside and take action on jobs right now.”

Blog author's comments - Did the President forget that the Democrats control the Senate? Obama and the MSM are both saying it is entirely the fault of the Republicans that the 'jobs bill' did not pass the Senate.

Obama said “Independent economists have said that the American Jobs Act would grow the economy and lead to nearly two million jobs." No doubt these are the same brilliant “independent economists” who told us how great the first stimulus bill would be and what it would do for the country.

The MSM is acting, like Obama, as if the GOP has majorities in both houses. If it would have passed both houses who would Obama have to blame for his pathetic performance and out of control spending, high unemployment and terrible economy while campaigning for 2012?

Obama - many Americans don't believe what they hear from you and the MSM. They don't want your 'hope and change' and they oppose amnesty. They want you to move out of the White House after the 2012 election.

Obama - Creating His Own Reality On Jobs Bill

AP Blasts Obama Over Jobs Pitch:
He's Creating His Own 'Reality'

The Blaze - Washington AP - In President Barack Obama’s sales pitch for his jobs bill, there are two versions of reality: The one in his speeches and the one actually unfolding in Washington.

When Obama accuses Republicans of standing in the way of his nearly $450 billion plan, he ignores the fact that his own party has struggled to unite behind the proposal.

When the president says Republicans haven’t explained what they oppose in the plan, he skips over the fact that Republicans who control the House actually have done that in detail.

And when he calls on Congress to “pass this bill now,” he slides past the point that Democrats control the Senate and were never prepared to move immediately, given other priorities. Senators are expected to vote Tuesday on opening debate on the bill, a month after the president unveiled it with a call for its immediate passage.

To be sure, Obama is not the only one engaging in rhetorical excesses. But he is the president, and as such, his constant remarks on the bill draw the most attention and scrutiny.

The disconnect between what Obama says about his jobs bill and what stands as the political reality flow from his broader aim: to rally the public behind his cause and get Congress to act, or, if not, to pin blame on Republicans.

Blog author's comments - Whoever wrote, edited and printed that article is going to be fired. Obama will have none of this free thinking and reporting of truth within the MSM.

The problem is, there are enough unquestioning Sheeple who keep his approval rating hovering around 40%. No matter what he says or does they will vote for him.

I don't think the MSM will ever try to save themselves, even though they created him and propped up all the lies.

All things considered, it would be interesting if the House were to approve Obama's 'Jobs Bill.' When the economy still does not improve, who would he have to blame while campaigning for the 2012 election? He would continue with - all of our problems are the fault of the previous administration.

Obama's Weekly Address To The Left

Obama's Weekly Address: Millionaires Need to Pay
the Same Tax Rate as Plumbers and Bus Drivers

Blog author's comments - How many plumbers and bus drivers are in the 35% bracket? More Class Warfare and the same talking points from the worst president this country has ever had. He will do and say whatever he deems necessary to win a second term in office.

His attempt to pass his 'Jobs Bill' and raise taxes is another smoke screen he is using knowing that the Republican controlled House will not allow it to pass as it is now being presented. He will then preach to his choir and place the blame on the GOP for the lack of jobs and the miserable economy he and his party have created.

The President’s messages are not intended for many of us. He knows we are on to him and his manipulation, fraud, abuses, etc. He must continue to radicalize the extreme left fringe to move them toward sufficient anger in an attempt to insure he can count on their support in 2012. Obama will now be in campaign mode until the election.

His 'Stimulus' bill did not help and his 'Jobs Bill' will not create jobs. The only way the economy will begin to recover is when Obama is no longer in the White House and business owners have some assurance that it is safe to invest in their companies.

Obama Tells Us Again - The Economy Needs A Jolt

Obama '09 and '11: Economy
Really Needs A "JOLT" Right Now

Blog author's comments - The only jolt much of America is willing to give President Obama will be his firing next year. Another “jolt” gimmick is exactly what the country does not need. A calm return to business-friendly policies is required, but Barack Obama will not go there.

In 2011 - the Jobs Bill needs to pass to give the economy a "jolt." In 2009 - the Stimulus Bill had to pass to give the economy a "jolt." The 'Stimulus' bill did nothing to help the economy. The 'Jobs Bill' is another worthless piece of legislation which Obama is using to try to gain a second term as President.

So far, everything Boehner and the Republicans in the house do, immediately gets shot down in the Senate. The GOP must retain control of the House and regain control of the Senate with the 2012 election.

The Senate is supposed to take up Obama's jobs bill next week after adding to the bill a tax increase on million-dollar earners. Obama said he will support this. How will this create jobs? With more taxes on the million dollar earners - Obama and the Democrats are declaring war on the job creators.

U.S. unemployment is currently at 9.1 percent and is expected to stay as high as 9 percent into the 2012 presidential electoral year. Recent U.S. history shows that no president has been re-elected at such a high level of unemployment. I hope this "history" will continue with the 2012 presidential election.

Obama Sympathizes With Wall Street Protests

Obama Says Wall Street Protests Show
Widespread Frustration, Predicts 2012 Effects

NBC NY - President Barack Obama said the growing protest movement against Wall Street, which has been spreading across the nation from its origin in Lower Manhattan, is voicing the American public's widespread frustration about the country's financial system.

"I think it expresses the frustrations that the American people feel," he said Thursday. "People are frustrated and the protesters are giving voice to a more broad-based frustration about how our financial system works."

Obama, taking questions at the White House after making a push for the American Jobs Act, said the U.S. has to have a strong and effective financial sector for the economy to grow. He said the financial regulation bill he championed is designed to make sure there is tougher oversight of the financial industry.

"The American people understand that not everybody's been following the rules, that Wall Street is an example of that," he said.

"That's going to express itself politically in 2012 and beyond," he added.

Obama said protesters -- and many other Americans -- are upset about what they see as "two sets of rules" for regular Americans on Main Street and financial institutions that he characterized as "trying to fight efforts to crack down on abusive practices that got us into this problem in the first place."

The Occupy Wall Street protests started Sept. 17 with a few dozen demonstrators who tried to pitch tents in front of the New York Stock Exchange. Since then, hundreds have set up camp nearby in Zuccotti Park and have become increasingly organized, lining up medical aid and legal help and printing their own newspaper. - Keep reading...

Blog author's comments - Obama cannot run on his record or his agenda. He will play the 'Class Warfare' game to appeal to the non-thinkers of our society with hope that with the help of the MSM this will gain him a second term in office to finish the job of wreaking the country.

To echo what Herman Cain said about the Occupy Wall Street protesters: If you're not rich "blame yourself."

The Democratic strategists are now trying to show that President Obama and his party are taking steps to solve the problem while Republicans are standing in the way. The Democratic National Committee is starting what a spokesman called a coordinated attack with the Obama re-election campaign and state parties designed to link Republican presidential candidates to Wall Street.

The list of demands below - by the Occupy Wall Street protesters is of course ludacris. But, there are many in our society who would agree with them. Any other President who has done what Obama has, would be gone after one term. Yet, he still has many followers and their ranks seem to grow.

List of 13 demands by the Occupy Wall Street protesters:

Demand one: Restoration of the living wage. This demand can only be met by ending “Freetrade” by re-imposing trade tariffs on all imported goods entering the American market to level the playing field for domestic family farming and domestic manufacturing as most nations that are dumping cheap products onto the American market have radical wage and environmental regulation advantages. Another policy that must be instituted is raise the minimum wage to twenty dollars an hr.

Demand two: Institute a universal single payer healthcare system. To do this all private insurers must be banned from the healthcare market as their only effect on the health of patients is to take money away from doctors, nurses and hospitals preventing them from doing their jobs and hand that money to wall st. investors.

Demand three: Guaranteed living wage income regardless of employment.

Demand four: Free college education.

Demand five: Begin a fast track process to bring the fossil fuel economy to an end while at the same bringing the alternative energy economy up to energy demand.

Demand six: One trillion dollars in infrastructure (Water, Sewer, Rail, Roads and Bridges and Electrical Grid) spending now.

Demand seven: One trillion dollars in ecological restoration planting forests, reestablishing wetlands and the natural flow of river systems and decommissioning of all of America’s nuclear power plants.

Demand eight: Racial and gender equal rights amendment.

Demand nine: Open borders migration. anyone can travel anywhere to work and live.

Demand ten: Bring American elections up to international standards of a paper ballot precinct counted and recounted in front of an independent and party observers system.

Demand eleven: Immediate across the board debt forgiveness for all. Debt forgiveness of sovereign debt, commercial loans, home mortgages, home equity loans, credit card debt, student loans and personal loans now! All debt must be stricken from the “Books.” World Bank Loans to all Nations, Bank to Bank Debt and all Bonds and Margin Call Debt in the stock market including all Derivatives or Credit Default Swaps, all 65 trillion dollars of them must also be stricken from the “Books.” And I don’t mean debt that is in default, I mean all debt on the entire planet period.

Demand twelve: Outlaw all credit reporting agencies.

Demand thirteen: Allow all workers to sign a ballot at any time during a union organizing campaign or at any time that represents their yeah or nay to having a union represent them in collective bargaining or to form a union.

A $20 minimum wage, open borders and a free college education for everyone? Sounds to me like something Obama would agree with.

McConnell To Reid - Let Senate Vote On Jobs Bill

Reid blocks attempt by McConnell
to vote on president's jobs bill

The Hill - In a lively spat on the Senate floor Tuesday, Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) attempted call up President Obama’s jobs plan for an immediate vote in the upper chamber.

However, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.), who supports the legislation, blocked the vote. Reid used a procedural maneuver called "filling the tree," which allows the majority leader to say a piece of legislation has had all of its possibilities for amendments.

McConnell had tried to offer the president's job package as an amendment to the China currency legislation, which was being debated in chamber. By "filing the tree," Reid blocked that move.

“What I am trying to do here today by requesting this vote on the president’s jobs bill ... is to honor the request of the president of the United States that we vote on it now,” McConnell said. “He has been asking us repeatedly over the last few weeks that we vote on it now.”

“I think the president of the United States, whose polices I generally do not support ... is entitled to know where the Senate stands on his proposal that he has been out talking about ... and suggesting that we are unwilling to vote on it," he said. - Keep reading...

Blog author's comments - Harry Reid won't allow a Senate vote because he knows he does not have the votes in the Senate to pass the 'Jobs Bill'. The Democrats in the Senate will not support this tax hike. Many are up for re-election in 2012. They are protecting their jobs.

Mitch McConnell, this is what I have been waiting for...good move! It doesn’t really matter if the MSM ignores it, it’s on the record, no denying it. The MSM will still blame the Republicans.

McConnell - tell the media -"we tried to follow Obama’s will, but unfortunately, some members of the Democratic Party won't listen to reason. Obama said, over and over "pass this bill", but Reid continues to block a vote."

Almost simultaneously, after Reid said no to an immediate vote in the Senate, the Obama campaign sent supporters an e-mail titled “They won’t even vote it.” “President Obama is in Dallas today urging Americans who support the American Jobs Act to demand that Congress pass it already,” the e-mail read. “Though it’s been nearly a month since Obama laid out this plan, House Republicans haven’t acted to pass it.”

Obama and Reid are playing a game. They both knew this would not pass when he called the Joint Session of Congress to announce it, with no details. They will continue to hammer the GOP for not passing the bill, hoping that the voters will eventually believe them and place the blame on the Republican Party.

Did Eric Holder Lie To House Judiciary Committee?

Documents Suggest Holder Knew About
'Fast and Furious' Earlier Than He Claimed

Fox News - For the first time, documents appear to show Attorney General Eric Holder was made aware of the Operation Fast and Furious earlier than he claimed -- up to 9 nine months earlier.

The documents seem to contradict what Holder told a House Judiciary Committee on May 3, when he said he could not recall the exact date, but he'd "probably heard about Fast and Furious for the first time over the last few weeks."

However, in a July 2010 memo, Michael Walther, director of the National Drug Intelligence Center, told Holder straw buyers in the Operation Fast and Furious case "are responsible for the purchase of 1,500 firearms that were then supplied to the Mexican drug trafficking cartels."

Documents also show, contrary to earlier reports, the Justice Department was aware that ATF agents under the department's direction were involved in the controversial practice known as "gun walking" -- allowing illicit gun sales to proceed to track the traffickers to higher-ups. The department has said it did not allow guns to "walk." When agents "let guns walk," they stop surveillance and allow criminals to transfer weapons to others. In this case, that meant allowing the guns to cross the border into Mexico.

Until now, there's been an attempt to portray Operation Fast and Furious as a rogue operation by ATF agents in Phoenix and the Arizona U.S. Attorney's Office. But insiders claim these documents show the Department of Justice in Washington was intimately aware of the case almost from the beginning.

In response to the documents released Monday, the Justice Department said Holder's response referred to when he first learned of the "troubling tactics" of the program, not the name of it. A department spokesman also says that the "gun walking" referred to in the October 2010 email exchange is about another case initiated before Operation Fast and Furious.

FOX News has reported that Holder was personally identified as being informed of the plan at least twice. One report, from 2010, states that Holder was informed of the plan.

GOP chairman wants special counsel
to find out if Holder lied to Congress

Blog author's comments - If the news report is accurate - it will be interesting to see how Holder and Obama slide out from under this.

Could be that there’s going to be someone thrown under the bus and the records swept under the rug. We shall see if Attorney General Eric Holder will retain his job.

Does anybody doubt that Holder did not know about 'Fast and Furious' as it was happening? The man is the head of the Justice Department and he was not informed? What did the President know, and when did he know it?

If this is true, Holder is complicit in the murders of not only a U.S. Border Agent, but of all the Mexican citizens who have been killed by the drug cartels who received these weapons.

Obama Says He Is An Underdog In 2012

Calling himself an "underdog," President Obama today
said the faltering economy is a drag on his presidency and seriously impairing his chances of winning again in 2012.

ABC News - "Absolutely," he said in response to a question from ABC News' George Stephanopoulos about whether the odds were against him come November 2012, given the economy. "I'm used to being the underdog. But at the end of the day people are going to ask -- who's got a vision?"

The American people, he conceded, are "not better off" than they were four years ago.

"The unemployment rate is way too high," he said of the 9 percent jobless rate, the highest in more than half a century.

Obama said his proposed American Jobs Act will put construction workers, teachers and veterans to work and give "more consumers more confidence."

Foreign affairs, the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and social issues like gay marriage will all be fodder on the campaign trail, but with the first caucus and primaries less than 100 days away, no issue looms larger for 2012 than the economy and jobs. - Keep reading...

Blog author's comments - Obama, we will not be any better after another 4 years of your regime! Don’t act like you can turn this economy around. Your policies are killing this country.

His Jobs Bill is going no where. It will be DOA in the House and the Democrat controlled Senate does not want it. Harry Reid knows he does not have the votes to pass it.

It’s not the faltering economy that is a drag on his presidency - it’s his faltering presidency which is a drag on the economy.

We will hear from now until the election..."I was handed an economy that was in terrible shape, none of this was my fault." Also, "I tried to work with the Republican Party, but the Republicans have stood in the way and would not work with me to fix the economy."

I hope that Obama and anyone else in his administration that can be removed, is gone after the 2012 election.

Herman Cain - Talks About Black Americans

Herman Cain: Many black Americans are brainwashed

Blog author's comments - Herman Cain has done well in the debates and seems to be drawing more attention. I agree with his assessment of many black voters.

I doubt he will make any Ron Paul supporters happy after Cain was asked to give a short description of each of the GOP candidates on the Tonight show.

I don't believe Herman Cain will win the nomination. But, if he does win...I will certainly vote for him.

I think Perry and Romney are the still the front runners but I am not a fan of Romney's and I was disappointed by Perry after his statement during the last debate concerning illegals in the state of Texas.

There is still time for other candidates to enter the race. I would prefer a conservative candidate but will vote for anyone who wins the Republican nomination. Obama must be defeated in 2012 and he is definitely beatable.
